I’d give more stars if I could! These guys are miracle workers. I walked in there in the worst pain and left feeling significantly better. 10/10 will be back again, worth every cent.

UPDATE - it’s been 24 hours since my massage and all my pain is completely gone!

I have been doing massage there for almost a year. The masseuse Jenny is very professional. In addition to massage, she also provides psychological counseling. Every time I finish there, I feel very happy and relaxed. It is highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a great neighbourhood massage parlour on Hastings, this is a great place to go. As someone who’s skeptical about the value of massages, I was so surprised by how soothing and relaxing it felt. The older aunties there are very friendly and I was very satisfied with the customer experience. I’ll l definitely recommend this place to my friends and co-workers.

If you are looking for affordable massage, go to Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Student RMT will give you massage for $36-45 and it's much better.
I went in for reflexology two weeks ago and it was relatively good. (the owner was giving me massage at first and when I was half asleep, the masseur changed which was weird.the owner was distracted and he wasn't putting much effort. However, the second guy Tony was good).
Today, I went in for body massage and it wasn't good at all. I've been to massage many times at different massage places and it wasn't relaxing at all. I had to wait 10 minutes in the room and I had to go get the masseuse myself. Massage wasn't good and she didn't wipe the oil on my body off so I had to put on my outfits and it felt very sticky.
I would say I would probably not coming back to this massage place since their reservation system isn't working well and not easy to book.

It's a good experience with Big feet easy to make an appointment and the staff are good to listen when you need more or less pressure also he informed me how to remove back pain on an ordinary day.

A complete disappointment at this establishment. We booked a foot massage for two and they over booked and tried to seat us on a uncomfortable loveseat in a massage room. Totally unacceptable! They tried to justify their mistake and we were not very happy. Totally wasted our time and ruined our day, as we were looking forward to a relaxing Sunday.

I like coming here to see a regular therapist - Elaine. She has a background in Chinese medicine and really deals with my Arthritis on my foot well. I have had a not great experience with another therapist so it’s important to state well what you’re looking for if it’s a specific ailment.

Worth it, it would be better if someone at the desk spoke a bit better English for new clients and such

I have been going to this big feet in the Hastings location for the past 5 years.
They provide great massage services at an affordable price. With every visit Jenny is always professional, paying great attention to the customers’ requests. Highly recommend this place as it is clean and has always ensured sanitation prior to every appointment booked.

So worth it! I go monthly.only had 2 bad massages out of 10. Were the guy wouldn't touch me lol.exept to hurt me. (sheet beatings). The girls are great every time.thank you. I have 2 old injuries and this is cheaper and more helpfull then chiropractor. Or physiotherapy.

In my opinion, this is the best BIG FEET in BC. I’ve been to a number of others and they are great - but this one is extra special. Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment!

The place smells funny. They let a guy massage women, and my back just hurts more after the massage. The person who massaged my back did a terrible massage.
I felt a discomforting pain on my upper back after 2 days. There’s a shot of pain on my upper right back now and I never had an issue at the other massage places. Not worth my money!

My bf and I went here to get a full body massage and the experience was not good. The ladies that gave us a massage used their elbows and forearms most of the time.no other techniques.
The lady that gave me a massage, was elbowing my bones most of the time and felt like she was in a rush. I asked her to give me a head massage and it felt like she was just scratching my head. She and the other masseuse, were very talkative and were not concentrating on what they're supposed to do.and we didn't get a full body massage at the end. They both only worked on our upper body.

Good place to get massage and refreshments after a week of work. I hope they can maintain the price and services

Good prices, walk ins welcome and really intense (in a good way!) foot massage. Get the 10 minute shoulder massage before the foot acupressure.

Good place to get a quality massage or foot reflexology treatment on short notice. Often same day appointments.

I love this place! I go all the time! And why not when the prices are so good! I get better massages here than when I over pay at fancy spas and massage places! My favourite lady is Jenny! She is amazing!

Wonderful place. Highly recommend. I had migraines for the last two months straight. Waking up every 30 to 40 minutes while I sleep. Chiropractor didn’t work. So I went to here then massage my neck for 45 minutes and then they massage my feet for 25 minutes. That night I kid you not I had a wonderful sleep and I woke up with no migraine no headache etc.

I have gone to many Big Feet locations & this is by far the best one! They are always able to accommodate my friends and I, & always treat us like family whenever we visit. This location is always clean & has a quieter atmosphere which is great.

They are nice workers but I paid for 1 hours and the masse started 14 mins behind and only got a 48 min massage. The man who massaged me was extremely rough, the whole massage my face was tightening and my body tensed up. Felt like I got beat up, also at one point I was getting punched hard. Not going back haha feel worse then when I arrived even the day after.

All locations of big feet are professional & official service locations. Hastings location of big feet always keeps clean & neat. All the paper sheets out on the table can just be used one time. All the covered towers & sheet must be changed immediately after finishing one customer. All of our clerks were well-trained and began to work with their certificates. Most customers are glad to come back again because of our honesty & skills.
While in the recent one month there is a bad guy pretended a customer. He used different names to write malicious comments to damage the image of our store and a masseuse named Aling. They are so dirty, never change sheet. Only change top paper. The under white sheet are showing grey colour. And I hear they said the towel is not that dirty, can reusable! Make me feel sick. I will report to Canada health. Hope the government can send some one to check there hygiene soon. Just be careful, don’t go there. And checked room before lay down. They try to turn down light to hide the dirt. So disappointed
