I have no words to express my love for their food. Mainly I love to have tandoori chicken over here even the service by Komal is great. Having a taste food is a different thing but when someone serves you with love is an another best thing. I will surely come here again. One more thing is that they made best garlic naan in the Surrey

I got take out out and got the chicken Manchurian and the tandoori chicken. It was so so flavourful! Never had something like this in Surrey. The chicken was such good quality. Highly recommend the chicken Manchurian.

Food is fine, but the workers kids are running around the place, banging the door, and screaming.very hard to enjoy my food when the noise is so loud.

I ordered veg Manchurian and malai soya chaap.

Veg Manchurian - has no flavors of Chinese food. They have added tomatoe currey in Manchurian balls. Taste very bad. 1/10

Malai soya chaap - this is not even malai soya chaap it is tandorri burnt chaap. 1/10. When i called the restaurant, they said that there version of malai chaap is tandoori only.

Worst food experience. Paid 30$ for such a bad food via door dash. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is very low quality for the price, and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. Sleepy service, poor food quality, Don’t spend your money there.

They have the best spring rolls in surrey. While most of people serve the frozen ones, they make their own spring rolls which has noodles.

We ordered Aloo Tikki Chana Chat and Mango Shake. Mango Shake was 2/5 and I definitely would rate tikki chat higher.

Highly recommend. Worth spending money. I tried 3 dishes and the taste, plating, and service was really very good.

One of the worst place to eat. Ordered paneer chilli dry but was served with raw paneer pieces with lots of watery sauce. They probably have one of the worst chefs on earth. AVOID GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. WILL REPORT TO FOOD SAFE AUTHORITIES FOR THE STALE WORST PANNER. Either they remove the chef or shut their shop

Disgusting service and I ordered some sweets from them and they were stale and I called in respectfully at their location and the girl had no manners to keep up with the conversation and she told me to bring that back whenever I can so that she could replace it with the same number of items that were stale. I mean that is disgusting! I don’t have time to take those sweets back to them and when I told her that she’s like you can bring it back in couple days as we need to see them before we replace it. Never ordering from them again

Best place for Indian snacks, pakoda, chaat, sweets, chai.with reasonable price. We made party meals from here on 19 May. Must be enjoy to get fresh meals, snacks

Visited the shop first time yesterday to buy some sweets. No greetings. One person came to front from back, kept working in her stuff with EarPods in ear and went back. I waited for about 5-10 mins, no one even asked if I needed anything.

Never had such a pathetic customer service. Not doubt why they have such a low rating and lots of customers complaining for poor service.

This was my first time in this restaurant. I ordered chole bhatura with extra bhatura. Taste was so bland no species at all. We didn’t even finish one bhatura. When I complained to cashier she said okay sorry. She said You didn’t tell us you want spicy. I don’t eat spicy but it’s not even mild at all?

Paneer pakora. We order paneer pakora and paneer was very bad and taste sour. Total waste of money & time. Paneer pakora bhut khata c very disappointed with food and service.

The staff was really friendly and the restaurant has good seating options and the food tasted fresh. Will recommend to try out there food if you haven’t already.

We had purchased 8 samosas from this location and when we received them they were not only ALL burnt to a crisp and black; very gross they were also sour; meaning the potatoes were clearly gone bad yet they were still serving them to customers; utterly disgusting! I had called and complained to someone at the restaurant and they had told me they would replace them and we could come pick up new ones anytime. I had let them know I could no longer come that day and he reassured me I could come WHENEVER and it didn't have to be that day. So I called after about 2 weeks when I had time on a Thursday and the person working there told me to call back on Monday which we did and they told us the person we had to speak to was not there yet again. We called back today and they told us to call back ONCE AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service. Clearly whoever had told us we could get a replacement lied all for 8 samosas.

Me and my friends visited this restaurant yesterday. We are very pleased with everything. We ordered tandoori fish, dal makhi, chilli garlic noodles and naan. The taste is delicious and freshly made. The rates are very much reasonable and the customer service is par excellence. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

How can you bring someone food they didn't order and then ask them to pay. If you don't have a specific dish then inform the customer and not serve what you feel like, this is not your house!

I bought 5 veggie samosas today, they really Taste very bad it seems like it has nothing but oil. Feeling so uneasy after eating those samosas. Would never go again

Bought some veggie samosas today and they even threw in a complimentary chatni. The samosas were very tasty and rich in flavour. The service from the workers is wonderful! Everytime we shop here we get great food, with great prices. Highly recommend.

I was happy with their service and I recommend people if you love samosa's this is the place. OmG the samosa's are big, filled and crispy. In addition the Jalebis were amazing as well, the service provided was great and the quality of food Fantastic and I am going to recommend this place to all my friends. I look for quality and this place did have it and I got everything I needed. Thank you for your service and I will visit again.

Zero presentation. Paneer pakora’s are re-fried and the cup of tea is really messy. Tea should be in the cup not outside of the cup.

I have visited here for first time as it was only place showing Raj kachori, and i wanted to try it. Order for takeout and it was quick in 5-7 minutes. The Raj kachori was okay in taste but could've been better. I might not visit again as I'm not satisfied with the taste. Hope that they will make it right.

I ordered 9lbs of fish pakora on Saturday the 15th February, 2020. To my surprise when I went to pickup, the order didn't look to be 9lbs, when I asked the guy in the front counter to weigh it infront of me he got startled, he weighed one of the trays and quickly removed from scale which read 3.1 on the scale, he wasn't going to weigh the second one but I insisted him to weigh it as well, he very hesiantly weighed it which the second one weighed 3.2lbs.is that 9lbs altogether?
He gave me the reason that they weigh b4 frying and how silly is that. I told him I ordered 9lbs n I should be getting 9lbs, he said I would have to pay extra n which I did not, told him why should I take 6lbs only and pay for 9lbs.hes reasoning didn't make sense so. Please if anyone is getting anything in lbs from there, weigh it again before you pay.

Pros - Reasonably priced menu, good spacious seating space, good location. Cons - interiors dull and not enticing. Samosa and Cholay are the main items but was not impressed with not having standard taste (not distasteful but inconsistent) if you happen to buy jilebi, motichur laddu, gulabjamun etc suggest to taste a piece (u might take 2 pounds instead of 1, OR undercut and take half pound) BUT customer service is more friendly than the other shop in the Vincinity.

I usually go at this place but today i tried shahi paneer for the first tym, it was really bad, seems like they just added tomato puree to paneer and nothing else no spice no salt nothing. And the girl at the front was also not gud, very bad experience this tym.

Till today we have had decent experience. But today's visit was horrible. The girl behind the counter said that to take different sweets, you have to pay overall for the most expensive sweet. How unfair that is and on top of that she says that they have informed all of their customers about it (which means all of Surrey).
No notice displayed publicly for this type of charge. I hope these guys understand that they can be sued for a such a practice of overcharging when all other sweet shops follow the fair practice of charging per weight of each sweet bought.

Bad service, I order samosa on the phone, he told me to come in 10 min. I came 10 min later. Once there he did not put the order. I had to wait a another 15 min. No apology, very rude. I don’t think they want my business!

Please go some were else. They issued to have good service when they opened.
