I brought my P2 in for a warranty frame issue back in October 2022. Now it is late April 2023 and after 6 months I am now taking the replacement frame, which has been with them for months, elsewhere to be built up. The service and communication, or more accurately lack of communication, has been worse than anywhere I’ve experienced before. I’d give them 0 stars if possible. Worst retail experience I’ve ever had!

Ordered bike parts on march 22, received them on the east coast of Canada less than 7 days after. Products were in good condition, one box was a bit damaged but didn't affected the disc rotor which was mint. Super easy to follow the shipping process with the Shop app, would recommend!

I’ve only dealt with bicicletta online, and I can say they have treated me like a valued customer every time. When I purchased a bike, from the initial consultation, and 2 warranty claims (not their fault), all of my concerns have been addressed. They also have a great selection, even when things were difficult to find, they always had what I needed. From pedals to pads, I could find what I was looking for. Thank you!

Bought a few items from them, good price and good products but for the brand, the shipping is horrendous. I have stuff from Assos in Switzerland shipping faster than from Vancouver to Toronto. Asking questions to the chat reveal only 1/2 answers. Was told that a discounted product did not qualify for free shipping but doing a search, saw it was on their discount site with lo and behold free shipping. Surprised since they market themselves as a premium experience.

Bought a smart bike trainer from them online. The trainer arrived quickly but had an issue. A quick email to them and they jumped to fix the problem. This is exactly the type of service every business should be providing to their customers. Very happy I purchased from Bicicletta and will be buying from them again.

This place is awesome. Just moved to Vancouver and I’ve been to this shop twice. The staff are super friendly and really care about you. They give great advice and never try to push their products but instead help you with anything even if the solution is recommending another shop. Cant say enough about how impressed I am with their customer service. I will definitely be coming back and giving them my business.

After a rough start to our relationship that didn't really have much to do with one single person, but more so some challenges the store was having overall, I can happily report that these people are genuinely sick and have a sincere interest in customer service and making sure their customers are hyped. I'll be a customer for life now, what more could either party ask for?

Staff is usually very nice and friendly, website is full of great gear and equipment. Unfortunately I have been having a very hard time in the last 2 years to find anything that is actually available to buy. Everything is constantly sold out, even seasonal stuff is never available, I can't buy long winter gear in the summer as its out of season and the moment its in season, its sold out! Seriously guys, this is getting ridiculous.

Can't give them a zero. A $2800 shipment was lost and still waiting for a refund. If you order from them and something goes wrong good luck. Support at first ignored me then they ignored PayPal. I contacted my bank and then they reached out. They seem to not be able to listen to customer input or they just are being passive about actually wanting to help. 5 days and still no solution. Do not get upset with them for not helping, I responded to a vague email in all caps, because they consider that abusive and toxic.

Thank you Helly! Bicicletta Vancouver had a great selection of different manufacturers helmets and sizes including Specialized, Lazer, POC, Kask, Abus, Smith and (another I can't name). Helly had great product knowledge and was familiar with the different fits of the various helmets and the ratings by Virginia Tech. I'm very happy with my final choice, a Lazer G1 Mips, replacing my older Scott mips helmet. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and patience demonstrated by Helly.

Sold me a bike, took payment, then called 4 days later to say it was sold one of their staff. Refund took days so stressing about thousands of dollars. Complete waste of time, remote salespeople know nothing.

Start to finish a great experience buying my “grail” bike. Customer service (Manny who was amazing!) offered me incentives that sealed the deal and followed up after the sale (even on the weekend) to ensure I was in the loop on delivery which was bang-on the expected date. After, when I had a question post delivery the online chat experience was better than expected (not a bot!) and my questions were promptly answered (again by Manny). All in all a great experience with special kudos to their customer service. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Great experience w/ Bici. While I live outside of Vancouver, I consistently choose to order my gear from Bici given their great selection, price point, service and quick shipping. I really appreciate being able to rely upon quick turn-around times, even when items must be sent by mail. Great team, great gear, great prices!

Fantastic bike buying experience! Nick and Cam were super helpful. Helped me figure out the exact bike for me and walked me through everything. Got a really great bike, and they even delivered it to me in Whistler the next day! Highly recommend as the prices are good, and the staff and service is even better!

I’m very satisfied with these guys! Quick to help on the chat (needed to confirm a part number) and they were super fast shipping it the same day.
Delivery times were very reasonable considering that it shipped from Vancouver on Thursday and I received it in Toronto on Tuesday.

Purchased an $8000 bike online from Toronto. The bike arrived 2 weeks later than the promised date, I didn't complain. Missing accessories, gave my understanding. The bike had multiple scratches, I kept one eye open and one eye closed. But the deal breaker - a bulged chain stay with likely repainted rear triangle. My holiday had been completely ruined. Not gonna risk my safety, the bike as well as the accessories I purchased for the bike must go back.

Had been trying to get in touch with the manager for weeks, the manager was first gone to some event, then on his holiday, and then caught COVID, and bad cell signals cannot call me at the booked time, blablabla. First, the manager said he would talk to me directly, but later his employee somehow proceeded with my case with "warranty replacement" rather than "return" I had been asking for.

These are all fine, but after all that, the manager refused to confirm the refund amount, was not willing to take back accessories and was charging me a 10% restocking fee for accessories with return shipping on me.

Canada's premium cycling store? I suspect the global cycling industry is going extinct then.

Ordered an item online last night to be picked up in store. My receipt ended up including a shipping charge. I reached out immediately when I found out through online chat ticket. By the time I received a response the next morning, the agent said there is nothing that could be done to edit/cancel my order even though product hadn't left the warehouse yet. I'm disappointed by the lack of flexibility in order processing even though the discrepancy was caught and reported as soon as possible. Disappointing customer experience due to the outcome but at least the agent was courteous and sympathetic.

Have used their online store several times now, I am always impressed at how quick and responsive their team is. My most recent order came 6 hrs after the order was placed and I live way out of Vancouver in the burbs. Totally impressed. Keep it up!

The bike I ordered came basically ready to ride out of the box - amazing service - I didn't even have to straighten the bars - just unpack, install pedals, put front wheel on, and off to the races. Suspension was set, including air pressure for my weight. Even the saddle was set to the right height based on my inseam. Easiest bike order I have ever experienced.

Terrible customer service and unaccommodating with refund/exchange policy. Received a gift for Christmas and inquiring about exchanging the item for store credit because I already own the jersey. Customer service rep Liam explained they’re not “allowed” to issue exchange despite providing all security and order information from the gifter. Great business model - instead of accommodating customers to keep the money in the business, I’m just going to straight refund the gift

Fantastic service. Liam was awesome to work with. Ordered two frames and arrived in Ontario within 10 days. Liam refunded me when he realized I had been charged the incorrect tax rate. I never would have realized. Super honest, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible service and they really don't care about their customers. I received a defective Rapha's Classic Jersey from an online purchase. So I started a chat with Liam at Bicicletta and after sending pictures, he told me the defect was the nature of the fabric. I was already the owner of several Classic jersey from Rapha, none of them is like the one received even after few years of wear. The one that was sent to me is in point of fact, faulty. Liam refused to credit or exchange the jersey, and left me with a +200$ defect jersey. Liam was very condescending. I then decided to contact directly Rapha. They asked me to sent pictures of the jersey and my proof of purchase from Bicicletta. Rapha confirmed the jersey is in fact defective and we made an arrangement. Unlike Bicicletta, Rapha cares about customer satisfaction and most important they don't left a customer with a pricey imperfect product. Don't take any chances with Bicicletta, buy your cycling stuff from another shop or directly from the manufacturor.

EXCELLENT shop with great prices and fast delivery. Ordered a Specialized Prevail 2 Vent that my local shop was unable to source until at least December 2021. Quick shipping from Vancouver to Montreal within 5 business days. I will definitely be shopping here in the future and wish the team much success.

I've recently shopped for (and subsequently ordered) my first ever road bike and a number of accessories etc; after changing my mind about a few things (including the bike itself) and asking numerous questions, everything I have wondered/asked about has been resolved easily and with a great deal of care and patience- and I have spoken with numerous different people via their live chat, everyone always very courteous, respectful and friendly. Plus I love how they offer sales and give coupons towards in store items on bigger purchases (I received a $300 in-store cash card for purchasing my bike, which was unnecessary but very cool! Thanks Bicicletta, for paying for my Garmin). Also, I've seen people mention that their prices seem high but when I shop around online, they seem to often beat out competitors. But as with all things, YMMV and looking around is usually a good idea anyways.
Overall, I like this store quite a lot and will continue to shop there!

Reliable, easy to talk to, email or quick chat on the website. Everything they sell is great, website doesn't have a lot of details on the products but easy to find elsewhere. Shipping is fairly quick. Good variety of products!

Definitely recommend! My go-to website for bike products (AND it's Canadian!)

Nic Tickner at Bicicletta bring his mastery of modern (aka COVID-driven) multiple modality communications to the table in a fresh and successful style. The salesperson is gone. The service expert - genuine, sincere, stoked, and extremely knowledgeable - is who you’ll meet.
Bicicletta’s telephone appointment reservation system mildly freaked me out after months of poor experiences with Telehealth and travel agency upsets… but I’ve been converted.
Do this! It works! Nic chatted, probed and queried numerous avenues to clarify both the connections and gaps between my Wants and Needs. We weren’t talking brands and colours until later. We identified the “ideal” bike for me before concluding such an animal even exists. Nic spoke on the phone while simultaneously online text messaging and pushing links to pages showing gear and specifications I could view during our call. It was seamless and never overwhelming. Nick’s demeanour is warm and patient (until we got excited sharing stories and his adrenaline for the rapid and the gnarly shines through).
“Bicycle fitting via telephone” left me uneasy. I was searching for a gravel/adventure bike with touring abilities - it absolutely HAD to fit my body proportions. Nic even looked up the geometry specs on my old (stolen) road bike to hone in on the search. He built a five-bike comparison during our call to review all the geometry specs among our narrowing choices.
In about one hour I bought a bike with a very high degree of confidence!
A bike (and riding it) is such a tactile physical thing. Traditional bicycle sales are high-touch: Colours, fat tires, graphics, sitting on the saddle… so many joyous but distracting sensory features. In a shop, while customers are behaving like magpies with thick wallets, it’s easy for sales staff to just sell pretty things.

Finding a professional like Nic was a blessing. Earlier, I had done several weeks of online research (as we all do) and found choices (guesses, really) among three brands, yet was at a stalemate because I did not have the expertise to understand the gambit of subtleties. Nic asked a lot of questions and always left me feeling the ownership of my choices throughout the process. Nic ensured my new pedals and gravel shoes were immediately shipped to my house so I could mount them onto the temporary bike I’m borrowing. Service. Service!
When my new Salsa Cutthroat is built and ready for the final fitting in a few weeks, I’ll see it for the first time. Weird, right? But totally cool, too. Bicicletta’s 30 day satisfaction policy helped seal the deal for my sight-unseen purchase.
Call/Book with Nic. Make a new friend. Buy your bike and get outside! Seriously, this is painless.

Ordered a bike, which came with a 300 voucher. A wrong item came with voucher order and the bikes paint was nicked before delivery. Staff phoned directly and made sure that everything was taken care of until I was happy. I put a lot of value with how a company deals with problems, so I have nothing but good things to say. Very responsive support as well. Will deal with them again.

I have now ordered from Bicicletta, Vancouver, three times. Communication was excellent and shipping prompt. On one occasion I had to call about an order and staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Although I prefer to support local bike shops Bicicletta has parts and supplies currently no available elsewhere... And this is a Canadian bike shop started in Kits, Vancouver.

Received 2 Spurcycle bells only 2 days after ordering on-line. Great service and the box had a note that the order was packed by "Ethan", what a noce personal touch and recognition that all jobs are important to a great service experience. I'll be back!

Helpful and responsive. I had my bibs shorts replaced within a week after finding a defect in the product. The process was smooth and easygoing with great communication. Kudos to the customer service and all the online representatives teams that work there!
