Discovering Big Feet PoCo with my son last week was a delightful experience. Angel and Hannah provided exceptional reflexology that left us truly thrilled. The atmosphere, complemented by serene music, was by far the cleanest among all the Big Feet locations I've been to. The therapists displayed a high level of professionalism, working diligently and staying completely focused on the massage without unnecessary conversation. We're absolutely planning to return. A huge thank you to Angel and Hannah!

I highly recommend Bella and the staff at big feet for body massage or reflexology. Bella is very experienced and knows the body well. Her knowledge of her craft and her positive energy is amazing is much appreciated. Bella will definitely do her best make sure you have best experience. I go here for my foot massages, and depends who you get. There’s a young guy there that totally knows how to deal with my plantar fasciitis. I can’t remember his name. But for the most part, most of them are good.

This place was the cleanest big feet location I've ever been to. Great rooms with lots of privacy and a nice quiet environment. The receptionist was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, professional and articulate. The massage was nothing special. Wasn't bad, wasn't outstanding.

Acupuncture with Jolia is great.
I have some chronic pain in my neck and my shoulder blades and I went for 3 months physiotherapy and even I had dry niddleing. But I still have pain.
Today for firs time I went to this place and have acupuncture with Jolia, SHE IS UN BELIEVABLE!
I didn’t told her about my other problems but she diagnosed them

I don’t have any pain and tightness in my neck and shoulder! Just for one session!

I highly recommend her, she has strong, powerful and energetic hands.

This place is disgusting and reeked of cigarettes, in fact I'm pretty sure someone was smoking inside during my massage as well. The massage itself was less than impressive, as I felt more like a butterball getting greased up for the oven than like I was getting a massage. I asked for my neck to be worked on specifically but this area received less than a couple of grabs.

This was my first prenatal massage and Niya was amazing! I felt safe and she made me feel so comfortable. She was able to work on all my troubled areas and def will be back. Thank you

I just book an appointment for acupuncture recently at Big Feet. Julia is an amazing acupuncturist. She gentle, very knowledgeable, and a good herbalist. I feel so relax and eased up my pains in my lower back. The place is very clean. I would recommend Julia to my friends

I had a wonderful acupressure massage at Big Feet to get rid of soreness in my back and neck. It was very relaxing and I felt so much better by the end of my session. Their staff is courteous and responsive. I will definitely be back! I have highly recommended them to my friends and family!

I booked them over the phone and they are very punctual with no wait time at all. I requested specifically a man for my back massage and was introduced to Nathan. Great experience! Came in a 2nd time and was introduced to Niya, she was amazing too. Highly recommend this place!

The place has a new owner, and it is definitely managed better compared to the old owners.

Click bait? Redirect? Not sure what to call it? Make an appointment with someone and you might get that person. They also randomly close for a day without notice? Strange, used to be very good. Cannot talk to new owner as that seems to be secret? The receptionist is not very good at communication but ESL may be the reason. I cannot recommend this place. Who is rating these people at 5/5? Now it is owned by big feet. I tried a foot massage, not very good, attendant has poor communication skills. Too bad, this used to be a very good place before
