Big Feet

The guy massaging my feet fell asleep several times during my session. He would be massaging, then completely stop for a few seconds, and then kinda jolt awake as he started to lose his balance. This happened on and off for the last 20 minutes. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.

And how about someone address all the 1 star comments and the issues they raise, instead of only commenting on the 5 stars?

I have been to the Big Feet Langley location for a few times. The lady Cherry who worked on me is very helpful, knowledgeable. She understands my pain points. I really enjoyed my visit. Will definitely come back again.

My husband Aaron and I come get reflexology often. The staff are always friendly but our favourite is Julie. She always is working very hard, and accommodating to everyone. She runs the place very well. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing environment. I have consistently had Amazing foot reflexology sessions. Always leave "walking on air". They are good at explaining how everything in our body is connected.

Cindy is very good at her massaging skills. Felt much more relaxed after a session of lymphatic drainage massage.

My go to place for massage. Julie (owner) is very responsive and accommodating. She is always able to book me in for last minute massages when I am in pain. Highly recommend for full body massage, foot reflexology and cupping. All the staff are very good.

Walked in 9 months pregnant and waited in the entrance way for about 4-5 minutes. A man finally comes out and says we’re busy and can’t help me. Disappointing. Told me to call another time but he could have handled it better. I went to Willowbrook mall and spent my money at Toe To Soul. They were happy to take my business!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! What else can I say! Where have you been all my life? ! I will be coming every two weeks from now on. So so so good and relaxing! It’s helping with tension, pain, tenderness, everything. Don’t get discouraged by the very modest look of the place: Lovely and caring therapists, lovely experience.

As always I feel great during and after treatment. All staff are very friendly and Kevin always treats me well. I would recommend a double visit with both feet and body therapy.

I had the worst foot massage by Phil Xiao. He was constantly looking at
the clock rather than giving massage. Phil did not know what he was doing. He was keep touch same spot which is also wrong spot or freeze without any pressure. I will never visit this place again neither will recommend anyone.

I asked if she can do more pressure or change someone has more experience, so the manager came and told me the lady had lots experience and watch how the lady did, so the lady did little more pressure.after the manager left, everything back to the same, worst experience.

Constantly double booking more recently they had the audacity to make me get off the massage table 5 mins into the massage because they thought I was someone else who had a booked appointment. I now goto Body and Sole wellness center up the street and they are much more professional and provide RMT like massage.

It was my first time today ever getting a back message, and I have had this massive knot under my right shoulder blade that has been bugging me for 4-5 years now, Kevin took excellent care of me and made me feel comfortable before going to town on my back, deep pressure, strong accurate message. Bassically got rid of most of the knot in a 1 hour session. Will be going back. 10/10

The acupuncturist Hou Da Huang is very skilled. The fingers on both of hands we slowly becoming numb. I would flex, and crack my knuckles throughout the day- fearing I would lose my sense of touch. The numbest progressed to the index fingers, before I decided to try acupuncture. I was skeptical. I feared the needles. I have tried other forms of therapy. What frightened me the most was not being able to hold my wife. After the therapy- the numbest subsided. There are still days when my hands feel stiff, but it’s better than being numb. Acupuncture worked for my experience. I hope it works for others as well.

Good experience with Big Feet since 2004. In Vancouver. Glad they open one office near by. Tried them for the very first time in Langley and it was just OK. Will go back again. Nice and clean place, stuff polite and massage was really good. They gave us also some extra benefits, awesome service!

Terrible customer service. You shouldnt be handling walk in customers or answering phone calls while attending to your appointment. I will never go there again. The massage was terrible too.

Only one of the 3, who worked on us had any skill in massage. The price is alright but the massage was very sub par. Use at your own risk!

The very best massage therapy in Langley 100%. I have been to many Big Feet locations all over BC and this Langley location had the best quality in service. I was coming from a long day of playing poker nearby and I walked in greeted by the owner. The owner was the one massaging me for 1 hour and it was very easy to be able to tell that she had many years of experience in the industry. Her pressure was firm but gentle at the same time and she always wants to make sure you are comfortable. She will ask you which areas of the body need to be worked on and she will pay close attention to those muscle groups making sure they are relieved of any tightness by the end. I will be going once a week because the massage was just that good. 10/10 would highly recommend everyone to come here. Thank you!

I've been to so many physiotherapists but Richard helped restore my back, neck and shoulders. It's all about the muscle trigger points and if you need a good massage, this is the place to be!
