The manager tonight went above and beyond to help correct and issue that had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with DoorDash. So grateful for her tonight!

Edited to add, she did even more to be amazing last night legit went so above and beyond. I cannot say it enough, Thank you em! And also thank you kitchen staff for all you did last night. You guys are all true mvps!

Legit when I called to talk about my issue, I did not feel like that I was a bother to them at all. The manager was so apologetic over the issue that legit had nothing to do with the restaurant and everything to do with door dash, I felt so heard, understood, respected, I was shown compassion, and just willingness to go above and beyond to help a situation, they didn’t cause just because they knew it wasn’t the customers fault and wanted to make it right anyway they could!
I was rather unhappy with the issues at hand, (that again wasn’t their fault one bit) and when I called bin 4 to talk to the manager for guidance and to see what they saw on her end, her positive bubbly personality and just willingness to help flipped my mood right around.
Any place should strive to have staff like this, and a manager like her in their establishment! I’ve never felt so respected and heard over an issue before. Great job last night everyone and thank you again so much to the kitchen staff and big thanks and shout out to manager em!

Won't lie definitely a decent burger didn't care for the red onion rings but to each their own

I go here all the time! The food and drinks are all delicious and everyone is so nice! I even went with a friend who has severe allergies and they were easily able to accommodate

Always a treat here. Great fare and outstanding service. My son accidentally ordered the wrong burger and when it arrived, he explained to the server what happened and she immediately took action and brought the ingredients (fast and it was busy) to make the burger the one he meant to order. These people get it.

Last visit, a friend and I went for a drink around 8: 30pm. We were seated immediately and the server was pleasant and attentive. Their late night bites are a great deal too.

Food and service at the table were fantastic as per usual. Rating one star due to unpleasant experience during last visit. I went to use the facility bathroom, and when washing my hands, found the tap water boiling hot. Im talking steam coming out of it. With my hands covered in soap, I came out in order to find a hostess so that she could point me to a different sink. She replied “oh, ya, that has been going on for a while now. ” She held the door in the mens bathroom so that I could rinse the soap off because that was not possible with the temperature of the tap water in the ladies bathroom. I asked to speak to a manager. She came to the our table and apologized, and mentioned that they had been having issues with their pipes/plumbing. I asked why there was no sign to warn people that it might be boiling if they knew that this was happening for some time now. She expressed that this was the “first time” that this has happened. She said that the hostess was going to put a caution sign right away. After paying our bills, my friend went to use the washroom and expressed that no sign had been put up. Honestly, I am not even upset at the fact that they didn’t even offer to compensate the meal after literally having lobster red knuckles for a good 20 minutes after. I just feel that that is completely unsafe, especially during a pandemic where hand hygiene is super important.

Amazing burgers and cocktails, with late-night deals that trump all others in the area. They also use locally sourced ingredients, so a win-win.

Ordered the chicken of the sea (ahi tuna) and bison burgers. The tuna was wonderful but a bit too much sauce on the burger which took away from the rest of the ingredients. Bison burger we ordered with no cheese due to an allergy. The server was very good at acknowledging the allergy, however my dining companion did get sick after our meal. Perhaps the kitchen missed the note about the allergy which was disappointing.

The best restaurant in Victoria: period. We have been going there 1-2 month (to checkout monthly features). Very consistent: quality of foods, beverages, great service, nice atmosphere.
Recently, they have added a wonderful salad: strawberry goat cheese with toasted almonds as pickled red onions on mixed greens. It’s by far their best salad, although all off their salads over the years have all been fantastic! We know, we have been regulars for 8 years now! Even with Covid-19, the quality consistency has remained.
That’s an important aspect I feel that many restaurants are awesome one time, then the next, it’s awful. ; and so on back and forth: one never knows if the experience will be awesome or awful. That has never happened with Bin 4. Also they use organic and local produce.
P. P. S: please the newest salad on the regular menu… pretty please!?

Very unique options for gourmet burgers. Portions were a very good size for the price. I would recommend going there at least once to try

Dining at Bin 4 was a pleasure from start to finish. Many restaurants/pubs wouldn't take lunch reservations but it was easy booking a table for our group of nine. Even when we added a person within an hour of our arrival, the staff was friendly and cheerful. The selection of food pleased everyone (three veg options and the ability to swap in a veg patty onto any of the many burger options!), they were happy to make changes, and the food was very good. Our server was friendly and obviously knew how to handle a group. Highly recommended!

Nice place in a great spot, Langford city center. Ordered salad with praline and didn’t ask was actually praline was - my mistake. Sugary pieces of maple syrop and brown sugar. It came with green salad, blue cheese, apple and was not tasty. Also ordered bison to go with the salad. So it came separately and later. Bison was not actually a piece of meat but a chop. Well, I also didn’t ask in advance.
And hot chocolate wasn’t good. Powder was on the bottom of the glass not melted, not stirred. Looks like instead of milk there was just water. The waitress was kind not to charge for the drink though.
And the order took like 40 mins to wait

Quality has gone down significantly. Bin 4 used to have incredible burgers at a fantastic price. Now you'll get a better burger from A&W for half the price.

The food was great. The menu offers many options for sides and additions. The service was excellent.

There were two of us… and it was a Friday. I had the burger with seared ahi tuna patties which was served with a delicious strawberry goat cheese salad. Because of the anticipated size, I asked for the burger to be cut in half when I ordered and it arrived just as I’d asked. The burger was delicious!
It took a long time to get our food, but we asked and it was due to staffing shortage so I’m not going to let that affect my review. Allow more time and relax. Altogether, we were at the restaurant for 90 mins.

Great service and nice atmosphere outside for summer. Picked up the plant one on me burger and enjoyed it. Reminded me of a home made veggie pattie. Happy to see some plant based options available. Tofu burger was unfortunately super greasy and made the bottom bun wet and couldn't finish it. Would recommend looking at a local brand such as The Very Good Butchers for an even better selection on plant based options and top notch burgers. Excited to see more plant based options in the future!

Busy on a Thursday night. Had great service and the burgers and fries did not disappoint. Not Alberta beef, but it was close!)

One of the best burger joints in Canada at an affordable price. Staff is courteous and professional. About 15 different types of burgers with multiple options of side dishes and dipping sauce. The Kennebec fries are incredible!

It was a rainy day out and we had cycled from Victoria west to Colwood. The restaurants weren't open to inside customers so we had to sit outside. The server tried to find us a spot where we would be protected by the rain. I had a vegan burger with lettuce wraps. It was flavorful. The vegan aioli was not great. The foid took a while to arrive as well

First time visitor to this burger spot. Tried a few other places and they had closed their kitchen. Saw a crowd and thought this is a good sign. Checked in with the hostess that said there would be a 30 minute wait for a table. There were a few empty tables but servers were busy. I really appreciate that they did not just fill the place when they do not have the staff to manage it. Smart. Many restaurants forget how important it is to offer good service over filling up. They took my phone number and called when they had space for us.

They promptly got us a table and some great chips to snack on while waiting and we ordered a couple of good local beers to start. The server explained the menu in a great friendly way to make ordering clear. Hardest part was finding something to choose. Everything sounded great. I went with the Black and Blue! Wow it was awesome and the garlic sauce for the fries was outstanding. My son had a great burger too. We barely talked as we just made happy noises while eating.

I will be back for another type of burger soon. Just fantastic in every way. Service was incredibly friendly and professional.

Bin 4 is a fantastic place for vegetarians or any burger lover. I personally enjoy the Mr. Bean and definitely look forward to having it again. I would recommend checking out this burger lounge when you’re in the area.

Generally good food, iffy service. My biggest complaint is they are inconsistent - even after all this time getting used to pick up/delivery in the new normal. So three not more stars.

Most recent burger was decent. Patty seems to have shrunk and I prefer a real tasting tomato. Fries were blah but deep fried pickle stole the show!

Not another greasy burger joint (I like those as well though). This is more of an upper end burger place. Most of the burgers have a little heat (spice) worked into their recipe. I enjoy the dirty bourbon and for a nice savory sandwich the bistro (chicken breast with brie, onion jam). Not much in the way of a kids menu. No fried chicken as is common at burger places. Big burgers, you won't be hungry after! I believe they do cheaper burgers after 9.

Waited over an hour to be seated when told it would be 20 min then was left waiting to order for another 40 min. Poor service

The take out service is the problem. Orders are wrong. Burgers are dry and fries are cold. $70 burger dinner for 2 you are allowed to have high expectations. Sadly we have given up on eating at this location.

Delish. Best burger ever. Huge portions big enough to share. I've honestly never said best burger before. I wish I remembered it's name but essentially I'm taking about the patty quality. Might go back next time we explore south island:)

My best friend and I went for lunch here today. The service was amazing, super friendly, very helpful with some allergy issues, and pretty with quick service. We both had a burger and fries.sooooo delicious. I will definitely go back again as well as highly recommend this place to others!

Love the chips, I'd just eat those with a glass of wine.but, the burgers are good. Salads, fries.good food, good service!

I love bin4 burgers so much! And I go to the Langford location often with my fiancé. But lately they are continuously getting our order wrong, and we have had to drive back multiple times after getting home and opening our bag of food. It’s disappointing having cold food because they get our orders wrong so often even tho the receipt has our order written out properly and they verify it before we leave from picking up. I know everyone makes mistakes but this has been multiple times and it is just very frustrating.

I love their food and order from them every weekend! I would give them 5 stars but after ordering many many take-out meals from them, they always have and continue to screw up at least 30% of our orders. Always have and always will.

This review is based on the extremely poor service I received on the evening of Jan 17th.

Went to pickup my order at the time quoted by their app and was told by the host it wasn't ready so I waited outside. No biggie. After 15 mins of waiting in the cold with no updates I again asked if it was ready (it seemed kind of busy but several skip the dishes orders had been picked up with no waits), and the same host said (with attitude) that it would be brought out when it was ready, but didn't seem to actually check. So back outside I go.

At the 20 minute point a different host came outside and asked if I was waiting for an order; I gave her the name and she said "oh, that's been ready for a really long time". So I take it home (3 min drive away) and sure enough, food is cold. They also forgot one of the aolis and got the other one wrong.

So I called and asked to speak with the manager (maybe one of 3 times I've done that in my life; I'm not a Karen), and after getting some resistance from the person who answered (probably the same host), was offered a free dessert. How nice.

Definitely won't be enjoying that dessert if it's only redeemable at the Langford location.

The rest of the food was okay however, the absolute brainlet who decided red onions were okay to make onion rings with needs to be put down.

Was at this Langford location for dinner tonight. As always, the food was excellent.
However, when the waitress brought our food out none of us had any cutlery. She went away quickly, after saying something that we couldn't understand because of her mask. We assumed she was bringing cutlery, ketchup etc. She did not. She disappeared out of sight and we sat and waited, and waited. Finally flagging down the girl behind the bar.
I understand there is some ridiculous new rule that cutlery can't be on the table because it might transfer covid
But if that's a rule, please remember to bring cutlery with the food so you can eat it before it's cold.

Late night Bin4 there is no better deal. Burgers always delicious, speacials always unique and sometimes sad that they are only there for a bit. One of the better burger joints in town.

The I hope in the future that the take-out customer can get 50% discount after 9pm on a certain days please. Thank you

A now Victoria staple in delicious thinking out of the box burgers. My fav is the chicken chipotle burger, I get it every time I go! Delish

Not worth the money.burgers were ok but nothing great.the desert was rediculous tiny and definitely not worth the money.

Went there again for my sons birthday dinner. It was fantastic! He was so happy. We love going there as a family especially for late night. The service is great it is clean and comfortable and food is amazing. It is our favorite burger joint. So much selection on the menu, I have tried a lot of it and it is all really good. They even have gluten free and low carb options. You won’t be disappointed!

The burgers are so good here! The specials are always really fun to get too. After 9 is half priced gourmet burgers and Sunday night is always so dead I've never waited in line.

Best burgers I've ever had. Period. Half price after 9pm is very helpful if you're going with a group. Prices are high because the food and service is worth it.

I have been recommended to come to bin4 dozens of times and. Finally made the trip out and I can only say expectations have been throughly exceeded.
I had the bison burger with fries and dip.
The burger was a great size and for bison ring one of my favourite meats they did it justice and it was a complex series of flavour that didn’t subtract from the meat in anyway they compliment very well.
The fries are thick crispy and come with a dip which is a bonus.
The staff is super friendly and attentive.
All around can’t make a better review.

Blown away. One of the best burger chains in Victoria. Great menu of specialty burgers. Upbeat ambience, good for groups, and must-go for their late night specials.

Beyond overrated.sloppy burgers, only about half of the fries were edible, the rest are crispy nothings.

Terrible customer service. Ordered drinks with my partner and both of us were extremely disapointed with how weak they were, and how bland the taste was. Asked the waiter to return them explaining how subpar the drinks were and ordered beer instead. The waiter made no offer to fix the drinks, and upon receiving the bill realized that we had been charged for drinks that we had only taken a few sips from. Won't be visiting this location again after such horrible service.
The only reason it got 2 starts are because the burgers were good.

Ordered pick up, the burgers weren't too bad but the fries were both missing their requested ketchup and we paid extra for onion rings and only had five onion rings for an extra $3. Definitely not worth the $62 for 3 Burger meals.

Great food and service, easily the best burgers Victoria has to offer. Make sure to try the truffle aioli.

Strange things about burger places to me is that I am very picky because I think I eat them daily. Case in point Bin 4 Burger Lounge. I was at pub the day before and when I went to Bin 4 I was disappointed. I ordered the black and blue burger, but it was good but not great. There just seemed there was things missing that the burger I had the night before had. I can’t place what it is that caused this review, it was just that I wasn’t impressed. Too bad, as it’s a very popular restaurant and I could have just had a so so burger compared to others around me.

The food is good but the whole restaurant needs a really really good cleaning. The tile and grout is very dirty, there is ketchup all over the walls all along where the tables are. The bathroom always smells like urine. The tables and chairs need a good scrub. We won't be going back unless things are cleaned up. This is the dirt we can see, I wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Been here a couple of times. First time they messed up my order, 2nd time they burnt my burger. I haven't been back since.

Bin 4's after 9 deal will take half the price of a burger off your bill with the purchase of a drink and it is the essential way to experience the restaurant. Bin 4 is the ultimate option for a meal after you have had a late night trip to the mall or you've just walked out of the Cineplex after a 6am showing. It's generally easy to get in on week days and they have had no problems accommodating more than 8 people in our party. Recently I have noticed a speed increase in the service, and have never had to wait more than 35 minutes for even the largest of orders. The vegetarian "ginger soy tofu" burger is a great option if you have already tried their staple burger "the heritage" it's not just for the vegans to enjoy either. If you live in the area or you just want to try some exotic protein between bread, bin 4 is langford's go-to burger joint.

As usual another great experience at Bin 4. I really enjoyed the new Big Dipper burger, the wagyu beef is delightful and having the option to dip the burger makes it even more indulgent.

Excellent! I Just Wish there wasn't such massive lines on late night cheap burger times.

I'm the Burger Guru and they do not have great Burgers. Not sure if I would even say there good. Nice staff though.

Delicious food! I love that you can get all the burgers on a lettuce stack instead of a bun, awesome for gluten free and if your just trying to limit your carbs. Staff is great, very helpful and good at their jobs. I'm always happy with Bin 4.

Settle down. If you like mushroom gravy and 15 aiolis you might like this place. I just want to remind the owners it's a burger joint. Just because you put aioli on something doesn't mean its not a burger anymore. If there is a place where you don't need to be pretentious it's a burger joint. Get some real gravy!
