The footbath was not cleaned. Why were there small sticks and leaves in the footbath water?
The charges are not uniform. There is an additional charge of $10 for 10 minutes of shoulder and neck massage. There is no such charge for foot massage and shoulder and neck massage at the Richmond store.

My mom and I decided to try going for a foot massage at Big Feet in North Vancouver. They're a chain store with many different locations throughout Greater Vancouver. Their massages are based on the principles or reflexology and acupressure.
Prepare to grit your teeth if you come for a massage here. They have very strong hands and apply very strong pressure. I was wearing my face mask and aside from just trying to stay healthy. I was kinda glad to have my face mask on so that nobody could see me scrunching up my face in pain while they were massaging my feet! I like strong massages though. I kinda tend to think that the more pressure they apply.even though it might be painful in the moment, it's probably doing more good for me in the long run. So.would I go back to Big Feet? Yes. Even though it was actually kinda painful and hard to tolerate. I'd go back.
The staff were all chinese and it didn't seem like they knew much English, so.go for the massage only, and don't expect any conversation while you're there. If they do happen to start chatting with you then.all the better!

Have been going there for years and absolutely love it! They offer the best reflexology!

This was my second time at Big Feet. The first appointment went well, the second was terrible. They double booked appointments and I had to share a room with another client, only divided by a curtain. Then the massage was so painful, I had to tell him several times that he was hurting me. I now have several bruises on my back as a result of the massage. A massage is meant to be relaxing not cause bruising. I will not be going back ever.
