Excellent service and pricing. Glad I went to these guys after getting brushed off and ignored at Kal Tires.

We have repaired the flat tire a couple of times and the service provided has been good. However, after December 6,2023, the service quality does not seem to be the same.

On December 6,2023, at around 3: 30pm, we dropped off the car to fix a flat tire after that flat tire had been repaired before. When the technician tried to put back the wheel lock, they broke the wheel stud by turning at a wrong angle.

The technician then reported this to Michael who reported it to the assistant manager, Brock, who apologized for the mistake and subsequently asked me to repair the wheel at the dealership.

Therefore, the next day, I went to the dealership to repair it which cost $200 to repair. The Lexus technician there informed me that the reason behind this incident was because the lung nut was installed incorrectly due to the wrong angle that it was installed in.

We talked to Big O Tire to pay back the damage cost, but the assistant, Manager Brock Lennox, told me that it was a previous problem that was already present before repairing the flat tire and refused to pay. (even wheel stud is perfect before they put back the wheel nut)

We tried to talk to the current owner Patrick, but Brock said that he retired and that he is the one and only one who can talk to us about it at the shop.

I hope someone can reply to this email regarding some feedback as it does not seem improbable that a company can only be run by an assistant manager.

Bought four new tires for my BMW……. Which were difficult to find……they put them on in 45 minutes……awesome…. Didn’t appreciate the grease on my door handle and on the rims…. Was going to ask for a rag but just wiped my hand on the ground and went home…I was a bit dressed up and going out for lunch……. Took 5 minutes to clean up and wipe off the rims…. Maybe just an oversight…. Spent $2,000.00 for four tires……

Fantastic service. They can come across as a bit gruff on the phone but they really under-promise and over deliver! Needed to replace 4 tires by Thursday evening. Called Tuesday morning. We needed a non-standard size so they did not have it in stock but promised they would have them delivered within 24 hours. A few hours later they called to say my tires had arrived. Dropped my car overnight Tuesday, by Wednesday morning before my office hours began, it was ready for pick up! Really impressed with their fast, efficient service. They are super-busy and now I know why. Will certainly use their services again.

These guys always try their best, do a great job, have reasonable prices and are great members of our community.

The manager (the man who you pay), yelled at me as I walked in the door! The woman before me had complained that I yelled at her to move her car so others could pull into the waiting line! I did yell, but only because she was in her phone in her car and didn’t hear my regular voice as I asked her to move into the available car slot. The manager then said the women before me was a long term customer. I’ve been going to the same Big O Tires every 6 months for decades, so you can imagine my surprise at his customer preference! If being treated with respect is important to you…go to another location!

We were visiting Vancouver and noticed a problem with one of our tires, it was low and we wasn’t sure why. We searched and found Big O Tires near from our location, we arrived and explained the issue, the two gentlemen at the counter told us they would take a look and that we can go back in an hour or so. After around 30 minutes they called us and we got back, they solved our tire issue for free, they were extremely kind and helpful! Thanks to them we could continue with our trip) I highly recommend their services! Thanks Big O Tires team!

RIP OFF AVOID - servicemen are good and professional but 50 dollars for a simple puncture repair. A complete rip off, twice what I've paid elsewhere.

I rarely write reviews. This was my 1st visit to this shop yesterday afternoon. I found the 2 guys in the front office and those in the bay working area to be very friendly and professional. I purchased a set of 4 new tires for my 1992 Acura Integra. I phoned 10-12 tire shops before coming here. No tire shop could get their hands on 14 inch tires. These guys were able to find me 4 new GT AltiMax RT45 all seasonal tires in their Calgary warehouse and had it shipped to their Broadway shop. These RT 45s are great tires and the service here was great. Tip. Call them after 2PM to see if they can squeeze you in for service. Don't drive there. They tell me it is less hectic later in the afternoon compared with mornings. In the mornings there is a line up. I found them to be fast and very professional group of guys. They even wrapped 2 of the older tires I wanted to keep in a nice "Big O Tires" plastic bags for storage.

Was helped by Brock at the Counter. Slow leak in one tire. Diagnosed and fixed. Very good communication, transparent reasonable pricing and quick service. HIGHLY recommended. These guys are pros. No hard sell. I'll be buying a set of tires from them in the Spring.

Fantastic service, needed a puncture repaired and the guys were great. Very knowledgeable and personable. 5 stars!

Edit: Returned here for winter tires and again the service was fantastic. Pleasant dealing with the staff here.

I had a flat tire while working. I put the temporary fluid inside and accidentally found this shop.
The team worked on my tire, couldn't find the tear/hole, took apart the tire, searched again and put everything back together.
They did not charge me a penny! Just advised me to be careful and wished me good luck.
I am so satisfied, I'm almost hoping I get a flay tire to go back for their service!

I had the worst customer service experience of my life today at Big O Tires on W. Broadway. To provide some context, earlier in the week I brought my car in to get my winter tires installed, which they did without a hitch. However, the next day one of the tires was flat so I stopped by their shop to have them take a look. They didn’t have space to put the car up to examine the tire so they filled the tire with air and said to come back in the morning if the tire went flat again (actually the day after due to the next morning being a holiday and they were closed). The tire indeed went flat overnight and I had to get it towed to the Big O shop on the holiday. I wasn’t with the tow truck when they delivered the car to the shop, so I didn’t see where they left it, which happened to be to the right of one of their parking garage entrances. When I arrived this morning at the shop I saw that my car was “first in line” as it was closest to the garage doors; however, it wasn’t directly in front of the garage door, and it needed to be moved so that the tire racks could be relocated outside. It was at this point that I heard several employees start cursing (F* this, F*that) and when I explained why my car was not located directly in front of the garage door because that’s where the tow truck left it, they (at least two of the employees) shouted with invective and further expletives (“…Move your F*ng car! ”). After this tirade of verbal abuse, the driver of the car parked next to (and slightly behind) me generously offered to move his car back so that I could go in front of him (after hearing me say that I had the car towed there the day before). As he started moving his car back and I began repositioning my car, one of the employees lashed out again with “move your f*ng car! ” even though it was obvious that we were in the process of rearranging vehicles. Once the car was in the garage, I was served by a more respectable employee who explained why the tire was losing air and what was necessary to repair it.

All in all, I have never encountered such unprofessional and debased communication from employees of a public business toward a customer. If this encounter had been videorecorded and posted on social media I can say with confidence that it would have been shocking and appalling to anyone with decency. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Big O tire shops again!

Excellent service, great workmanship. Owner is very involved and runs a tight ship, friendly staff. They'll do work like patching up your tires from a puncture that larger franchised/ "brand name" tire shops refuse to do - since those places prioritise up-selling you a set of new tires instead of repairing a perfectly fine one. Happy to have come across small shop like this that puts customers ahead of profit. Support the local businesses!

Busy place. First come first serve, but great customer service! With reasonable price. Definitely worth waiting. I definitely visit this place again for my next tire change. Special shout out to Rick!

Found a huge bolt in my back driver side tire on a relatively new set of tires. Called ahead and Pat said, no appointment needed. Popped down and drove right in and was all fixed and ready to go in about 15 minutes and affordable. Very pleased.

Expensive labour. The guys in the shop were great. The manager, Patrick, that was on shift gave terrible service and was unhelpful at best.

I have a Mercedes, and went to the Big O on Broadway hoping to save a few bucks on a set of tires. Got great ties for a great price. That was a year ago. Now I needed a new set of wheel because of curb rash, so I drove to see them and they came up with a better solution so I wouldn't have to downgrade the quality of my mercedes wheels. These guys are straight up! The do not ry to rip you off and seem to put customer satisfaction ahead of money. See these fellows if you have tire problems!

They fit me in just before closing on a long weekend for a last minute tire repair (removed a screw) No plug required. No charge! Very impressed. Thank you!

Honest and helpful. Got here a few minutes to closing and they were kind enough to help me out with my flat. Will use them again.

Had a great experience here, technicians here are professional and efficient, they go very straight forward with you and get down to business, after just a cup of coffee time my flat tire is fixed and ready to roll! Wow!

I found them by walking by the previous night. I was approached when I’m checking their hours outside of the building. One of the technicians greeted me and answered my questions. He made me feel that I was taken care of. Their pricing is very reasonable, my car dealer could easily trick me into replacing my both rear tires for $1000.

Will definitely recommend this place to my family.

I tried three times to get my Tieres changed here, but there was always a two hour wait. I booked an appointment elsewhere.

Super friendly crew and loads of tire brands and models to choose from. Smooth install. Get there early in the Fall for your snow tire change over as they get BUSY once it gets cold outside and they don't take appointments.

These guys are pretty awesome and helpful. I have been going to them for new tires and repairing old ones for many years. They are usually busy but hardly any wait as they are pretty fast and efficient.

Brutal customer service. Turned my wife away with a flat. 2: 30 on a Friday. One car on the hoist. Too busy. When wife asked what she should do, rep said “not my problem”. Just bought 2 complete sets of tires there in 2019.
“Not my tire shop” anymore.

They have come to my rescue twice in the last month for screws in my tires. Also have swapped out my all season for winter tires & vice versa in the past. Always do a great job & always professional! Thank you!

I called today to see about getting my winter tires put on and was told first come first serve. I was helped quickly and told it would be 1-2 hours. So I went to relax and have a bite to eat and all was good when I returned! I really appreciated it as there were long waits of days at other places. Thank you all at Big O Tires on West Broadway.
