It was my first time getting feet messaged. This place was great. Employees are so polite and professional that they know what they are doing. Highly recommend for those who feel tired and want to be refreshed and life again.

THIS COMPANY IS NOT REGISTERED. They gave me their license number, designation and association/college this company is registered with. I wanted to claim my massage from the insurance my company is offering, however, because BIG FEET is not registered company, I did not get my claim. I am never going back here.

Massage therapist are so professional. They know the acupuncture points. You might feel painful sometimes, and they will explain that to you.

I have gone to multiple big feet locations and this is my favourite place to go. The owner, Joanna is so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The staff here are very knowledgeable and make the experience very nice. I usually go here for reflexology (shoulder + feet massage), acupressure, or lymphatic drainage massage. I always leave feeling way more relaxed. I definitely recommend people try it. It’s good to come when your body is tense or sore, or even just for self care and relaxation.

Called for appointment, got served right away. Deep pressure full body massage for all 4 of us (including 2 teens). Great service and would come again!

Excellent service and a comfortable environment with technicians who listen and care about my problems. I hurt my back in the gym and went to a chiropractor twice with only minor improvements. I came here and did an entire session of body massage then I immediately felt my back pain was getting better. I had two technicians one's name is Frank the other is Leon. They both are good listeners and care for my issues. I don't know about other technicians, but from what I experienced, this is a guaranteed five-star rating.

A lovely experience. There were 3 of us and they were able to accommodate us for foot reflexology a day before which we were super grateful for. Jenny, Sophia, and the male masseuse (forgot his name, sorry) were friendly and professional. Site is clean and comfy. Even dozed off for a little nap. Will be back! Thank you!

Best massage I think I've ever had, and I am very particular (frequent exerciser and weight trainer). Perfect amount of firm pressure, perfect focus on the muscles that needed it the most (even those I didn't specify as to where I store stress), and an unbeatable value. Will return!

Whenever I have a nice relaxing massage after a stressful workday, I have never been disappointed. This location atmosphere is very relaxing with wonderful music and nice pictures. Once you enter into the room and you feel at home, and I can always sleep like a baby after massage.
Joanna is amazing!  I’ve been to many massage therapists over the past 10 years and she’s the best! She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and you can tell instantly she loves her job. She’s also very flexible and works around any schedule.

Joanne and the team at Big feet (Odlin/Cambie) Richmond are one of my main go to places for the perfect body reset. The other go to spot is Modern Wellness by the olympic oval. Excellent Tui na massage and added cupping for a bit extra is nice and reasonable. Been coming for years and will be back for many more! Thanks for doing what you guys do!

Called in to bring a group and we were accommodated and welcomed warmly. In my group of 5 we all had fantastic back massages. I liked it so much that we’re going back in the evening to get feet massages!
I had Jin and she had the perfect amount of strength and worked very precisely, never hitting any part of my spine.

I have been going to this location for about 5 years now. Joann the owner and the rest of her team are one of a kind. They are inviting, accommodating and will be able to provide you the service that Bog feet provides. Once you enter their door you will feel a sense of relaxation and the environment is quiet, comfortable and clean. If you have not tried big feet Odlin I suggest that you try and have a open mind. I usually get their feet reflexology, full body massage and the Lymphatic drainage massage which I recommend for women is a must try. If you want to give yourself some self care this Big feet location is a way to go!
I recommend the reflexology for people who are on their feet a lot or just want to try what reflexology is all about.
