The program coordinator for ice skating lessons is top notch on top of things. Soccer lessons across the street offer a lot of clean turf. Tennis lights come on at night so you can play all day and into the night.

Amazing facility, especially for skating lessons and public skates. Staff are extremely friendly, look like they genuinely enjoy their jobs, and all get along well resembling a family-like environment. Not to mention they are very attractive, young staff who are great with the kids. My children adore coming to skating lessons and always look forward to going on a weekly basis. The staff always try to engage every child in class, play games while developing skills, and use a lot of toys and obstacle courses to make lessons a great time. Overall clean facility, very helpful and organized, and great pricing for what you receive. I could not recommend this facility more!

Great parking. Good facilities. 2 full size skating rings for hockey and skating lessons. No consession though.

I was amazed at how nice this rink was. Compared to other rinks like Britannia, Trout lake or 8 rinks, Bill Copeland really stands out. It's bright, has stadium seating, has a nice concession stand & skate rentals too. I'll definitely be visiting there again soon.

Seating capacity as well as parking is adequate and easily accessible. However the seats arent comfortable for long periods of time being that they are tight with minimal amount cushioning on top of a dipped seat.
Im 6'1,190lbs and after about an hour my leg started cramping and my butt was numb. Just glad I had an aisle seat that I could stretch my one leg into. Can't imagine a 3 hour event.

Very clean, welcoming, well lit atmosphere. My nephew had his High School Graduation held at the Bill Copeland Sports Centre this week on Monday May 27th, 2019. For handicap patrons they have elevator service to the ground floor where chairs are placed in rows close to the front stage & podium for everyone to view the activities with grace in their seats instead of having to constantly get up to get a glimpse of the ceremony. Top floors had bleachers for the remainder of the guests who could very well climb stairs & go down stairs to their appropriate seats. Washrooms were Exspecially clean & we'll maintained. Brawo to the cleaning crew for keeping this Sport Centre looking good & clean. The entire sports centre was well air conditioned from start to finish. Tons of time was taken out to direct all patrons into the sports centre, also very well organized for Handicapp parking as well as front door drop off. I have attended many formal school gatherings in the past, but this Graduation & Fairwell Ceremony at Bill Copeland Sports Centre was done very well & professionally that I don't recall at any Pointe any issues raised. All went smoothly.

Top notch arena, especially for lacrosse. They have a special wooden floor for Canada’s National sport.

Consession stand, when open, has better than average arena food.

Excellent facilities for teams and officials. Meeting rooms and other amenities make this an excellent amateur sporting facility.

Came here for the toonie skate.bit of a zoo.my kids don't skate well, so they couldn't skate the entire rink.if you're using a skate support / assistant device, you are stuck skating in the small section just behind the blue line to the end boards. Which i guess is good for the people who can skate and can go the full length.for that alone, I'm almost of the mind that Moody Part Arena is better. Kids like to roam and explore, didn't like being trapped in a small area.

But the rink was well kept and maintained (almost to the point of being too much), the Zamboni came on twice while we were there for a skate. It came out every 30 -45 min.bit excessive?

The rentals were new and comfortable. But as nice as they were, the limited space to skate for beginners makes me want to wait till my kids are better skaters first. It's not the ideal place for beginner skaters.

I've been going here ever since grade 3. This was literally the place of my childhood. However I don't remember it being that bad here.

Before we even got in, we got yelled at by some Chinese woman saying that we were "making her wait on purpose" for our parking spot. We were just getting stuff from our trunk. This is unrelated to the staff of Bill Copeland, but the social demographic has changed dramatically.

Back in the 2000's, people were much more polite and there were less rude asians then now. The staff were polite and strict with rules as usual.
Now, things are completely different. There are rude people everywhere either budging in line or talking very loudly

When we were paying, another similar woman was paying for the toonie skate but with a credit card. A credit card. For $2.

Downstairs, there were so many people it was uncomfortable. We kept on getting bumped and shoved. The helmets were all wet with sweat, and in the rink, there were the people practising figureskating in the middle of the skating rink. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful to the other skaters.

The staff naturally weren't excelling at customer service, but I don't blame them with all this influx of the new social demographic.

Ultimately, I've been sounding pretty racist towards Asians and I didn't mean to. It's just the rude ones that really make my family and friends very upset.

The venue is excellent as we all had our grad ceremony here, but the people are kind of ruining the mood and atmosphere of this place.

Great ice rink! Seen the rink being used as a skating rink as well as a lacrosse box. The places is quite large and nice but can use some touch ups.
