Good place when you need a fried chicken fix, love that it's open late. Love their cheese soonsal, black yummy, and tteokbboki. Wish they had cheese snow chicken on the menu.

The staff was super nice, me and my sister ordered the cheese volcano with rice cake and after eating a few bites we realized it’s way too spicy.and the staff was very polite and offered to make it again with less spice! 10/10 experience

Food was food, good service and always loved coming here but I’m writing this review as I’m here and the staff is just blasting loud inappropriate hard core rap music at a “korean cuisine”

Food is delicious here, definitely my favorite place for Korean fried chicken. The place has a very nice atmosphere, and is super clean. Staff super friendly. Must try the clam soup, and also the corn chicken!

I also love it’s location, right by the cinema and bowling alley. Great place for a get together with friends and family.

Honestly great fried chicken. It is a bit expensive but it is very good. The servers are nice and the booths are big for lots of people.
The onion rings, yam fries, fried chicken were all so delicious.

A great place to have good chicken, staff are always taking care of your needs, but napkins are seemingly never enough. Especially if half of the menu is spicy.

The service was nice the food was amazing and the atmosphere was nice as well.over all really good place to have dinner with friends if craving for some Korean fried chicken and other Korean dishes.

Big Chicken Town is always good. Sweet Spicy and the Green Mountain are definitely recommendations. When it comes down to it though, BBQ Chicken wins Guildford's Best Korean Fried Chicken.

Not bad but got very overpriced recently, totally understandable because of inflation but from $13+ for a half or to their “regular” size $20+ for the regular flavours is a big jump and portions seems to be less now

Went here with my kid, he absolutely enjoyed the chicken. I though it was ok. We also ordered a poutine it was good.

Cheesy volcano chicken is something to come back for time and time again. Saucy and sizzling hot in every way. Rice cakes don't sit well next day so if you are packing it up don't bother with those.
Tried the kimchi fried rice alongside and it was too greasy for my taste. Bacon fat I think.

Big Chicken Town is the gem of Surrey. Definitely recommend the Black Yummy & Sweet Dream.

It's not worth it. It's definitely a "first-and-last" experience. The chicken is not worth it, it is not even a chunk of chicken. It is just a thin layer of meat coated with a thick layer of flavor. We ordered the garlic chicken, and all we tasted was spy sauce and oil. The yam fries were not good as well (this is just personal preference). It's soggy and hard mixed. The waitresses were not friendly as well. The first one did not even greet us properly and just waved her hand towards the inner seat and said, "You can sir here. " The other one just came over and simply said, "I'm just gonna start cleaning up the dishes, ok? " Doesn't sound like asking more like informing and started to take away plates. The beer was not good. We ordered Granville Island one and for sure didn't taste like it. The only thing that was ok was the clam soup.

The customer service was horrible. We had to ask multiple times for drinks when the restaurant was almost empty. We had an issue with one of our food items and the manager simply came to our table and give us a very dirty look. The chicken is honestly not worth it! Do not recommend! I use to love this place but the experience with the workers ruined it for me.

Always super reliable and yummy. Just know that the larger order can easily be shared by 2 people. I tend to over purchase but this is a community meal for sure. Enjoy!
