Best Western Plus Revelstoke

Super comfortable king bed, large room and pet friendly. Awesome breakfast included - something different each day. We stayed here while snowboarding at Revelstoke ski resort

I highly recommend a stay at this hotel. The staff is what gives this hotel a five star review. The breakfast is AWESOME and Eness and the ladies keep it well stocked. Gary took excellent, friendly care of our room needs (with a constant smile), and although I didn’t get her name; the gal at front desk during check in, was super helpful. I would ten out of ten stay here again. The staff made our stay memorable. Five stars are not enough to give the staff at this hotel. Thanks to all who made our stay enjoyable!

Rooms could use an upgrade, but still pretty good. Staff super friendly and that’s nice after a long day. Location ok, but the main town is a bit of a walk away.

This place was great! Very clean and lots of amenities. Even had a special dog dish and extra cleaning rags in case of an accident with your pet.

Nice Hotel and Excellent Location. Rooms are good size. Free shuttle to the city centre.

Thanks so much to Kiersten and the rest of the staff for everything. We were ordered to evacuate our cabin due to a wildfire and Kiersten got us a room on short notice, and even brought some cat food for our cats. Very kind!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus while snowmobiling in Revelstoke. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are very comfy, and overall the hotel is clean. The two outdoor hot tubs are so nice as well! (Although the large one was a bit colder than the smaller one).

One of the staff members, Zubin, is what made this stay exceptional. He really did go above and beyond for all guests. He made sure the towels for the hot tub were fully stocked, and even came to check on the guests in the hot tub and clean up some of the empty cans. He was polite, and just overall very good at his job. Big thank you to Zubin for making our stay even better than it already was!

Had to have an unplanned stop in Revelstoke due to the weather and bad road conditions. I was travelling with my dog and all the hotels I tried wouldn’t accept dogs. The Best Western was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room had water and food bowls, and she got a welcome package with a couple of treats.
The hotel has lots of amenities and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again along with my pup.

Was told one price when we checked in the night before and when we checked our receipt in the morning we were charged almost double. They told us there was nothing they could do about it

This hotel was very nice and quiet when we stayed here at the end of October with the exception of night time up until 11: 30 where there were occupants above us who were very noisy banging around or walking around on the floor. The location is not walk friendly if you are hoping to visit downtown, however there is a shuttle service. We liked how this hotel really offers everything is included service such as the laundromat is free and detergent is available at the front desk.

One of the nicest, if not nicest, BW I've stayed at. Room was great and the breakfast spread was very good. I would stay here over The Regent hands-down.

What a nice place! Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable, room was clean, coffee and cookies were continually available in the lobby, staff was lovely and the breakfast (included) had a good variety of tasty hot and cold items! Oh, yes.and the hot tubs were awesome! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a clean modern hotel. The only thing it didn't have going for it was location. It is a drive or 10 minute walk to the vibrant and lively downtown

The hotel is fine but the price for a room for one night is ridiculous, then they tack on a bunch of fee's, taxes and the price is just stupid for what they offer. We will avoid staying there in the future unless they adjust their prices to a much more reasonable price point.

Stayed 1 night on our way back from Victoria. This is the nicest Best Western we've stayed in. Clean, large comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast.

Has to be one of my favorite hotels. Perfect distance between Calgary and Vancouver. Amazing pool.

Quite shocked to see the 4.5 rating for this hotel. My bad experience started from making the reservation, first time calling the front desk after the reservation, and no one pick up the phone. After arrival, we got a room right next to a very busy intersection, we were refused by the front desk for room change considering having young kids while apparently, there was still room available from online booking. After getting to the room, we couldn’t find the wifi password, and called front desk twice, no one picked up the phone. So I walked to the front desk, discovered no staff. A few minutes later, he showed up from the back. So he sat in the back and chose to ignore the phone call. My partner discovered there was someone’s underwear (see picture) on the floor right next to the bed. So called the front desk again. He showed up, knocked the door with no mannor, after entering the room, he picked up the underwear, without a word, no apology. We don’t feel this hotel is clean and the staff is professional. We also found the security lock is ripped off (see picture), and it doesn’t secure anything. We don’t feel safe to stay in this hotel at all. We also found some dead bugs in the light covers (see picture). I understand this is a 3 stars hotel, but your cleaning staff doesn’t know how to clean. Of course, we did the survey and shared with the hotel about our very disappointing negative experience with this hotel, and we received a very automatic robotic email inviting us to come back to give the hotel another try. So you think I would give you who doesn’t care about my experience another try? Rethink about it.

Favorite bw hotel i've ever stayed in rooms are ultra clean and pet friendly rooms are well constructed hotel is always up to date with new oppertunities every annual stay pool is well kept as well and kid friendly awesome tasty breakfast with many options of food love this hotel. Also the clear trash bags in the rooms are great quality. I would like to know what brand they are so I can buy some.

We were here a few years ago and came back again for our last trip. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Very good breakfast. We ate outside looking out at the surrounding mountains. Great way to start a day. This hotel is dog friendly and has an EV charger for guests. There is also a Tesla supercharger station on site.

This has been one of my best hotel stays. Was pleasantly surprised by the staff, service, rooms, the continental breakfast, and the pool. We had a pet friendly room and this is the first place I've ever stayed where my dog got her own dish and spot. I certainly will come back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through.

I always enjoy staying here. Staff are friendly. The rooms are comfy and dog friendly. Free breakfast is probably one of the best ones around. It's my go to for the area.

This was my second time staying at this location on a ski vacation, this time with my family. The staff we interacted with, including the Front desk and breakfast host, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and the complimentary breakfast and coffee service is the best we've had anywhere by far. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you.

Lovely setting in the mountains, reasonalby priced, excellent breakfast service, very comfortable beds.

Quiet, away from the trains, bright, clean rooms with windows that open they even had freshly baked cookies at check in, and very nice staff.

Dont bother calling them for reservations, they will never answer and no call backs after I leave them 3 voice mails, I've been dealing with BW everytime I go for vacations, Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna and etc.no problem at all except this BW in revelstoke. Throw your phone away if you dont use it then.

Staff here take great pride in their jobs and it shows.super clean bedrooms and facilities.the comp breaky was surprisingly amazing! There pool n hot tubs where thee best, cleanest and Towles were stacked up! I'd stay here again and again

Amazing experience. Super powerful shower, high cieling, very pet friendly, great breakfast. Probably more like a Hilton standard.

Only issue is the pillows have not aged well so are a bit lumpy

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I was expecting to tidy up the room on the 3rd day. Unfortunately, the housekeeping ignored my request on the door-hanger. I called the front desk and complained, sadly the receptionist (an Indian guy) said that the housekeeping doesn't clean the room due to covid. As far as I know the rules are already lifted and pools are open for guest. So, why worry? Don't operate then.
This receptionist didn't even bother to apologize for being incompetent. Too bad, we were planning to stay here again next month.

Checking into the Best Western plus in Revelstoke was a perfect start to our trip.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were able to bring our dog (pet friendly hotels are the BEST!) so she could enjoy Mount Revelstoke National Park too. Which is just minutes away from this hotel.

The breakfasts are phenomenal. Had options to choose from each morning for hot food and tons of other choices too. The hotel in situated not downtown so it is nice and quiet but close enough you can just walk to the town centre. Paige at breakfast, the guy working the evenings and Angela were just a few of the amazing staff members we encountered throughout our visit. This hotel has mountain views no matter which way you are facing. Huge bonus! Thanks so much for everything. We will definitely be back soon:)

Front desk/customer service was severely lacking.
Went to the pool area during the afternoon on a weekday, there were no towels - no biggy, we let front desk know and asked if we could have some. Front desk seemed flustered and said she would bring some. Wouldn’t give us any, although we saw her giving towels directly to other guests just after. Not sure why we were being singled out. I’m happy we didn’t end up waiting, because towels weren’t brought over for hours. We used ours from our room. We asked for a play pen, she said she would have to look and would get it to our room/ let us know. Waited for quite a while with no contact. We went back down as it was now past 730, and were told she wasn’t sure and still has to check for one, so I said I would stay and wait while they checked, as we would figure something else out if we had to- we just needed to know, preferably before midnight. At this time she said she has to put towels out for the pool and left to do that first… (this would be about hours after we asked for them) while I waited. A pull out bed showed up to the room.which wasn’t suitable for a young child, so again we asked for a play pen. Finally front desk asked someone else working at the hotel for one, they assured them they have some and then advised what keys were needed/where they were located… so she went to grab the keys (which indicates the right place wasn’t being searched initially). She comes back saying there are no cribs. Okay, great whatever. Next day new staff was working, I asked them- again was told, yes we have them, I’ll have to look and will reach out to your room. Awesome! Over 3 hours later no one reached out to our room. I happened to be around when housekeeping was on our floor and they had the linen room unlocked… low and behold MULTIPLE play pens.
This is the first bad review I’ve written. But we were left waiting for hours, with no communication and a shift change happened without the staff even acknowledging us and were treated different to other guests having the same requests.

Over all disappointing. Especially when the front was completely empty most of the times we went by.

I have stayed at multiple hotels during these COVID times for work. Not all have been Bestwestern. I'm happy to say that the protocols that Bestwestern has taken are great. I have not seen so many hand sanitizer stations in a hotel. Felt extremely protected and safe while staying at this property. Staff are super friendly and take safety of guests as a top priority. Great job. Looking forward to staying again.

Great Parking! This place has a ton of good parking even though it doesn't look like it. They have camper and truck parking along the back. Inside is very nice. Rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast was great. I'll be sure to stay here again next time I'm passing through.

We loved our overnight stay here. The bed was gorgeous, the room was pristine, and the service was friendly. We had our dog with us, and he was welcomed too. We'd stay here again in a second.

Well set up for visits during covid. WiFi was free but medium slow. I ended up using my data instead

Basic hotel without restaurants close by. (It’s a 30 min walking to the street where most restaurants are located).

When travelling with children and pets looking for a friendly stress free hotel is key. Revelstoke Best Western has always delivered this! Good hotel to stay if road trip is long. Good midpoint from Vancouver to Calgary. The pool and Hot tub heating was not working. Breakfast was not good.

The room was spacious enough and clean. Had cold breakfast due to covid. Didn't know they also served hot breakfast. Overall a great place. Is pet-friendly.

Very clean. Modern and friendly service. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area outside was modern. The breakfast was challenging as you had to wait to be served with only a couple of options.

When calling to make reservations, we were told the price of stay would be be $167. But when coming to the counter the clerk said $269. My family and I were confused as to why the price had changed - the lady then told us that they are “sistered” with Stokes Hotel and their prices are $167 and when they don’t answer the phone Best Western does. This was not clarified to me, before hanging up the phone I double checked the price with the clerk that helped me and she also assured me the price was $167. As a traveller it’s very frustrating to not have that clarified to you. No where on the website does it say that best western is sistered. I also never got a confirmation email, I had to request it twice. And the second confirmation I received was with the incorrect price. I feel very tricked and disappointed in best western because my family and I usually have very pleasant stays at their facilities. But I must say the front desk clerk was very helpful and told us she would speak to the manager and that the initial price would be honoured.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The facilities are lovely, outdoor pool and hot tub, with lounging chairs. Beautiful views. The hallways and elevators were very hot during our stay so docked a star for that. But otherwise, easy to get to, liquor store on site, hot breakfast, and a Denny's next door as well.

We checked in very last minute, and the staff at front desk was so welcoming and friendly! Kudos to you guys for not being prejudice against our Pitbull and allowing us to stay in such a Beautiful cozy room! I am beyond thrilled with the service and will DEFINITELY be back!

Amazing and helpful staff. Always happy to help. Hotel is spotless and the rooms nicely sized. Hotel is outside of the city centre, provides a quiet setting. Close enough to walk into town. Gym, pool and hot tub are great amenities! Highly recommend BW Revelstoke.

Staff helpful and professional when I was dealing with losing my car key on the mountain. Thank you. Shuttle stops conveniently in front to town and mountain (25min). Hot tubs and facilities were new, clean, well maintained. Worth premium price. Very happy. Thank you.

My husband and I had to stay in a hotel before taking possession of our house and this was the best stay we had on our trip. Angela at the front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful. We were travelling with two dogs and a cat, and it was very pet friendly. There are extra bowls provided and some pet supplies to make travel with pets less hectic. Rooms were clean and comfy, everything was great. Thank you for making our stay so easy!

Nice place. But pro tip - expect to drive. They offer a shuttle to downtown, but then tell you to wait when you’re hungry and have a dinner reservation, cause it will be there “in ten minutes”. For over an hour. PS downtown is a 25 minute walk. And if you don’t have a table by 630pm on a Saturday, you won’t be getting one in Revelstoke owing to capacity issues. So we wasted two hours and paid 3x as much to get food as we planned, thanks to BW. It’s the little things like this that make a potentially great hotel look like a Mickey Mouse operation.

Amazing staff and amazing service. We originally booked at the Sandman next door to save maybe $50, we checked into the SM and it was horrid- bugs on the floor, missing lights etc. We approached the Best Western and asked if we could check in the next morning at 8am in order to leave our dog for the day while we snowboarded. They completely accommodated us, gave us great service and even allowed us a late check out to accommodate our dog again for the next ski day. It saved our weekend. That extra $25/night gave us a continental breakfast (great!), amazing outdoor hot tubs, free shuttles downtown and back and a doggie care package. Due to this service we will pick BW every time, anywhere we go. Thank you again!

Brand new, very clean hotel close to downtown Revelstoke. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for first time. This hotel is newer so room's decor and bathrooms are up to date. Our room was big with a comfortable king bed. Very clean. The price is maybe on a higher side but included a very good breakfast. Great quiet location, 15 min.to the ski resort. We were missing only wine glasses after skiing! For sure we'll come back to this hotel.

Walked in to book a room With 2 queens and was told it is 309$ plus tax. 309$? Walked over to sandman 100’ away and booked a room there for 115$ plus tax. I understand it’s close to Christmas but more then double. We stayed in golden at the best western 2 nights after and paid 115$ plus tax.

Exceptional staff, each and everyone we encountered, even when it was crazy due to closed highway. Most comfortable hotel bed ever, clean, lived the outdoor hot tubs. The included breakfast was very impressive lots to choose from, all fresh, hot and delicious. Lots of extra small touches and attention to detail made for our unexpected 2 night stay very enjoyable when we couldn't get home. Well done!
