Big Bang Bagels

Too busy and they can't handle the people got the fernie bagel with bacon and they forgot everything except for the egg. Bagels were soft but way overpriced. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Tasty bagels, friendly staff. Known in Fernie as the best bagels in this small town. They have a dozen day old bagels for $12, which is still a little steep for day olds. A bagel with cream cheese will run you over $5, although the cc is pretty generous. Worth a visit if you are stopping by Fernie.

Very disappointed. We have been there before and it was great, but $31 for two tasteless breakfast bagels is ridiculous.

Amazing place, with some of the best bagels you will ever have and nice drink options to boot.

Breakfast bagel were good. Purchased some extra bagel to take home but they were dry and hard. Was expecting more from a bagel shop. It's a very busy place we had to wait over 40 minutes for our order to be ready.

It was a tasty roll, but not a bagel! I’m probably bias being from Montreal and having family in New York. It was tasty though, If you want a decent breakfast sandwich on a roll, highly recommend!

Awesome place! Staff were so kind and working so hard to get everyone served as fast as possible. Bagels were so good!

Bagels are amazing. Service however needs a lot of work. I grabbed a bag of day old bagels and should have just left with that. I made the mistake of ordering 6 additional bagels and had to wait 15 mins to get them! I don't understand why the worker I bought from couldn't turn around and grab my 6 bagels. Would've taken him another 10-20 seconds max and I would've left a happy customer instead of super annoyed. That definitely should have not taken 15 mins to grab 6 bagels and throw it in a bag. They need to come up with a better system, because stuff like that makes me never want to come back regardless of how good the bagels are.

Super busy but for someone who really isn't a fan of bagels, this place really does make delicious bagels! Sad that I have missed out on this place so many years but better later than never!

Bagels are not the traditional chewy type and make for an amazing sandwich. Had the Griz and it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The cream cheese is home made and amazing. Pull off the highway and go get yourself the best thing you will eat that day. 10/10 will not disappoint. Staff is quick and friendly as well. Hidden gem for sure.

Best bagels in town, but super busy on a Sunday morning! They are well organized, hard working and friendly, but only 4 stars since I did have to wait 30 minutes for a pretty simple sandwich. Nevertheless, great place and sooo good, I'll be back for sure

Ordered an everything bagel with Avo; got a bagel: when I returned it I told the girl it seems I just have butter in here no avo; she proceeds to say “no there’s no butter they just forgot the Avo”…so your workers gave me a bagel.not sure why you were proud to say that to me as if defending that they did part of my order right, by giving me a bagel. And then when she put the Avo Im guessing it was Two spoonfuls of it on the bagel. I could’ve gotten a better bagel at Tim hortons. Easily.

Delicious bagels! Super soft, fresh, and a decent size. Ingredients/toppings all super fresh, with a great selection. Was a nice breakfast treat. Highly recommend if looking for something quick and delicious to start your day.

All I have to say is, this a must visit spot in Fernie! They know how to make great bagels and amazing bagel sandwiches!

Ordered a large latte from here and 40% of it was foam and barely any liquid in it, brought it up with the girl at the front and she decided to give me a recap of what a latte is and that it contains foam as if I didn’t know what it was. I’ve had many lattes and never was it foamed up liked that. Zero effort. They made me another one which was okay. Just go to another cafe or Starbucks if you need the caffeine.

Very disappointed with the cleaniness. I watched a staff run the till, not wash her hands then touch food. I never saw any of the staff members wash their hands the hour I was there. They were also making meals and openly eating bacon, while placing it on sandwiches. They had no gloves and no hair nets. The food might be good but I was so grossed out I would never go back. If I knew before I ate my sandwich I wouldn't have gone in. Disgusting. Stay away till they get their act together

Delicious bagels and sandwiches but insanely long wait. Over 30 minutes for a bagel with fried egg and bacon on it. Highly suggested if you have nowhere to be; certainly not a quick stop.
