Excellent deals and very helpful and friendly staff, especially Joel for his help after our car was hit out front the store.

Rather disappointing in the way things are organized. More like a storage garage than a retail store.

Bought a mattress at big box in penticton and the salesman realized it will go on sale the next day and gave us the sale price instead of the full price for the mattress! What a champ:) got a $100 gift card!

I always find treasures at this store! I recently purchased a leather sofa/recliner. As older peeps we had concerns of getting the sofa loading and unloading this without damage! I have to send a huge praise to Bhavy as he went above and beyond to ensure the most convenient time for pick up, sofa was completely wrapped and loaded in the truck with extra cardboard protection. Thank you thank you Bhavy! You are a treasure to this store. Staff were very helpful and kind under his direction as staff always are at your location. If a friend is needing great customer service l will refer Bhavy to them specifically! Couch looks great!

I went for shopping at bigbox outlet and i had a great experience with one of the employee name kashish. She is so sweet and nice. She helped me a lot in finding the stuff over there. She assisted other customers in a very friendly way.

I recently shopped in the penticton store and found some excellent deals on 2 very large rugs. I found an employee named Joel to help me find the cost and size of one rug that had been awkwardly placed in the rack. He was so helpful and cheerful as it was a big job to get this very large rug out and then folded up and into my car as well as the other one I purchased. I want to thank him again for all of his assistance and amazing customer service which is so rare to find these days!

I bought a Toshiba a/c unit at this store and when I got home I opened it up and it is refurbished. I hooked it up and it worked fine, but it is badly scratched all over. I went back to talk to them about it not being marked as refurbished, but the manager didn't seem to care. I went in to see if they marked them a few weeks later and still not marked. I am going to report them as it is illegal to not let consumers know what they are getting.

I had a great experience at penticton location. My cashier her name is Gurpreet she is simply amazing. She know how to deal with customers.

Bhavy and Shefali absolutely phenomenal customer service. I was given specification and overview of the appliances by Bhavy. He made sure, I was happy and understood with the appliances I was taking home. Shefali as new manager have changed the look of the store. It is neat and clean place to find all the products. There is actually staff now that helps you out rather than always having short staff and been neglected like in the past. I was overwhelmed with their customer service over the weekend, will be returning for more.

I give this a five star only based on the manager who is called Shifali and the staff. They are extremely helpful and really know how to sell their items in there especially the furniture but as for the parking, I absolutely hate the parking lot. Most of the parking is extremely limited and tight, and the rest of it is up on an incline, which when you’re older like me, makes it very hard To get out of the vehicle and hold the door and be standing on a hill it would be great if the store could be in a place where there’s a nice parking area and that it’s flat and easy to access. I only frequent the store when my husband will drive me, I don’t go on my own to browse because of the parking so I give the parking for the store a one star.
