Terrible customer service. Called about an urgent RV repair, spoke with their new service supervisor and they said they would call me back ASAP. Waited 3 hours before calling them back. Left another message for the supervisor with my name and was assured they would return my call. It’s now been a week and haven’t heard back from them.

Wonderful service, knowledgeable and helpful. Got answers to all our questions and a new battery. Solved our problems. Thank you.

We showed up with a broken/undrivable tent trailer and these guys took a look for us and we’re able to make a temporary repair to get us on our way safely. Super friendly and helpful - these guys are awesome.

I was testing a new to me camper and the ceiling vent hood broke off. You’re parts personnel was no help. I asked if I could have your business fix the vent hood and I was told your business was booked 2/3 weeks out. I was a woman travelling by myself and asked to borrow a ladder so I could climb up and figure out what hinge type I needed. Maybe I could fix it myself. Not only would she not lend me a ladder she made no move to help. She suggested another rv dealer in Courtenay. If I wasn’t stuck I wouldn’t have bought my vent hood from you. Way to leave a woman traveller hanging!

I guess I wasn't as lucky as the rest of the people here. Don't expect the Sales Manger to call you back. Three messages to Dave Bastock over a month were all ignored. I waited all day once for him to call back and he waisted my time. Don't expect any reaction to their Ebay sales

We go their a fair bit and they have some good deals once in a while, like when they put out the bogo coupon flyer. I just wished they didn't chince on the ingreedience when you get the two for one deal. I get Blizzards there a couple of times a month, but I did notice twice that when it's a bogo deal they don't put in as much as when there's no deal. Not right. I even pay extra for extra ingreedience and still get less than normal. Hopefully they will improve on this.

Salesman had no answers to numerous questions i asked him. Bought an rv from them. He promised me to detail the unit before I took possession but it was never done even though he said ooooh yeah it was done. We spent 2 days cleaning and washing rugs Service checklist was never given to us don't even know if they did a full checklist before it was sold to me. Water heater worked once, now I am without hot water until I can fix it. Rv Service places are extremely busy. Very disappointing service

I purchased a brand new boat from this location in the summer of 2020. Overall I feel the location is pretty good.

I do NOT recommend bill howich rv and marine. I will say that Mike, the rv tech was professional and did his job, (however, after 2 tries,) but I was over charged for services not done. I found the manager Curtis to be unprofessional, unkind and greedy.he Took advantage of my situation, during covid to over charge me.it is well known in this area within the rv community that they are BillHowMuch. I was desperate for someone to repair a leak in my rv, that is why I went to them, but next time I would rather live without water than go back to them.

What a great experience I had with the sales team, with covid and everything inventory is low everywhere and they had exactly what I needed in stock and are super accommodating and awesome people to deal with, would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Really bad experiences with these guys. Sold me an RV with all kinds of serious problems, furnace, seals, leaks warping the walls. Still under warranty however apparently the mold is my problem?

Higher quality trailers built by Continental cargo is why we bought from BH
Our sales guy was Justin and he did a great job of making us happy and probably become repeat customers despite being 1 hr out of town for us.
Even got a nice lunch gift certificate and some extra screws.

We just took delivery of our new Campion Explorer 622 and have nothing but good to say about this dealership.
Many thanks to Justin and David who looked after us in a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional way. They didn’t spare their time to show us details about our boat and very patiently answered all of our questions (and we had many!). They are an asset to this dealership.

Thank you to Kurtis and Shawn for rescuing our vacation! I had a leak in the bathroom and my awning broke all on the same day ️ Kurtis managed to squeeze me in (in spite of being fully booked for the next 10 days!) They had the leak and awning fixed in a very short time!
(they even found a used awning part on the premises that could not be located in any catalogue.old RV.thank goodness!)

I highly reccomend Dave and the staff at Howich RV and Marine.
While on our way to Nootka Sound for a fishing trip, we had a wheel fly off our boat trailer on the way to Gold River leaving us stranded on the highway. Managing to catch a ride back to town, luckily I stopped at Howich RV and Marine. Dave and staff went above and beyond, putting all the necessary parts together for us, and we were able to perform the repair on the side of the highway. Without their efforts, our trip would have been cancelled. Thanks again guys

Thanks to Norm and Dave in sales, Judy in finance, Kurtis in the service department and Dave for the delivery. We had a great experience purchasing our new boat. Boat was delivered on time and as promised. No pressure experience. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend!

We went to check out Creekside 2013 23BHS. Looked great and it was at a good price. We liked it and we were almost ready to buy it. Still, there were some red flags that made me wonder.
1. They charge about $700 for an inspection and cleaning that they said would take a couple of hours (seems too quick for that, and for $700)
2. We learned that trailer almost sold a couple of weeks ago but it had fallen through
3. We were told there were no guarantees after their 2 hour check up.
So, upon further inspection we found a very good amount of mold under the dinnette. It looked pretty bad and the moisture spread all around the area. Since we had liked it we thought maybe we could live with it after they fixed the damage, but with all those red flags we made a lower offer. They said it was already reduced and actually should have been full price, so we decided to go elsewhere.

I live in the Okanagan, and play all over our west coat Vancouver island north and south! I have a 2470 pursuit, and there is literally nothing available for parts for my boat, nor trailer in the Okanagan. Before every trip a call is made to Dave Bastock (RV Marine Manager) with a wish list of supplies needed. Always excited to get us out on the water, Bill Howich RV Marine always comes through with our wish list ready to go, and a quick stop is all that is needed! Always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help you out.
