5 star service big shout outs to Anny and sherry. Anny is helping me for last 3-4 years and from last few months I am seeing Sherry. Both are wonderful.

We go every week that we are in town, best place for the price. I recommend Big Feet to all my family and friends.

I really enjoyed my foot and leg massage. This location was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I was in one of the main rooms with 6 chairs and when another person's massage was done, the staff cleaned up the station quickly and quietly. I had a leg cramp for two weeks before I went and they were able to release it for me. I would highly recommend this location and plan to go again.

Good foot massage. Therapist only chats if you want them to. Would be great if they discussed the "problem" areas when it's finished.

I come here regularly, i get so much relief because Anny really works so hard on my muscle knots. I usually have cupping after a massage. I’ve been foot massaged by Mark and Simon and they are pretty good too. This place is gold for me, near and the masseuses are amazing:)

Alex is great. It's 2 years I'm going to this place and always ask for Alex because he really knows his job and is very respectful and friendly.

I had a body massage there, the experience was not good. I laid down on my tummy without looking, I thought it was the therapist I booked, but I realized she was not the one until she talked to me. The front desk changed the therapist without noticing me, very disrespectful and frustrated. I spent over 100 dollars for a weak massage experience. They should at least let me know before they changed the therapist.

I have been taking my dad to Big Feet Guildford for several years now, and because of the effectiveness, I also started going to Big Feet Guildford myself.
One of the receptionists, Bobo, is very welcoming and caring, always arranging the most suitable masseurs/masseuses for my elderly father. Masseurs/masseuses like Alex, Peter, Mark, Anney, Fanny, etc.have given us massages, and each one treats us very seriously and tries their best to make us feel better. Personally, I think Anney's massage technique is the most suitable for us because she is proficient in acupoints. Although there may be pain when massaging the meridian acupoints, only feeling the pain can truly have a therapeutic effect. I am very grateful to Anney for always working tirelessly! I admire her spirit of dedication very much!

This was not a enjoyable massage, i find it un professional the way the staff were laughing and talking the entire massage.and they were very rough, way to much pressure.someone kept opening the door to our room and it is my birthday today.we come here all the time.not happy

Incredibly rude front desk staff/management. The employees doing massage deserve more respect. I am very disappointed to have witnessed the way they are treated… PS. Please make sure your tip goes directly to your massage therapist, not the front desk! And you can definitely pay with debit/credit, even if they prefer cash!

I have been going to big feet for years in Richmond. Frank in Surrey is phenomenal!

Massager Michelle was amazing.so STRONG! 5 stars for her.the woman at the front reception. 0 stars! Talked and asked something to her face 3 times and she ignored me! The one in Newton, Surrey is WAYYYY better. Michelle should go work there!

Their service is awful and ladies as receptionist work there are so much rude.they come to the room without permission when clients are naked between the massage. No clean enough rooms. They only think about their money. Very bad place only Alex one massager only nice person. But service the big feet perform is too low. The worst place I ever have seen.

The lady at the front desk is very polite. In such a busy situation, she can arrange it reasonably and thoughtfully. I am very satisfied with their service! Will come again!

The service that receptionist gives to customers is too low. No respect to Custumer. They are talking very rudely to the customer and only care about money. They come between the massage without getting allowance from customers while naked and getting massage in the room. No recommended at all this location and they don’t train their staff at all.

Alex does the best massage ever. I always have a great massage experience with him. He’s very helpful and communication is excellent. I highly recommend

Wow, I’ve been coming here for nearly 4 years now.my family always here for feet massages right before they close and helps us sleep so good at night. We always go to Alex, Peter, Jaja, and a few more girls I can’t remember their names and now our new favourite girl is Sherry. She gives amazing feet and body massages! Sherry has strong hands for a girl. She’s so kind and understanding.
My shoulders, neck and back was aching and full of tension. Sherry helps me released the tension and I felt so relaxed. If you guys haven’t give this place a try, you are missing out!

This place is great to go for body relaxation and to cure body as well. The staff is awesome and I love it, I always come regularly here once a week.

Worst massage of my life. I asked to havey shoulders and neck focused on and he didn't listen. I don't believe he understood and if this is the case.manager should check in to find out areas of focus. Waste of money and time.do not go here!

I had a very bad back pain and neck pain. I went to Big foot massage place and the lady name Sherry, given me a body massage and foot massage, it was very amazing! She heal my back pain after massaging! And they have very good service, very clean and respectful! I want to come again!

Just to answer the reply of Big Feet - my mom's massage was booked at 11am so not sure why there was no receptionist other than the person giving my mom a massage.

Booked a massage for my mom. She said it was a good massage except for having the masseuse also doing reception and talking on the phone while doing the massage. This seems very unprofessional to me since how can the person concentrate on massaging when she's also answering calls and running to the front desk? I hope this won't happen again.

My back was so painful that I could not walk. After deep massage and acupuncture, I could walk normally on the same day, which was great!

If u want to get sick, u can choose to go there.
I went for a massage there couple days back.the room light was low when i lay down on massage table. When the massage was over, i saw the green sheet they used was dirty (had some spots on it right where my nose and mouth were). I felt really bad and let the reception know about it. She never felt sorry and smiled.
Then she asked for tip which i totally refused due to their bad hygienic conditions.
Guess what.i become sick very next day and still recovering!

Mark is amazing and absolutely the best masseuse. He is very professional and skilled with his hands. Always wanting more even when my session is over. The location is clean and inviting. Looking forward to my next massage. Thank you Mark.

Friendly front desk. The massager I chose worked very hard and has a satisfied skill and service attitude. When done massage and pay, the massager is no more wait at the front desk for tip, which is a more comfortable change from new owner that I really appreciated.

Been here total of two times and never again. First time was Ok, thought it was weird when the front desk lady kept asking if I had cash to pay instead of my card. Told her I don't carry cash, she kept insisting to stop by the bank while my mom stayed in the shop to go get cash from the TD across the street. WTF
Second time, I come back- even more horrible.
I was paired up with a lady, then another lady, then a man. All in the total of 15 minutes. Why was that necessary? Hard to relax when you get use to one masseuse's pressure and flow just to gets switched up every 3 minutes. Therapists also whisper and chat during your session. So hard to relax in that kind of environment.
When the 50 minutes was up and my mother goes up to pay, she says its $45 each. Website and the price list directly in front of us says $38 without taxes. Didnt even fight it due to the s ketchyincident the first time and just decided to never come back or to recommend to anyone. Fraudulent ran "business" if you want to even call it that.

Lucked up and got.a massage from a girl named Sammie. She worked really hard to relieve me of my pain, good job done well.

During the servive, the massager got warm up so he went to turn on the air conditioner but did not give me blanket.
I was freezing and caugh a cold after that.

Great experience coming here. All the therapists I've had are good, especially Mark who is proficient and excellent, which is why I keep coming back to this location. The prices are reasonable and the therapists definitely deserve something extra for their service.

The massage was good, the ladies were nice. Minus the shin massage which was too rough, 2 days out and I have a few bruises. The place was clean but they sat another person right beside me when the room was empty. Didn't feel as relaxed after that. There was someone smoking out the back and the smoke kept wafting back in. Plus the washer or dryer was running. Not very zen. Over all I'd go back but with lower standards and be specific about not wanting too much pressure.

The environment is good, the service attitude is also very good! The service is in place and professional! I will choose this store next time.

Surprisingly good. Much cleaner than than foot spas around and staff actually have energy here to do the massage at same price as others place. I thought they did very good job. Quiet place and has enough parking. Spa music not too loud and massage furniture in good condition. It is a great spa you should go. You will never forget how amazing it is.

My friend recommended me Big Feet and it is the first time i tried here. The environment in Big Feet is very good, very clean, the service is good, the technicians work conscientiously. Although it is half an hour to drive, but I really like Big Feet and it is worth trying, I will come here very often. I stronly recommand you to try Big Feet also

I been going here over a year now. I always book for Mark. You cant go wrong with him. If you havent tried, ask for Mark. He is too busy sometimes its hard to book an appt with him. I called ystd but he was full booked all day. So I have to pre-book a day before. Highly Recommended!

We are regulars at this location and have done both the acupressure massage and reflexology. We have yet to have a negative experience and prices can’t be beat. Get the VIP card when they offer their 20% off promotion.

I had best full body massage and feet massage by Mark. Very relaxing and his magic hands does miracles. I went in with sore feet and knee. Walked out happy. Will definately go again.

Went for the first time most of my experience was great except when the lady was working on my spine, it was a pain painful, I sucked it up and enjoyed the rest of the message, however that evening my spine started to feel sore and this morning the middle of my spine feels bruised I wonder if they are truly educated in what they do or if they are just taught by someone there?

If you're stressed or sore this is the place to go!

What the hell of this store's receptionist.she was keep asking me what time, how many person, body or feet when I liked to know what time was the latest booking of the day. She totally didn't understand English. Never call again.

This is always my first choice to go for every time I need a massage. I have been there so many times and been served by many different therapists. Everyone of them is well trained and can fully target and relief my shoulder and lower back pain. The entire store is well maintained. Also the front desk is really friendly and always tries to fit me in when I just walk in. I always walk out with a fresh body and mind. Highly recommend!

Soooo good. Very reasonable prices too. I got an hour long massage for 45$. Dont go here if you dont enjoy a lot of pressure. For me it was perfect as I find most places dont listen to me when I request 10/10 pressure. I feel truly relieved, a lot of my muscle knots were destroyed. And although it was a little painful it was worth it. When I touch my neck area it feels so much less tense than before I went. Also I found that the massage therapist or whatever their title is knew exactly where my problem areas were and focused on those- rather than the whole body. I found it relaxing as well as relieving, was almost falling asleep. Will definitely be returning.

This is my first time to be here and had a really good experience. I made an appointment before I come and got served once I got there. Im satisfied with their service. I have a bad should pain for a long time, they helped me and suggested me to come more frequently. Im certainly coming back to this location, but forgot to ask the therapist's name hope I can have her as well.

Price is moderate. Techniques are average. Service is not good. But I guess you get what you pay for, so I don't complain.
