Billy's Family Restaurant

Stopped in for breakfast omw home to Penticton. It was on par with any other bacon & eggs joint. I liked it because the coffee kept coming without asking. My 7 yr old picky picky daughter is the hard one to please and she loved the fact she got a super crispy and a softer. She said "decent place" so you win the Little Miss Picky Award.

Pretty good service and food. Nothing fantastic but acceptable. Food and service pretty good!

Due to staffing issues, they were short staffed from and back of house. Service was terribly slow but the cook did a great job! Quite delish

The breakfast was great and the service was friendly. It is a nice looking diner that feels very welcoming.

My go-to spot when I'm passing by. Convenient location (close enough to the local Tesla Supercharger), friendly staff, and good food. The seats are often a bit grimy though. 4 stars.

Food was delicious, and friendly staff made appropriate adjustments to compensate for "cook's first day" errors. We'd be happy to return if we're in the area.

Our first time at this wonderful local diner. Took a long time to convince my spouse to try it because she used to work in a diner and it was always greasy. Today, we went to Billy's for breakfast and my spouse kept marvelling at how clean everything was. While I was happy it was clean, I was way more impressed with how delicious the food was. I had a mushroom cheese omelette and my wife had pancakes and scrambled eggs. All of it was delicious. Nita, the server was friendly and super efficient. Lastly, I wasnt expecting the coffee to be so good but it was so smooth and tasty. Maybe a little weaker than I make at home but I liked it that way because there wasn't a trace of bitterness.

It's a great breakfast when you're on the road at the beginning of a long road trip. Really hit the spot.

FOOD WAS GOOD AND GOOD SIZED PORTIONS, PLUS THEY WERE ON TOP ON COFFEE REFILS. OUR ONLY REAL ISSUE WAS TRYING TO GET OUR BILL AND PAY. THAT WAS MORE OF AN ORDEAL THAN IT NEEDED TO BE. WILL 100% BE BACK TO EAT THERE AGAIN

One of the worst places I have eaten in Canada so far.
Staff looks at you as if they are doing a favour by serving you. When we entered there were three ladies behind the counter chatting with each other.no smiles. They were not busy at all but still took a couple minutes to get us seated.
Food was below avg. I ordered omelette and I got egg shells in more than two bites of the meal.
If you have an option to go to another restaurant please do that and don't make the mistake we did.

Stopped at 4pm on a Monday July 11th for something to eat on the way home from the Okanagan. Been here many times and food was always good…. U til today. Had all day breakfast omelette which was ok but ‘homemade’ hash browns were reheated and awful. A small milkshake (maybe 8 oz), was $9.00!
Should have gone to DQ or even the pub for a drink for that! There were 2 of us and 1 other person in the restaurant and it took over 30 min to get omelette, reheated spuds, and a Salisbury steak with onions and gravy. They had no gluten free buns or bread today either. Very poor.

Ridiculously bad service with the same price for a dish with or without sides. $14 for 2 stale pieces of bread with bland cheese.

This is a great place for a fast and fulfilling breakfast. The day I was there (Mon. June 26th) there was one waitress servicing the entire seating area. And doing a great job. Good food good prices.

Absolutely loved this place! Nita greeted us warmly each morning of our stay and tended to our every need. The food was fast, generously sized and delicious. Best breakfast place in town!

Great burger, possibly the crispiest fries I've ever had, and staff was so friendly and attentive, highly recommend!

Best breakfast I've ever had. Everything was fresh, cooked perfectly and not greasy at all. My wife had the fish and chips special and it was delicious.
