I would like thank Gary and Owners on the purchase of our Mercedes Unity. Very happy with the deal and service. Smooth and painless when you have People with knowledge on the Product they sell. I definitely would deal with Big Boys again.

In all of my life, I have never been treated so horribly by an employee of any kind. I’ve received service at McDonald’s that makes this employee seem like a joke. Would not stop calling me ma’am no matter how many times I very kindly asked them to stop, and I guess once they picked up on the fact they were upsetting me, that’s when the insults started. “You’re brain dead. You’re not a man. ” Constant sighing, constant eye rolling, the whole nine yards. I truly can’t think of a time I’ve been treated quite like this. I believe their name was Dylan.

I’ve dealt with every RV company on Vancouver Island over the last 40+ years, & these guy’s are by far the best. I’ve recently had a solar panel installed and some repairs done on our motorhome and their service & promptness has been exceptional! I needed an awning replacement before going on an extended trip, & with almost no notice, they got it installed before we left. The service manager, Dave Bartlick went above & beyond to accommodate our timeline, as did the techs in the shop. Thx. Guy’s!

They did not have what I was looking for, but they were friendly and went out of their way to try and find what I needed. That's all you can ask for. They had lots of stuff in stalk.

The BBT team are all great to work with, and in particular Dale Geddes. During the height off the Pandemic Dale brought us from no RV knowledge to owning a Northern Lite Camper that was perfect for us. We are now moving on from that unit and Dale is again there for us, taking the time to work with us and streamline the process. If you are looking for an RV, look no farther than Dale at BBT!

Dale Geddes is an RV Sales Consultant at Big Boys Toys in Nanoose Bay and he has been consistently superior with cluing me in about my new RV. A lot of helpful guidance when I traded in an RV and then purchased my new RV.
I give my highest recommendation to Dale and his team. Nothing was overlooked to ensure I would have happy travels across North America in my new RV.

I have purchased a trailer from Big Boy's Toy's and always recommend them to friends and family. The owners are wonderful people to deal with. It feels like they are in it to ensure you find what suites your families needs to make wonderful memories as we have. I have called the staff on the fly to ask questions and they are always helpful. I also enjoy stopping into the parts department a couple times in the year to find fun little items for the season, as well as items I really don't need but now must have, so they have a great parts area too. Thank you to the Moore family and all their employees for helping me and my family make wonderful memories on this beautiful island!

After doing our due diligence in purchasing a travel trailer that has no history of water damage, including asking several times about water damage, being assured there was no water damage, Big Boys Toys sold us a water damaged trailer knowing we would be heading south with it and it would be dry for the 30 days of their warranty. The second it rained, our entire bedroom was flooded with water. There was also a bubble on the back of the RV that, when we specifically asked AT the dealership if it was water damage, we were told it was extreme weather changes that made the wrap bubble. Every person we have talked to at our RV park and the two RV specialists we showed bubble to have all said it is water damage and that we were lied to. The one RV specialist did a full inspection and found so much mold that he said it was un-livable. A “write-off”. Three months after purchasing. My six year old son and I were the ones who slept in there the most and have had debilitating migraines and major fatigue. When he showed us the mold we realized we had been quite literally surrounded by mold as we slept. When we alerted the company to this, they doubled down and said they weren’t liable and that we should use a dehumidifier. Sorry Ian, but a dehumidifier isn’t going to undo the damage done here and any moisture we did see that was condensation we used an electric heater for and I wiped windows down. So gaslighting my husband who you know is not knowledgeable on this stuff is well played, but I see right through you. He also recommended that our family of six, who have now been homeless and left high and dry for Christmas by RV dealership and insurance (because insurance is also saying it’s RV dealership to blame here) that we should again put our life and travel plans on hold to drive BACK to Canada (27 hours away) to winter road conditions with a mouldy trailer on Christmas to let them check it out. While Ian, the GM is out of the country enjoying his own Christmas holidays. Meanwhile my 8,6,3 and 2 year olds had to take down all their Christmas decorations, be displaced, suffer health conditions (beyond my six years olds migraines, my 3 year old repeatedly told me this morning his head hurt too after being in trailer cleaning it out yesterday). We had to either throw out all our clothes or dry clean them and that bill alone was $400USD. Add in all the other stuff we had to throw out or give away, our pad rental, my husband renting an office down the street, having to drive and hour back and forth to grab things and staying on couches and hotels, my husband missing work. I can tell you this mama is NOT happy. We are supposed to be heading east toward Florida and instead we are wasting our entire “holiday” dealing with this. And if you read reviews on other places (that they haven’t deleted), we are not the only ones to be burned by these big bad boys. There are MANY of us. Not one penny paid to us nor one ounce of remorse. You guys are truly unbelievable.

Couldn’t be happier with service from Big Boy’s Toys. I was looking for an awning for our camper and phoned numerous places on the island and basically they all couldn’t be bothered to find one for me. Then I called Big Boy’s Toys, they said they would try to find me one and they did. Totally amazing service from the staff and special thanks to Richard in parts for the extra effort. Highly recommend Big Boy’s Toys

We popped into Bigs boys whilst on a road trip from Ontario. We had a few concerns re: our 2022, Jayco Promaster Class B.
