Big O Tires Port Kells

Stopped when I found out I had 2 very low 15 psi tires same side, Kal tire wouldn't even look, these people are the best they took my wheels found that both had a very small dent, enough to let air out slowly, this may have been happening for months you guys were wonderful, thank you for your time and concern

I had the tires balanced on my half ton. They got me in and out fast and are super friendly. Definitely recommend them.

This shop was super helpful and professional. I had created my own problem by putting on my own winter wheels (directional tires) backwards. With handling problems, they found the problem immediately, moved wheels for me, and didn't even charge me. I'm very grateful!

I've used this location a few times over the years. I wouldn't say that I do a lot of business with them, the random tire repair, or valve stem so they really don't owe me anything, but every time I've approached them with even the smallest issue they have been fantastic and fast. I have and would recommend this location. They will definitely get my future business.

Just great service. I went in with a tire warning on my vehicle & they graciously assisted to make sure all was taken care of. Thankfully no major repair as I thought I had a nail in the tire. Thank you for your honest down home service! Will definitely be back when I need new tires.

Went to drop off some tires for recycling and didn’t know what was needed to do so but they not only explained it to me but even helped when they didn’t need to.

Was desperate for a very quick tire repair as I ran over a nail and didn’t have much time in between meetings. Big O Tires was extremely quick, got me in right away and had my tire fixed within 30 minutes. All other shops around told me minimum 1 hour and asked if I could just leave the car for the day (there was about 4 hrs left until they closed).

Very happy with the service! Will be using Big O Tires for all future needs.
