Simply the best massages I’ve had in Canada. Way better than any other fancy expensive places that I’ve tried.

I went a total of three times for a LD massage with Sue, and really enjoyed the first couple sessions, however during my last visit I came back after travelling for 8 months and had admittedly gained some weight. She seemed afraid to touch me, basically brushing her hands along my skin then patted my stomach at the end and said "you need to fix this" before laughing. I guess it was a joke and perhaps some cultural differences but I left feeling really poorly about myself and frankly haven't gotten a massage since.

Great spot, good service and great price. I always see Amanda, Julio or Amy. They are very talented, good at listening to your needs, your reaction, with the right pressure, to help you relieve soreness, spasms and kinks.

The best meaning, ask about Amanda. She knows what she does. She is the best, the best, and the coolest. You will feel comfortable and relaxed without Amanda. This branch will be closed … Thank you, Amanda, because you are the best.

Inconsistent foot massage. Lillian's massage was great last time, but today's massage person left my feet hurting even more with some weird pains near ankles and heels.

Always a wonderful experience! I have just had a great massage from Annie, who used an overhead rail (room #4) to grab onto allowing her to very slowly walk up and down on my back. This deep massage on my sore back was super therapuetic! I am a mesomorph, so this kind of massage is very effective on me.

I can often find this kind of massage in Southeast Asia, but I do not find it as common here.

Annie speaks Engish very well, so I could talk about where attention is most needed.

My only regret was not booking a double session!

I've been a customer here for a few years, and I regularly stop in for reflexology. Staff are always exceptionally friendly, the location is very clean and prices are reasonable.

As a guy, I was shy to try reflexology (or any spa-like experience) for the first time. I'm glad I did as its a treat I now really enjoy! From my observations, the clientele here is a pretty even split between men/women. Highly recommend this business!

The worst massage ever! Pushing unexpectedly sharp on my neck made me have a severe headache for the next day. Used no oils, and the whole one hour full body massage was on my back and over the blanket! Will never go there again!

Favourite local spot for massage in Port Moody! Annie gave me an intense foot massage today. Have also had wonderful relief through full body and lymphatic drainage massages with Amanda on other visits. Always effective.

Highly recommend Julio for everyone. You would never regret if you need a professional massage. He listens to your needs and help you to have a quality sleep.

I was recommended by a friend to try a foot reflexology session instead of my usual place however I was very disappointed. The woman moisturized my legs at the most. I was vocal about the pressure/ areas she was “massaging” and did not listen. Massaging my tibia bone and rubbing my legs with lotion is not what I was expecting. Fair pricing and this location was very busy - if she was tired this is not an excuse as the quality of massage should take priority than the amount of people they can push in and out. I will not be back - I even brought a friend, we both will not return.
UPDATE: I received a message from the manger Susan who offered me and my friend a free massage to give this place another chance. Thank you Julio I will definitely be back I had a great foot reflexology massage and so did my friend thanks to June. Good customer service by making sure we had a great experience.

Julio is awesome! He gives one of the strongest massages at this location. Will always come back here to see him.

Sue is an excellent therapist for foot and a full body massage. Great value for money. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I had a full body massage from Annie and it was THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD! I wish I could put 10 stars I couldn’t move when I walked in but now I feel young and I can actually move everything with no issue! SHE IS AMAZING! And it was only $55 I would have paid a fortune for that massage!

Thank you to Julio who took exceptional care with me. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire massage. He was attentive and extremely professional. I have never had a better customer service experience before. Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Julio, you won't regret it. Beyond 5 star rating!

Julio is fantastic, he always control adequate pressure at right place, getting rid of pressure for all day. Feeling enegergetic after the treatment. Pick him without any hasitation!

Best Reflexology Experience ever. Went in with a group of friends on the May Long weekend. They were able to fit all 5 of us in at the same time. We called the same day. Summer who was my Masseuse was very observant to my facial expressions during the treatment, as well as the rest of the group and the vibe, She would check in to make sure the pressure is okay. She made us all laugh and seemed like she was really enjoying her job. I live on the island and I'm already thinking about going back to Big Feet on my next visit. The reflexology was so relaxing and painful but in a good pain kind of way:) It was also informative and my legs and feet felt so great after and I felt relaxed.

I've been taking massage therapy at Bigfeet Port Moody for over a year and am really satisfied with the service provided. Wendy at the reception is always nice and helpful, and all therapists are professional and skillful. Here I want to recommend Annie to all, as she can not only make me feel relaxed but also solve my chronical problems! Don't worry if you don't speak Mandarin, she does not even need to ask for details. As long as you an point out which area is bothering to her, she can accurately figure out the source of the problem and solve it. Will surely continue booking sessions with Annie!

I honestly love the Big Feet franchise but the Port Moody location is my favorite by far. I have been here multiple times and am never disappointed with the service I get. All of their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and I end up feeling like bubble wrap when I'm there because they just pop all the knots that I have in my body. You can't beat there prices especially with how great the service is. I have reccomend this big feet to 5 friends now who have all gone and had nothing but good things to say about this place. Can't wait to book another appointment

Ask for Fenny! I did reflexology and body massage with her and I came out feeling very refreshed and relaxed! Her head massages are the best!

Joanna is great! I have arthritis in my lower back and a couple of slipped discs in my neck. If it weren't for Joanna's body massage, I wouldn't be able to golf 2 to 3 times a week. Her reflexology is helping out my feet a lot, as well. Thanks, Joanna!

Always great service they seem to go above and beyond. I have been going to big feet for years now and tried other place but always like big feet the best.

Very poor technique. My masseuse kept the door opened and was talking loudly with them as there were at the front. She gave me looks and when I asked her to close the door.
They kept on talking for 20 mins. This is not acceptable. I didnt ask anything there as I don't wanted to affect their business as other customers were there too.

I would never come here. They dont know english. Plus the massage technique was really very low.below standard.

The floor was very untidy. My feet got dirty when I removed socks and just stepped on the floor.

I come here every week for either acupressure or reflexology now. Most of the time I had Celine as my masseuse as she's very knowledgeable and good at explaining, she'll tell you which spot that you have the pain on your foot it means you might have problems somewhere in your body.
The place is bright and clean and on some slow hours you might be able to walk in. The price is unbeatable as far as I know in this area and if you can buy the VIP package you'll get 2 free sessions out of the price of 10.

Service was excellent. The staff are excellent at explaining any issues they find in your feet and what it means. So happy with the service, I will definitely go back and for sure recommend.

Great deep tissue massage that helped elivate my lower back pain and worked out the kinks/knots into my neck and traps (shoulders). A good massage tires me out afterwards and requires ice, heat, and rest.

They are very friendly (great customer service) and were able to schedule me for an appointment the same day, which I really appreciated and desperately needed.

Don't go Saturday afternoon.very noisy. I did foot reflexology and the therapists who sat next to each other kept whispering which was very annoying as I had my eyes closed and was trying to relax.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy or benefit from the foot reflexology. I found it to be unbalanced in pressure being either excrutiatingly painful or like a feather ticking my feet. I don’t think the person who gave me my treatment had much experience or knowledge and overused petroleum jelly (unusual) and wore gloves which took away from the feeling of normal touch of skin. You maybe get about 30 minutes on feet/ calf the rest is foot soak and hot towel (which I was burned by). I observed another small lady giving a foot treatment to a gentemam and she used her bare hands/ little to no oils and looked like she was putting a lot of effort and skill into her massage treatment (her client was passed out drooling kind of what I was hoping to happen to me but I was either screaming from pain or irritated by light tickling of my feet). This guy tipped her like $50 bucks so maybe the effort changes for more dollar you pay here $$. Very honestly, I received much better foot reflexology treatment at other non big feet locations. Unfortunately for me I must have gotten someone with little experience or who didn’t feel like putting in effort into a $38 treatment. I’ve had 2 other body massage treatments at other big feet locations. Only 1 (at royal oak) was generally satisfying. Overall the noise level is high and there is little relaxation /therapy focus or calming ambience in the facility. I recommend bringing headphones and music to tune out the yelling and door slamming. Better to see a registered massage therapist/ or do your research better searching for massage place because from my experience you either get lucky and get someone very good or literally get what you pay for if not less at these kind of unregistered/ unregulated facilities. I have been to a couple Big Feet franchises, they're generally good and have very nice staff. I work next to this location and so I come here atleast every 2 weeks. All of them are pretty good but my personal favourite are Vivian for reflexology and Lily for LD massage. Vivian is very knowledgeable, she tries to explain to you why a specific pressure point on your foot hurts or what it's for. Lily does a fantastic job with LD massage. Their prices are very reasonable and like no other. Overall great experience, all of the staff are great and personable.

I come here regularly, you can almost never go wrong with their Therapists. My favourite is Lily for Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Their prices are very reasonable and most of the staff are welcoming.

I am a reapeat customer of Tom’s. His professional massage skills helped relieve my painful shoulder and also he gives me a lot of useful information on how to keep my body healthy. Tom uses his 40 years of medical knowledge and experience to help me and I definitely feel better and better each time. Ever since my co worker showed me this place last year I have become obsessed. This is definitely a hidden gem in Port Moody. I highly recommend seeing Tom— he does my reflexology, body massage, and fire cupping. I always leave there feeling like I’m floating on a cloud, and rejuvenated. I work long days on my feet as a hairdresser so this place is a slice of heaven that’s open late hours. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If Tom is busy I also go and see Julio. Both massueses are amazing!

Definitely recommend going to see Tom or Allen if you go here for massage. This place is not fancy but the pricing is good and the massage is fantastic with Tom and Allen.
I was surprised to see people complaining on here about being asked to tip. Common sense would tell us if you are only paying 40.00 for a 50 minute massage and the business has to pay expenses that the therapist isn’t making a whole lot. Therefore after an hour of hard work it would be fair to say a tip would be expected. If you are coming for a $40.00 massage then do not expect to arrive at the Four Seasons with the same ambience. It’s affordable enough to come more often which I like. I always tip with cash directly to ensure the therapist receives the funds.

I was recently in the Port Moody location and after I’ve left, my foot evidently became painful and swollen! This has never happened to me before. Concerned, I went to the doctor and my doctor let me know it could be due to the reflexology. My reflexologist (I didn’t get her name) didn’t speak any English and her coworkers had to translate and speak on her behalf. She seemed like she wasn’t licensed or educated! My boyfriends reflexologist told my boyfriend to tip him $20! I think this place is under paying their staff and the staff are relying on the tips. They have signs to tell you not to forget to tip. I gave my tip directly to my reflexologist and the receptionist chased me out the door asking if I’m happy and would tip. Now I’m left with a swollen painful foot and ankle!

Update: I don’t think you’re sorry at all. You’ve done nothing to help me in this situation and it happened after I left your establishment. I’ve gone to the doctor and I’ve gone to emergency at the hospital and both doctors have told me it could be a possibility from my reflexology. A possibly both DOCTORS have stated. So are you saying the doctors lack common sense? I think I would know if my foot was swollen.don’t you think? I understand it is a demanding physical job and I never said I didn’t respect my masseur, however I’m swollen in pain with a wrap around my ankle and foot.
