Did not like it because clothes are on. I prefer more relaxing massage with oils and stones. Too hard and industrial.

Very good massage! Foot massage includes 10min on your shoulders and neck as well:) would definitely recommend and will be back!

First time here today and had 50 min body massage + 50min foot massage. Only booking was easy and did not need to wait at all when I come in today. Dennis was absolutely amazing! During the foot massage I was worried when certain part of my foot was hurting more and he patiently explained that someone are more sensitive it doesn’t mean I have serious issue. This will be my go to massage place for sure!

I pulled a calf muscle and walked in, hoping to make an appointment. I was seen right away and received a thorough and expert treatment. My therapist got right to the source of my pain and (I think) got rid of scar tissue and adhesions. We couldn’t communicate very well, but she knew her stuff well enough to read me, and it wasn’t an issue. It was painful at times, but I’m sure it will help my recovery.

Massage is good particularly like lili. But unfortunately my Caucasian partner went on his own and they cut his time short.so watch the clock, they may short you time If you’re not paying attention. And I suspect this could be influenced especially if you are not Chinese.

In reply to your reply: When we walked in at 13: 55pm (this is what my GPS time shows) he went straight to the washroom then walked into the room at 13: 58pm (and would have still needed to undress which would take at least 2 min if there thereapist walked right in as soon as he was done). He texted the moment the therapist walked out of the room which was 15: 03 on the dot according to the text message time stamp. So that is 65 min counting the 2-3 min it would have taken him to undress. 60-61 min if you do not. He was standing in your lobby at 15: 10 and waited another 5 min for someone to come out to pay. So if your time counts time to get dressed and undressed than it would have been close to 75 min. But when someone pays for 75 min, you would think the time would start when the therapist starts and not when you walk in the room and walk out. At least that has been my experience at many clinics. In addition, when he asked about it, he was simply told that being short time was impossible, and he was not given the opportunity to discuss it. So this was not a matter of how he felt, it was driven by facts on the time stamps.

Thank you for the clarification that you treat all your customers the same, but when I have come with my Asian Parent I have never experienced this there service has been exceptional! So it did feel a little odd that he was treated this way. Don't get me wrong most of you therapists are very good and work very hard. It was just very disappointing in this situation that the clinic chose not to take responsibility and apologize for the error. As that is all it really would have taken. I don't normally write reviews but in this instance I thought it was important that people just pay attention as this felt dishonest as our concerns were just swept aside.

I am 29 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing edema (swelling) in my left foot. Went for a foot massage with Gia and she was amazing. She knew all of the pressure points and really worked for a good amount of time on my left foot and now the swelling has gone down. Will definitely be coming back

So rude… just called and was going to book an appointment for tomorrow and a women answered the phone and I was speaking and passed me to another person. We had some issues communicating… I tried to book and basically they both were laughing at me. Told them to cancel and will never go there.

I haven’t had foot massage in so long and wanted one in promptu. They were really nice and accommodating to help me relax at the end of a busy work day

Went to get a massage cos I had a very tiring work week, so wanted to treat myself. Usually I like strong chinese style massage, and had it at Gold Medal and this shop before (but a few years ago), so I asked for a male masseur (Frank). Well what a mistake. This person didn't ask me what areas I need to be focused on. Then, every motion was a sudden jerk/push (usually better to use long stroke with increasing pressure). And he kept pressing very hard on the joint/tendon spots on my legs and arms that I almost yelled out to ask him to stop. When he did my head, he pressed his finger so hard on the parts between skull bone and back of neck, I had to ask him to stop touching my head because it was so painful. I am still having a headache right now because of that. I gave 2 stars because of general cleanliness (0 for the massage itself). Maybe other masseurs are better there, but I would not go back anytime soon due to this experience.
