As an exchange student from Italy, I can confirm that this restaurant is authentic, the pizzas were very good, and they were not even expensive

The male servers especially the one with the stupid mullet is rude and can’t take direction at all, the pizzas weren’t even cut so we’re in the parking lot ripping them apart and told the servers numerous times it’s to go and they came to the table with plates.
Place sucks but unfortunately the Margherita pizza is really good so I’m torn between my fav pizza and these imbeciles working there.

Website says close at 8pm. After waiting 5 minutes at front was denied service at 7: 28pm when close at 8pm. They didn’t even offer take out. If you close at 7pm, you need to advertise it. Staff member locked door after I left at 7: 30pm, even though open until 8pm

We ordered wings, veggie pizza and cauliflower soup. They were bland, the wings were not cooked properly and the soup tasted nothing like cauliflower. Hospital grade food honestly. Our server was excellent and food was served quickly.

So glad there is a decent restaurant in the outlet mall. The food is so comforting that coming here for a quick bite reboots the shopping experience.

I strongly recommends the Chocolate Pizza, not only kids loves them but the adults love it too!

I went into this place for lunch with my coworkers. We ordered Vegetarian, Tonno e Cipolle and Capricciosa pizza without ham. Pizza is overly expensive at this place given the taste and size of it. Service and the staff is very good at this place but the food is not.

My family has loved Bibo since it opened! An authentic taste and vibe of Italy in Richmond.
The environment is always welcoming, the service excellent and warm and the food is, in my opinion, among the best Italian dishes in Vancouver. Thanks and see you next time. Marianne

Honestly, if this place wasn’t at the outlet centre it’d be way higher rated. It’s so good. Really enjoyed everything and the guys working were super friendly. Really good authentic pizza’s, rich pastas and naughty cocktails at a good price. We loved it.

0 out of 10，I found a hair in my drink. I am totally black straight hair and the hair in bottle is curly and light brown. And a male waiter (with many earrings and short hair）didn't offer any solutions at all. Also, he treats me really bad（He just go directly with really bad tone said what can I do) … Also, the food is so unworthythe lasagna is so small and the pizza tasted so bad…if I can give 0 star for a restaurant, i will give to this restaurant…I don't have chance to take the pics for the hair. When I explained the situation to the waiter, he took the hair directly.

The only italian attribute about this restaurant was the server who took our order. Bad table management skill. The worst italian food i ever ate.wet and soggy pizza with the sweetest pasta ever had. No salt no pepper and no respond.

Me and my husband had an amazing birthday dinner here at this restaurant. It was busy at the outlet and we just decided to eat here and we are not disappointed. I love the vibes. The pastas that we ordered were so amazing, so authentic, my husband can’t get over the explosion of flavors. The Bruschetta was okay but the pastas were the best! This has become our fave italian restaurant and our server was awesome too. Forgot his name but he was also asian. We left with a hearty meal and a full satisfied tummy.:)

When we shop at McArthurGlen we always grab pizza here. The price point is similar to other Neapolitan pizzas in Vancouver and Burnaby. This place makes our favourite Diavola. Good leoparding on the crust, never soggy and expertly made. We got take out but they forgot the order. They were very apologetic and gave us two complimentary tiramisu for the inconvenience.

They have wood fired pizza and use very fresh ingredients. I had ordered a simple margherita and bruschetta. It was delicious! A descent drinks option is available. Excellent service. The only issue I had was that the place was a bit conjusted even for just a couple. Perhaps they tried to fit more tables in little space. But there was hardly any space left even for the waiter to move around.

I think this is probably the best pizza I've ever had in Vancouver besides the ones I always had in Italy. They are thin crusted, fire oven baked and juicy with lots of toppings! The dough is also soft in the centre and chewy on the crust. Overall I recommend coming here!

Pizza was already cold upon collection and quite burnt crust which was disappointing. Wings were ok nothing special

Not worth the price

Pizza was gud, but the pasta portion was so little, as if for a kid. Pizza was $18, and pasta was $20. Our server NEVER came back to ask or check in on us. So NO TIP!

So giving 2 stars as Pizza was gud, but that's about it.

It was good and fair price. The only neopolitan pizza in Richmond, there's lots in Vancouver. Service needs a lil work or just dine in for just their food.

For a long period of time, I had completely overlooked this restaurant, which I regret now. You'll have the impression that you're in Italy thanks to their delicious pizzas. They also offer Italian beverages and desserts.

Its THE PLACE to be if ur looking for that authentic Italian flavour! It was recommended to me by a friend and as someone who only knew of generic pasta and pizza before, it was an eye opening experience. I would highly recommend the fusilli al tartufo for anyone who wants to venture out deeper into the world of pasta and their lasagna is also a must try if you want a sense of familiarity. The staff were all super friendly, attentive and caring, especially Chris and Laurie! They provided an excellent dine-in experience. If they happen to serve you when u visit, they’ll give u an amazing service. The place was nice and simple, the food and service were fantastic! Truly a hidden gem in the outlet and in Richmond.

Very impressed with the service, food and quality overall. Mom and daughter dinner. I got a "mom I love this pizza" comment. She has braces and can chew the thin crust fresh pizza and wings we had. Will return. Prompt service as well. Thanks for a lovely evening

Tried the pizza and it was very good, staff very friendly, service quick restaurant was clean and tidy nice atmosphere we will have to try some of the other dishes on the menu will be back. Thank you.

I ordered carbonara and tagliatelle ai gamberin and both of them were terrible. The carbonara was extremely salty and the other one was fishy. Shrimps and bacons didn’t look fresh at all. Absolutely waste of money! I don’t recommend those two menu.

Service was horrible, owner said that table with 4 chairs is not for couple but only for 3 or 4 customers.

Bibo is a good restaurant for an outlet mall. I wouldn't go specifically to eat there, but it's location certainly benefits this review.

We had pizza and finished off our meal with dessert. Unfortunately some of the items were not available so we had to choose tiramisu and chocolate pudding. Both tasted good.

Overall it was a good experience after a long shopping day at the outlet

It was a good mushroom pizza that I had. It came out of the brick oven and was placed in front of me very quickly which I appreciated. Nice and hot. Be aware that their prices have gone up just like everywhere else. A nice casual Italian restaurant.

Ordered the porcini mushroom gnocchi and the four cheese pizza. I loved how cheesy the pizza was. It was really good. The gnocchi was really chewy and also really good.

Arrived at 725pm and was told they are closed, no hours were posted or clearly visible at the entrance and online 8pm is posted as the closing time. A staff member noticed I was double checking the menu on the patio and came out to tell me they were closed and took away the menu.

We ordered a couple of their oven baked pizzas as well as some spaghetti and they were amazing.

Specialize in authentic Italian cuisine and Neapolitan pizza, they have a collection of hand stretched pizzas, very nicely designed and authentic taste. We ordered a green salad, Fusilli al Tartufo (sub with Fettuccini), and a Meat Lover pizza (add prosciutto). Very delicious and filling great job with the pizza.

Delivery: the pizza is damnnnn good! They don’t skimp on the prosciutto and that’s ilwhat I appreciate most. We live close by so always get it delivered. Can’t wait to check out this place IRL some day.

It’s not really the restaurant I suppose but pizza has arrived cold once or twice… you still have hold the delivery companies accountable for delivering food as it reflects poorly on the restaurant to some degree. So beware: you should be ready to throw the pizza in the toaster-oven once it arrives to crunchy up the crust and truly enjoy it.

Service was good. Would not order the pasta again very expensive for the portion. Quality nothing special. Most likely would not waste my time coming here again.

A great place to take a break from shopping, if you’re ever at the Designer Outlet Vancouver. Our server was very friendly and the prawn pizza was unexpectedly great! Highly recommended.

Probably the worst pasta I have ever tried. The prawn has a not nice smell, it is a typical cheap supermarket kind of frozen prawn, not a even a good quality prawn. The pasta is not salty at all, very very light. Very small quantity, but 25 dollar. For this price, there are so so so much more better options.

The pizza was not bad - value wise a little more pricey than usual - but what I do have to tell is how bad the lemon pepper wings were.not only were they overcooked but tasted freezer old - definitely not returning to this place

Great pizza, great wine, great staff. The whole experience is far from what you usually find in Vancouver and I loved it.

Great service from our waiter. Food was tasty, well presented and did not take too long to arrive after ordering. Mixed drinks were really good and unique. We would go back again.

Very disappointed because the server included 15% of service without even tell us, so we payed tips twice. This is not really professional and the table was 5 people only.

A great place to taste unique Italian items most pizza restaurants don't offer such as Chinotto soda imported from Italy. The Marguerita pizza was alright.a bit burnt on the edges. Could have had more basil and cheese on it as pictured. The Salmon Gnocchi was wayyyy too salty! The salmon fish was just like eating salted fish with extra brine! Makes you very very thirsty since it's oversalted and kinda ruins the rest of the flavours since all you taste is salt. The lasagna was also just alright. The best part of my meal was the Italian Soda. The presentation was decent.

The host service was so dismissive as I waited to be seated as the staff brushed by and ignored my presence. I did not give the food a chance because I was turned off by their pompous attitude.

My family and I have eaten at this place twice this year and we loved our experience! The employees are super friendly and you can never go wrong with their pizza & pasta menu! We love how the crusts just melts in your mouth and are full of flavor! I highly recommend this place as it is a family friendly restaurant (they even gave our toddler coloring paper with crayons and that helped distract her from being bored while we waited for the food) and the food we've tried so far were delicious overall!

Lasagna is delicious, date my husband and we had a great time there the place is cozy, of course we will return.

I don't know what happened, it was my favourite restaurant, but I think they changed the restaurant chef, the pasta Bolognese was bitter, the lazanya was really bad, and in the past it was my favorite dishes.

We drive all the way to richmond from burnaby just to get this pizza, best in town. Antonello is the best waiter out there, very helpful and pleasant! Thank you all!

Were not open when we arrived. The service was terrible. The pizza and pasta were awful. We had to get our own ice. The server never came to the table to see how it was. We had to get our own plates. What a lousy experience

Pizza and pasta are very well made an tasty. Nothing to complain about the service. Pizza has unique size but can be shared for two people. Place is cozy an comfortable.

The food and service was excellent, my only complaint is that there was only one washroom, so my girlfriend and I had to wait I front of 5 other people to use it. Also the washroom is right beside the kitchen so food and servers were bumping into us as we waited in line. Hopefully no food was contaminated from the bathroom being so close.

We waited inside the restaurant for 10 mins and the 2 servers seemed busy to even notice. After I finally stopped them and asked, I just got a quick "it's busy right now", even though I could see at least 2 empty tables. Left as they seemed to not want customers.

Worst customer service ever. The manager Antonelo was so rude, we were very disappointed and shocked with the customer service at this restaurant. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Worst experience that we have had in our life. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

I ate at Bibo for the first time. Although tasty, the food was overpriced and small portioned. I ate the vegetariana pasta and half of my sister's pasta, and I was still not full. My pasta was $22, and my sister's pasta was $17. Supposedly the pastas are individually sized, according to our nice waitress. Personally, I feel like the pastas would probably barely fill up a small bowl each and would definitely not fill up an individual. We paid over $50 for 2 small pastas and a little cake ($9 cake plus tip/tax), and still felt hungry and not fully satisfied afterwards. I'm assuming that the food is authentic Italian style food, so maybe that's why it is so expensive. I'm not sure since I'm not Italian and have never been to Italy, but I probably won't visit Bibo again. This place is good if you are a big fan of Italian food and don't mind spending a lot of money. For those of us who actually like to feel full after a meal and are indifferent to Italian food, I would suggest eating somewhere else before visiting the outlet mall.

This is an Italian restaurant in an outlet mall, the competition is very low and there are only a handful other restaurant in the food corner.
When we arrived a nice lady showed us to our table. The welcome drink was water which was room temperature with no ice. I ordered a pasta with white cream sauce and mushroom.
There is no option to add anything to the order or modify it.
The pasta has a very strong taste and smell of onion which is usually not expected from an Italian restaurant. The portion is so tiny and there was no parmesan cheese offered.
The menu items are limited and the price is quite high.

We ordered a side of bread and butter for the table, when a restaurant charges over $20 for a pasta with sauce, it is expected to have a complimentary bread and butter, however, in this place everything is for sale.
The basket included of approximately four pieces of slices baguette and some butter. The butter was cold and so hard to butter the bread. On the contrary the bread was room temperature!
The best part of this experience was the service. A friendly young lady took our order and brought our food.
My rate is two our of five, the portion was too small, the price was high, the quality was average, the bread was cold, the place was clean, service was good and the food was edible!

The manger here is rude and does not care about customers. After taking away our food and drinks before we were done, he denied everything when we asked why he took our food. He told us that we ate it all and we are wrong. Hopefully you avoid his restaurant.

This place is horrible and overpriced, the pizza is not good and when I ordered another plate of food the chicken had an awful smell and tasted uncooked, the baked potatoes were burned and when I asked for another plate they came burnt as well, I 100% would not recommend this place. Wayyyyy to overpriced I down 80 dollars and the food was horrible

This review is for the McarthurGlen Outlet location. From beginning to end this restaurant was a disappointment. We were there during a slow time of the day. There were eight employees walking around and maybe eight tables including ours. Getting seated was slow, we were eventually told to seat ourselves even though we were standing in front of a "wait to be seated" sign. Getting greeted at our table was slow.approximately 10 minutes. Our waitress struggled to answer basic questions about the menu.my wife being Celiac likes clarity and confidence in the establishments GF options. She did not eat because of the servers poor explanations. We should have left but my wife insisted we stay and eat. She went shopping while we ordered and waited for our food. I ordered Lasagna. To be honest it was some of the most average pasta I have ever had from a specialty Italian restaurant. The comparison of the taste would be that of Michelinas frozen lasagna.the only difference is that I just paid $20 for a comparable $2 meal from Safeway. The pizza my kids had was average at best. Once the food was delivered to our table not one employee came to see us again. No - "how is everything? Do you need anything? " Our server sat down six feet away from us to eat her own dinner prior to us receiving our food but never once said a word to us again. We finished our meal and then waited.and waited before we had to get up and approach someone to get a bill and pay. While we waited for our bill I did see two other tables also have to approach the staff to receive there bills. Again, there were many employees working in a restaurant that was not very busy but they seemed to be very busy doing nothing. I have never in my life not left a tip after a meal.today was the first. This restaurant does not deserve any hype or good reputation. Walk past and you will thank yourself you did.
