An amazing service! Secure! I highly recommend this business! I just watched them unload & stack a box, done very well (might I say gently.)

First they messed up on the date and we had to pay movers extra for that so the would come back the next day, then the size was wrong, got that straightened out. Did get a free month but took 3 months to get it. Ours was at their site.

Now if you don’t need access it’s great because you may only access it once a month have to book it and takes 48 hours for that very very frustrating let me tell you

If you get access set up for the beginning of the month sure hope you paid your bill the day it was sent otherwise nope you cannot have access so for me I get paid once a month and not till the end of the month so it really really sucked

We are impressed with the service received from Big Steel Box in Penticton. Having to move by the end of November, and a house in midst of major renos, we decided that we needed to rent a storage container to store furniture and possessions until our home is ready for occupancy. After contacting Penticton Big Steel Box we were amazed that they were able to deliver the shipping container the very next day! What a life saver! A big thank you to Kieran, and to Alan (driver) who made our life a bit easier and a lot less stressful!

Bin was clean and they were easy to work with. They saved me a lot of hassle and for that, thank you!

A big shout out to Allen. Always super accommodating and friendly. I have never had a single issue over the many years of using their services. I would hands down recommend big steel to anyone. Especially the penticton location.

Have used the company a couple of times now to place a sea can. Requested Allen as I knew it was a tricky placement and he placed it exactly where it had to go with no problem. Super nice guy, friendly & very professional. Would not hesitate to use this company again and would definitely request Allen again. Make it look easy and is a real asset to the company

Can't thank this company enough. Moving during Winter and with young kids is stressful enough let alone during a pandemic. Alan made it really easy on us, and right before Christmas too. Friendly and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from every person that I dealt with in the company from the people in the office to the delivery driver (Allan) who was especially great to deal with. Will definitely be using Big Steel Box in the future!

Totally recommend Big Steel Box, it was so easy. We had a six month gap between moves; this was a great solution. The staff were friendly and very professional.

Had an issue with a break in and Alan came out right away and installed a puck lock at no charge because all our tools were stolen. Great service from Alan and Kieran.

Allan was amazing. I forgot to give 3 business days notice for pick up. He somehow fit me in prior to the new owners showing up. He provides a great service that makes moving easier, especially those that like to save money or pack breakables themselves like me. This review is long overdue. We used Big steel box for the first time in April 2019 Moving from Calgary to penticton. Got our stuff delivered to new place mid June. From first call to box delivered to new house. Absolutely awesome customer care and service. Allan was absolutely fantastic. Big thumbs up to this business as a whole. Recommend 100% and will use again. Thanks for making this move not to stressful.

Very good service from start to finish. Becky answering all my questions and making it happen. Then Allan delivering the container and relocating it after it was loaded. Great service from great people. I should have done it sooner to de-clutter my house before listing it.
