Some workers have the best skills in Vancouver and their arms are very strong and powerful! However, the boss (who seems to be named Lisa) always treats customers with a condescending, indifferent and unhappy attitude. Even if the customer tips 16%, she is very cold and makes people feel very bad. Because of this hateful boss, I don’t want to go there anymore.

I had a good massage here but I think I left my necklace here. I don’t know how to get in contact with my masseuse because I never got her name but I realized I lost it too late so I called the store a few days later and I talked to the store manager but I couldn’t find it. If one of the people working here found it but didn’t know how to contact me, let me know please! It is a gold necklace with a small diamond in the middle. It’s not an expensive one but it has sentimental values so I really want to find it

also my wife had back pain & they offered an additional 10 min lie down session which was miraculous - masseuse knew every trick to twist n turn n stretch n massage to relieve her pain within 10 minutes

Master SKY is good at kung fu, it can improve your fatigue, and the service is friendly, it is worth you to experience it.

I went here for a massage, the old guy was too rough, and just use the elbow to jab at all the nerves, it's been 3 weeks now my neck area still hurts ever since I went for a massage. Went to the doctor, then hospital. They say there's nerve damage on my shoulder due to deep impact.

Those guys are trained gonna sue them for injuries.

Great service! I was having pain in my calves and feet. They took me for a same day reflexology appointment and threw in a shoulder massage. I was in heaven! Services are quite affordable so I’ll be back.

I had a lovely body massage session here. During my appointment I left feeling very relaxed and with my neck and shoulder soreness greatly improved. The facility is very clean and receptionist was very friendly. The price is reasonable for such pleasant experience. I strongly recommend this location for a satisfying afternoon.

I have been working here for a long time. The aunties are all very good at it, their attitude is very good, the price is also very suitable, and there are often discounts on recharge.

I usually like their cheap massages, but last night was awful. I came in 10 mins early for my appointment. The three ladies saw me and told me to wait, then proceeded to yell at each other. It was extremely Uncomfortable. After about 5 mins of them arguing on who would have to massage me, I decided to just leave. No massage is better than a hate massage.

I went today with my girlfriend for a couples full body massage at 4pm. There was a lady and a man massaging us. My girlfriend told me that the lady that was massaging her was doing it too fast and strong to the point where it caused sharp pain and a lot of discomfort. My girlfriend told the lady to go lighter, but instead she started using the sharp part of her elbow to dig into my girlfriend's back which caused her a lot of discomfort and she never felt relaxed during the session. She now has some sharp back pain on her right side and is waiting to recover. If you're the owner reading this, please ensure you're employees are qualified because this is not good for your business as I am never going there again with my girlfriend.

It’s not bad to spend time here. However, the 3 chairs in the front are incredible, they can’t be put down, can you imagine I have to sit 90 degrees to do massage. The people here is nice at least they provide me pillow. And also the card machine is horrible, I tried 5 times to pay, this is very unacceptable.
Overall the people here are nice, that’s the only thing I feel. I know big feet is a big company, I’d better go to another store next time

A week ago, I came here for a massage to relax. The healthy protection is very good and everyone wore a mask there. Each customer would be placed in seperate area. I also saw the hand sanitizer on the reception. Well, the massage is very professional. Excellent environment and services. I would come there with my friends next time.

Donna still my favorite at this location for treatment of chronic pain. Not only that all the staff cared for my son so I could get the life changing treatmemt that improves my quality of life post MVA. Thanks BigFeet and thé other wonderful staff that made my visit keeping me coming back for more treatments.

Just had a massage here and while I was paying the woman said "did you not enjoy it"? I said yes, then she went on to scold me and say we tip at least this much here every time, I did tip, but thanks for letting me know you do not appreciate my business, I WILL NOT BE BACK, and I was a regular customer!

Clean and decent. Relaxing the tissues. Having a painful muscle on heavy lifting and a workaholic. They do massage for both male and female at the clinic, oldies too.

Worst massage place in Vancouver. DO NOT VISIT. My boyfriend and I went to get a full body massage and the treatment I have received was disappointing. The masseuse walks in and starts to massage my upper body. The speed was too fast that it did not allow me to relax, but instead, got nervous. She massaged so fast that she did not even care if she was massaging my spine or my muscles. When she reached my neck, I felt like I was getting paralyzed due to torturing strength and speed. As she went on to giving me a head massage, she starts to scratch my head with her nails and then later, without washing her hands, massages my face.

Throughout the session, she kept making conversations with the co-massuese in the room and made loud noises. They kept passing on previous tips that they received and made rustling noises from the bills. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service received and decided to minimally tip them.

After I paid for the massage using the card machine, the receptionist tells me they only accept cash for tips. I did not have any cash at that time, so I asked if I can use my card to tip them. She literally threw the pin pad at me and gestured me to use the card machine for tipping. I was extremely insulted by the attitude that I turned around to just walk out without tipping. That was when she shouted, "No tip? No tip? ". I turned around to forcefully tip the bare minimum and was not even looked at or thanked at as I left the place.

Just tried this big feet location for the first time with my fiance. We're both pretty impressed with how good the massages are here. We got the couples room and there was very little talking between the two masseuses. Definitely feel looser and will come back to this location.

High price-performance ratio for massage. If you go regularly and buy a package during their promotion time, then you could save further. Judy at this location gives excellent back and body massage.

Friendly enough staff, clean enough location, excellent pricing and a fantastic massage. We are now a regular. Last time I had a man do the massage that through me off at first and I would have appreciated a warning but he was amazing and I will request him next time:)

I love big feet hard massage for hard working people especially if we stand a lot, walking or does sport. If they have bigger space and not too much noisy that would be awesome.

It's a hit or a miss with this place. I was there last week for a foot massage and waited 20 mins for someone to help me. As she sat down to start the massage, the phone rings so she go grabs the call and comes back. It happened atleast 3 times during my massage. I got annoyed at this point. So I started timing the massage because of the interruptions. My appt was scheduled at 830 pm and it didnt officially start until 9 pm. After 40mins she stops the massage and grabs a towel to wipe my legs off. I said how long was the massage? She said 50 mins. I couldnt believe she thought I wouldn't notice.

Best foot massage in Vancouver. Cozy blankets even! They are so efficient and friendly. The back and neck massage was the best I ever had. So glad I found them. My boyfriend and I left with “new feet”.
