Good burgers but the time it takes to serve is too long It is not like they do bells and whistles. If you decide to go, make sure you are not hungry and maybe take out would be a better choice, the place is meh.

Burger taste is pretty good. They claim freshness and local ingredients. It does show. A freshly made burger also takes a little longer to get, but is worth it to me. Of course this comes at a price. If you like burgers and are willing to pay for that, you should give it a go.

Absolutely filthy bathroom doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned tables dirty food all over the floor pop machine was broken. The restaurant looked like it is on it last legs.
Young man who took the order was very pleasant which was a huge improvement from our last experience. But we will never go back.

I have got to say that every time I have been to Big Wheel I have been disappointed. My most recent trip I spent 45 minutes waiting for two burgers and fries. At $13 a burger I expect it to taste really great but always find myself disappointed. I would save your money and time.

Don’t order their lettuce wrapped burger. It’s not their specialty lol. Their cheeseburgers can’t be beat. Get the Mexi fries if you can handle some spicy heat.

I stopped going there, they keep raising prices. $6fries $7milkshakes.and fees added to the receipt.you guys are nuts.

So yummy! Delicious burgers (forgot to take pictures before we started to eat them) and the portion for fries is huge.we could have split an order between us.but we did our best. Nothing left after!

My first time ordering Big Wheel Burger and I was a little disappointed. The positives, staff were very friendly and food was ready right on time. Burger had a great taste and fries are a bigger portion than they actually look in the picture. Milkshake was outstanding! Negatives, I ordered no tomatoes (as you will see on my receipt) and they were on the Burger (as you will see in the picture attached) I also ordered a fountain pop (my favorite) and upon picking up my lunch I was notified their machine was out of order. I received a can of pop instead. Lastly, I'm not sure if it is normal but no napkins, ketchup etc.in the bag. I wasn't asked if I would like any or pointed in the right direction. Not sure if I'll be back.

My go to is the bacon cheese burger and it's always so good! The yam and black bean veggie burger is also amazing! Ordering through the app is fast and easy. Staff are always friendly.

Big Wheel is about the food, that is their place of pride and they do it well. It's good, fresh, uses locally ingredients and is hot when served. You walk in and order before seating. The food is delivered. The decor is bare bones, but clean.

Blows my hamburgler mind every time I eat hear. Best staff, best burgs, best parking lots. Only suggestion is more creative monthly specials.

Hate to say but after many recent subpar visits in a row, I have to change my 5-star review. As the previous best burger in the city that I would go on and on about to friends and family and be sure to take everyone at least once, there’s been a steady decline in big wheel over the last couple years. Cleanliness has been in the tank at multiple locations (especially the washrooms and occasional putrid smell that I think may be the grease trap?). And the freshness, taste, care, and consistency just aren’t there anymore. Considering you still need to pay a premium, it’s hard to justify recommending anymore. I’ll continue to visit on the odd occasion because I would absolutely LOVE to see my old favourite 5-star-worthy burger come back. I miss it

I went there after hearing my friend's recommendation. The handmade patties are thick and tasty. I liked the cheeseburger the most.
Pickles have a strong sour taste, so I'm going to ask them to take them out next time.
But definitely, it was a fresh and deep-tasting hamburger. Oh, the milkshake is really good, too!

The bacon cheeseburger is fantastic, along with the Nanaimo Bar milkshake. OMG. The Cajun fries were a bit too spicy for me, and at $6.50 for a normal size portion.wat too pricey.
