Best place around for comic, cards, and board games. They always have something and it's always great.

As a new comic book collector, I recently visited this shop and had an overall enjoyable experience. The selection of comic books was impressive, with some fantastic Marvel titles that I absolutely loved. However, I did notice some room for improvement in terms of organization. Navigating the store and finding specific genres or publishers took some extra time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and passionate about comics, engaging in conversations, offering recommendations, and sharing insights.

Despite the minor organizational issues, I had a delightful visit. Discovering remarkable Marvel comics and interacting with the welcoming staff outweighed any drawbacks. I'm looking forward to returning in the future, hoping to see improvements in the store's layout. If you're a comic enthusiast or collector, this shop is definitely worth checking out.

Very good comic book, collectibles, and hobby store. Pete and his staff are very helpful and friendly. Great selection of TTRPG, trading card games, board games, comics, and tons of collectibles.
I've been getting indie comics from him forever.

Really great comic store with weekly releases, graphic novels, toys and a sizable amount of tabletop games and wargaming (not much manga though)

Love this place. Staff is incredible and they organize cool events. It's a maze of fun stuff- definitely a great place to creep on a rainy day!

Easily one of the best places in Vancouver to shop for collectibles! Competitive prices and their selection is massive! Staff members like Jenna are very friendly and really know their stock and their fandoms. Highly recommended for anyone looking for anything geek-related.

I can't understand the logic of the 1 star review here when the customer didn't check to see if the store was open late on Xmas Eve. Big Pete's is a great small business store owner and has always been customer focus. Safety and well being of his staff and customers is also #1. Respect the store and its inventory. The small business owner is a dying species and always has its challenges. Here's to many years of serving the local North Shore.

Quite possibly the nicest people work here! Incredibly knowledgable too. The staff are absolutely *awesome* and a joy to talk to. Also was super glad to see everyone still wearing masks, especially during the holiday season.

Pete is always super helpful and ludicrously knowledgeable. I always come to them for anything D&D, board game, and of course comics related. Lucky to have this gem on the north shore!

I've had the great pleasure of working with the folks at Big Pete's and it's truly a wonderful experience. They take great pride in their product and what they offer the community, and their customer service is top notch. Pete is an absolute treasure on the north shore, he is kind and caring and knowledgeable about games. He helped out both the Good Game group when it got started in 2019 and was a huge sponsor to the Marine Movember charity tournament we ran! He is always helping out locally and has a huge heart, but enough about the man himself, let’s look at probably one of the best selections of board games in the lower mainland, he has just about everything from action figures to magic cards to things you didn’t even know existed! He got into my hands a copy of Space Base and it is by far one of my groups favourite board games! Big Pete and his staff will get you taken care of!

Making customers wear masks is understandable but complaining about people browsing the store is lame.
