Best Western Plus Regency Inn & Conference Centre

Right off of the trans canada highway, so extremely east access to Chilliwack and Vancouver.
We arrived extremely early for check in but were exhausted from a long drive. Staff helped us out immediately and even upgraded our room as it was the only option available. A+ rating for Sara and all the staff there! Thank you and god bless you all!

Unbelievable staff! Can’t say enough good things about this accommodation.
We won’t stay in Vancouver ever again, we will fly to Abbotsford, stay here, and drive into Vancouver.

My parents have stayed at this location a couple times, and they are beyond happy with the amenities, customer service, and they especially love the delicious breakfast!

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus hotel. Check-in was a breeze, and the rooms were not only clean but incredibly spacious, providing ample comfort during my stay. I appreciated the convenience of having two separate buildings on the property, and the parking availability was more than sufficient.

One highlight was the included breakfast, which exceeded my expectations. It was an above-average breakfast that offered a variety of options to start the day right. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Abbotsford International Airport, just a short 10-minute drive away, made my travel plans all the more convenient.

I only stayed one night but it was very comfortable.

Also you get a nice view of a snow capped mountain in the background. I stayed in late September.

Very exceptional staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and building were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast served was very well stocked with a variety of options and was delicious. There is a Ricky's attached to it but there is a bit of a drive for other services.

This is an excellent hotel, and the manager Sat is wonderful. She is very welcoming, and will always ensure you have everything you need during your stay. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the hotel for you.

Well, where do I start. The location is sketchy, with a homeless camp opposite the hotel next to the interstate, and you can smell the feces coming from it. After checking in, i found the room they gave me was a regualar king. I booked a king business suite. I went to reception, and both the staff argued with me that it was a business room and that they were just laid out differently. I was so tired I couldn't be bothered to argue after an 11-hour drive. The next day my gf was walking down the hallway to get ice and house keeping had a room open on the end that was exactly the room I booked and there is 3 in the hotel, one on each floor. So obviously the staff at the desk are lying. The photos on Expedia of my room are completely different from the room they have us in, plus this room is half the size. I have yet to see the manager so I can confront them about it. I booked a business room as we have a lot of luggage and I am a photographer with a lot of equipment and need the space. I am very angry, to say the least, as i am here for a week now stuck in a cramped room. I will be filing a complaint with Expedia.

We had a pretty rough day the night we stayed here. We had some vehicle issues on the trip down, with it being a long weekend we were finding it tough to get the vehicle fixed. We got to Abbotsford and had went to a different hotel, where we ran into some issues there and left, finding this Best Western. This Best Western was like a beacon of light, for the absolute worst day of our lives, friendly staff at front desk, giving our kids some treats, to making sure we had what we needed. Upon checkout, and the owner hearing about our mishaps, again had made sure the kids had some more treats for the road, just trying to really make a difference, and she did. We can’t say enough good things about this place, just experience the difference here is all I can say, you won’t be disappointed. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and quiet rooms.

The swimming pool was not clean. Room wasn't cleaned well, so female hair was found in several places. The TV often went black. But breakfast was good.

After a devastating house fire we were placed at the Abbotsford Best Western Plus Regency Inn by Emerg.services. The professionalism, kindness and over the top caring from the entire staff from the General Mgr "Sat", the AMAZING front desk staff, lovely housekeeping folks to the two wonderful maintenance gents - all went over and above to afford us a safe, caring and comfortable place to regroup. Words can't express our thanks. God Bless and thank you all.

I stayed one night here. Great friendly welcome by Palak, Maria & Arman! The room was airy and clean. Served a good breakfast. This property is very convenient from the airport. I will definitely come back

I tried to checking into this hotel, but I did not manage the abuse by front desk. The manager did apologize insincerely several times.

Rip off for what it offers. Gave our wedding party a hard time about early check in. Security guard was rude. Building has very little sound proofing. Will opt for the super 8 in the event I need a hotel in abbotsford again

We were given a room right next to the highway, which was inconvient because the traffic was loud throughout the night. We switched rooms with the front desk for the next night which was easy to do, the next room was a lot quieter.
The rooms on the 1st floor don't have the best sound proofing with the room above, we could hear footsteps when trying to sleep.

The customer service was friendly and attentive.

The included breakfast is convenient, tasty, and fulfilling.
It is convenient at this pricepoint to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room, a good benefit.

Rooms and bathrooms appear to have been recently modernized, which is appreciated.

A good choice of stay in Abbotsford, just avoid the rooms facing the highway.

I wanted to write and acknowledge a staff member of yours that went far beyond in his position to be friendly kind helpful and a complete blessing to our family. We came from North Carolina because of a family crisis. His presence was such a blessing and helped make our painful trip so much more bearable.

His name is Mike and he is the maintenance person.

Please recognize him in a special way as we observed him interacting with everyone at the hotel so incredibly and above and beyond.

We will definitely return. Next time under better circumstances. Highly Recommend our experience was blessed.

It was a little more expensive than I thought reasonable for when I booked, but overall everything was okay. The housekeeping and most of the front desk staff were genuinely helpful.

For a night to stay in a convenient location, this is the spot for you. Beds were comfortable and clean. I had no noise complaints and even opened the window! The only thing is, it didn't seem like the shower was working (neither in my room nor my other family member's room). But overall I would stay here again

Having an event? Get everything written down and also copied to everyone who will be working. They don't have the best communication between each other unfortunately.
Great place though. Accommodated nicely.
