Don't buy from Big O! I have been dealing with Big O for Years. That has come to an end.
One guy in particular who works at the desk (kevin) has been rude on several occasions, but not just to me but a family member as well.
I went next door to tireland, and they were respectful and worked with me to figure out the issue with my vehicle. Big O's way of helping was "buy new tires. " The issue was not even my tires. Greedy!

Fast, reliable service, management advises of only services you need. I asked about replacing a certain item and he gave me the honest answer and that was to save my money. Great experience. Will only buy my tires and rims from them

Big O Tires went out of their way to accommodate us. We are from out of town. It took one phone call and new tires were selected and a suitable time frame established to install. Friendly and knowledgeable staff wasted no time in getting us in and out and on our way. Hearty endorsement.

I phone about getting some new rims for my truck. Ashley took my info said I’ll call you back. I waited in my truck in a parking lot because I don’t phone & drive for a hour. Then I called back Andrea took my call, I explained my conversation with Ashley, put me on hold, came back and said, she can’t find the rims and forgot to phone you back. They just reek of attitude, not a very good start for what could have been a new customer.

I had a flat tyre with needle almost very close to the edge. I went to 5 different tyre shops and all of them told me that I need to replace this brand new tyre because nail is close to the corner and tyre cannot be fixed. Then I luckily visited this place and they gladly fixed it for me just for $30. If there was an option of giving 10 stars I would gladly give that. Thanks for Saving me $1000.

I will never go here again. Showed up before 8am for a tire swap. Don’t do appointments? Oh. Ok. First come first serve? No problem. 20 cars ahead? I’ll wait. Can’t be that long for a 15 min swap out & balance. Heck, the winter replacements were already on their own rims. 6 of us sat all day, awaiting service. I was one of them. My vehicle wasn’t ready until 4pm. One car sat in a bay for 2.5hrs. How is it possible that I showed up before the doors opened, and I was one of the last of vehicles serviced? You’re operating out of the Tireland bays now too, after taking over? Brutal. I’ll make note & share my most concerning observation, every person put to the back of the line was either a visible minority or female. Disgusting. I dropped $5k at this shop last year on new rubber. I will never be back. Shame on you.

Kevin and his team was great! Went in for a flat that couldn’t be repaired and ended up getting a good deal on 4 new tires and they were in stock and installed on the spot. Left a dirty rag in my truck but no harm no foul there. I’ll be back!

The boys (and girls) are tremendously knowledgeable. 10stars if possible, not all heroes wear capes. Life saviour Thank you!

I highly recommend Big O tires.
Dylan and the rest of the crew (without exception) went out of their way to fix a nail puncture while I waited. They squeezed me in between 2 appointments to help me out. I could have never made it home before the tire would have been flat.
They were knowledgeable courteous and very customer service oriented.
I know where I will be taking my vehicles from now on.

I needed to get my tires changed as I was trading in my Jeep the following day. They got me in quick! That’s why I gave 2 stars! I was told approx 45 min, cool I can handle that! Just over 1hr and 30 min later I finally got to leave. I wouldn’t be bothered if it was slamming busy! But this wasn’t the case, the 6 guys working decided it was social hr and spent so much time talking and goofing around it took twice as long than it should. Disappointing to say the least. If I ever return I won’t wait in the waking room to see the staff play instead of working I will go for an extra long walk!

Courteous professionals. I've been using their tire swap and storage service for 3 years, they've always done it correctly, no issues, I'm hooked. Competitive prices on new tires too, I got a set of studded winter tires for dealing with the icy Coque.

Yeah this place used to be good when it was family run, (Doug and Berry).
The new management, I have nothing good thing to say about them I was there a week ago to get a new tires, I'm not impressed whatsoever!

We pulled into town with a donut on the car from getting a flat on our drive. Instead of trying to sell us anything, they offered to try and fix the flat tire. Within an hour, we got a call that it was all fixed and done. The service was very affordable and fast. I'd highly recommend this place. Thanks again guys:)

The best in the business. Helped me even after hours. The manager - Kevin and the team are super awesome - did not charge extra even it was after hours and they were closed.

Wonderful service. Very friendly and welcoming. Came in for a tire repair (hole in tire) and It was pretty busy. I was in and out in 30ish minutes. The weather was -8 (-15 with wind) and they were out there working away.truly appreciate their help despite the crazy weather conditions. Highly recommend. (Prices are great too!)

I brought in my car to get my tire fixed as it had a nail in it. They were busy but got me in right away. Within 20 minutes, they called me to come pick up my car. When I arrived, they advised that the nail was very small and didn't puncture my tire. They let me go free of charge and refused to take payment! I will definitely go back!
