Been going here for many years and were excellent but unfortunately this past experience in 2023 has been really bad. No follow up on calls, sent emails ect and basically ghosted. When you do speak to Tara it’s like your not worthy of her time. Use to be excellent customer service now not so much. Really disappointed ️ and now looking for another place.

I was taken care of promptly as soon as I walked through the doors. I have planter fasciitis and they got my insoles made within a week. The insoles have made such a difference for my feet. I really appreciate it.

Great customer service! I have been dealing with heel pain for a number of months and after seeing Ish for custom foot orthotics my heel pain was gone in 1 week! I sprained my ankle and wanted to find better shoes for walking/running that offered more support. They have a great selection of shoes and different brands. I had never heard of the brand Vionic but after visiting BioPed I will only wear their shoes! Lots of different styles & great support. There was no pressure from the staff to make a purchase and they were very informative. They even helped me find a great brace that was reasonably priced.

Absolutely excellent service! Punctual! No waiting! I dealt with Kyle who was courteous, professional and extremely helpful! He even completed my insurance papers. I phoned the office several days thereafter regarding a concern, he received my phone call and assisted me.

The staff at Bioped Footcare and Orthotics are very friendly and knowledgeable. My two sons and I needed orthotics and they made they whole experience fun and even provided my sons with a mold of their feet that they were able to bring home and paint. The staff answered all my questions and even followed up afterwards to see how the orthotics were working out for us. Don’t think twice, call them now!

Bioped developed a high quality orthotic for me that is still very functional 2.5 yrs later. I needed a new set of orthotics and after reading reviews, I thought I would try BioPed in Surrey. Everything went super smooth from booking my initial appt to picking up my finished orthotics one week later. Kyle was very professional and informative and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I ended up picking up a nice pair of running shoes while I was there too. I would definitely recommend coming here for your othotic and feet care needs.

I came to BioPed to have custom orthotics made for my daughter who is 2 years old. My entire experience was flawless and the team was very professional. I appreciated the extra care and patience they took with my daughter as it’s sometimes hard to get a 2 year old to cooperate. We both had smiles on our faces when we left and we will for sure be going back when she needs her next pair:)

It was a pleasure dealing with BioPed and all their staff, especially Ish who took care of my custom insoles and fitted them right, also she helped me pick out quite a few new comfy shoes to go with the new insoles I got. Also set me up with some off the self compression socks that I needs as well. Great customer care and service and covid precautions where taken the whole time, I recommend BioPed for all shoe and insole needs you may have. Are feet are so important for proper posture, and I’m glad I came here to fix my issues I was having with that!

I was suffering from pain in my foot for month and now I'm literally pain free after seeing Kyle only 3 times. I can't thank him enough for getting me back on my feet. He is kind and very professional.

They are very friendly made you feel calm and relaxed through the process but I went in for some orthotics, and well all I can is the pain in my feet didn't go away. I had go see 2 other specialists and both saying these are the worst orthotics they had ever seen. Considering I had gotten them adjusted 3 times and none of them helped with my pain. I would recommend do your research before going into a place like this.
