Paul is AMAZING! I brought my 2013 Smartcar in because it was intermittently cutting out on me. He looked at it right away. Right away he could see that the connection was frayed and needed to be cleaned/tightened. He showed me what he saw and then showed me what it should look like. Not only did he save me the cost of buying a new battery. He potentially saved my life. I recommend Paul for all your battery needs!

Paul was so helpful and honest when I was looking for a car battery. It was Sunday and he made sure I had the right battery and some knowledge about taking care of it. He even helped me find a mechanic (on a rainy Sunday afternoon) who could change it. The prices are fair and the service is quite good. Would recommend.

Great customer service and competitive prices. Don't be fooled by the outside. The store is very nondescript from the outside but if you're looking for a battery (or starter or alternator), I'd recommend you check this place out.

Edit to add that their aftercare service is also topnotch. I made a mistake letting my battery die but Paul was very helpful in helping me get it charged up again. Glad I went to this locally owned and operated shop.

These guys are great! I first went to the competition down the street who fed be a bunch of bs as to why they could not bench start my starter - they would not touch it unless I paid $60 inspection charge. Bestway threw it on a bench and it fired up - seems my test battery was too weak. Really great guys, I would definitely come back to have work done here.
