Big Box Outlet Store - Kelowna

Bought online and was sent an item marked as "new" that had battery issues and wouldn't charge properly. Since I had to rip the box open they wouldn't accept it back alleging that if the box was damage they wouldn't be able to resell it (even thought it was broken). Not the first time I bought with them and received a damaged item and a bad costumer support.

Forgot my wallet here and after couple minutes got a phone call from cs asking to come back and pick it up. Turned out the rep looked my number up in the system. I got my wallet and everything that was in there including the cash. Thank you very nice people.

Stopped by to buy a chocolate bar and asked for change as opposed to bills back from a twenty and the teller said "we don't do that as change is hard to come by". Will NOT be back. Many other places to get a deal in town.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, good selection and very good prices.

My wife love going to big box first before going to other stores. She like their deals of snacks, furniture, appliances, and clothing.that is great for my family it helps to save Money in my pocket and keep us on our budget.

Very poor return policy. Although there are some occasional deals, you typically end up with someone's used, returned item from Costco, at a premium price, with an inability to return yourself when you discover it's not working and was never tested to begin with. It seems to be getting worse

Got a “new” used air fryer with sauce stains inside and it stinks.in the process of moving so didnt unbox it till i moved into my new place (about 50 days later) so now im stuck with someones used air fryer.how is that fair to a customer maybe i should rip open all the boxes and inspect everything before purchasing.they have good stuff sometimes but be careful or theyll get ya

BUYER BEWARE tried to return obviosly unused shirt with receipt and original price tag still attached within 30 days. Apparently a membership req'd. Wouldn't even give credit. BUY CAREFULLY.

Never recommended! They are not responsible of the defective goods at all! I bought a Microsoft Surface. The touch didn't work and they didn't take it back!

Found a really nice wooden cutting board and wanted to buy it it was 15 dollars. But discovered it was un level so went back to check the rest and found out they were all unlevel. Completely pathetic that they try to sell garbage cutting boards at full price when there all defective. They are trying to rip people off and its disgusting. Do not shop here

I work close to the Big Box Outlet and visit often. There is always a great selection of interesting items at great prices. I have purchased a Roomba, runners, clothing, Bbq, suitcase, etc. All the staff are next level. Mike, Les, and Charmaine have made the store my first destination to shop. Thank you!

They have a great selection of UTTERLY random stuff-including groceries-at often AMAZING prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This store sells items from bankrupt stores, closed stores, refurbished items, returned items.those are just examples. They sell furniture, electronics, kids toys, kitchen wares, clothes, books, etc. I bought a recliner here once that had a little imperfection in the leather in one location and got it for half the retail cost. (Chair came from Costco). They even get e-scooters from time to time. Follow their return policies.some things you can only exchange, some things will be refunded. Return policies are posted at the cashier registers. I advise you to read it. Some things are worth buying some not.use your own discretion. But you can find some good deals here. The variety here is all over the place.

A great store to shop at. Prices are great, staff are always friendly and helpful. Mike and Les have the best attitude and are always a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a mattress cover, it was $40 less 20% tried to return it a day later in the package but was refused
This is Costco overstock, Costco returns anything no questions asked and they are same price at Costco
They have 3 page list of final sale items taped to a pole at cash register
Was not told it was final sale
It was kind that goes over mattress not zippered but package was misleading like it was full coverage with zipper. Wonder what their customer aquisition cost is. They just lost 2 today.

Your typical liquidation store. You can find some great deals but you have to take the time to dig for the good stuff. If you see something you like don't second guess, buy it, because it won't be there if you take time to think about it. Check out staff is always friendly. Floor staff is elusive.save your time and just go to the check out at the front and they'll gladly find you someone to help you.

A very useful store. It is always fun to wander through to find new items, even if they don't always have what you need.

This place is exactly what you would expect. Crowded and sometimes overwhelming but it offers so much selection and prices that really cannot be beat around the city. Some things aren’t really a sale per say but if you want cheap without too much sacrifice on quality this is the place to be. Friendly staff too!
