My friends and i had the most adorable and delicioous expriences ever here. Staff are polite and totally caring and the food stuff are amazingly fresh and delicious.

The 2 clerks fighting amongst. Shows a different price and charged another. Terrible experience

Beautiful presentation, boxes and store. Unfortunately the aesthetics are where the beauty stops. Croissants were mediocre to poor at best, soggy and one note in flavor.

Asked for my latte less hot, she said she understood, but my coffee was so hot that it burnt me on contact. They also only offer one size.which in retrospect is ok because I just would have ended up with more coffee I couldn't drink. Note to the owner and baristas: milk should never be that hot. It cooks the protein in the milk and makes it taste eggy. Get a thermometer, and learn the correct temperature.

Favorite bakery in the lower Mainland.
Love the fact that every time I go there, there are new options for me to try. The vibe of the place is super cozy and inviting.
Staff there is nice, and the Manager is always willing to explain and hear your feedbacks. (Great atitude!)

Haven’t been there BUT a friend of mine who lives in west Van, brings me their Danish pastries! Sooooooooo fresh, delicious and flaky! I wish they had a store in Port Moody too!

I was amazed to hear that they brought their chef from Paris and they actually buy their Butter from Europe to have a delicious test of pastry!
They are variety of baked croissants and delicious pastries with mesmerizing unique custard.
Very cozy little place with beautiful setting for dine in or take our coffee and pastry!
For those is your who can differ Starbucks from a nice cozy unique cafe this is the one!

I had a lovely visit to this hidden gem today, even we got there right at closing time, the lady (whom i forgot her name unfortunately) have welcomed us with smile and warmth. She was super helpful, she had a great knowledge of their products and made us feel loved and welcomed. We will definitely make Bisou our frequent stop from now on.

Simply wonderful! Had to pick something up in North Van and stopped for coffee and a pastry. Honestly, the almond croissant was pure joy! If you're in North Van, find Bisou, you won't be sorry!

If you're looking for the absolute best bakery dessert treats, on the North Shore, Bisou wins. No contest.

Very kind staff and they employ world class pastry chefs.

They'll even make you a made to order cake (with about a weeks notice) if you want to wow your family or guests with something superior to a supermarket cake.

I ordered around 20 different assorted items for a COVID friendly office party. Bisou helped my vision come to life by individually packing each pastry in their own containers and went the extra mile to specially make the tiramisu for me (which they normally only serve on specific days). Everyone absolutely loved the pastries and agrees that it was all absolutely delicious! Their customer service is really good as well. Highly recommend it!

Wow. Delicious baguettes, cinnamon buns. Some of the best croissants (next to fresh street market) that money can buy. Nothing over priced and just the right amount of butter.

My auntie and i got there right at 7 (closing) but she still let us in! The customer service was amazing, didn’t feel rushed at all even though they were technically closed.food is awesome, 10/10 would recommend.we also got a free baguette

The pastries here are amazing! We ordered an assortment and enjoyed all of them! The Mille Feuille and Apricot Danish were our favorites! The Black Forest is really light and moist, the Nutella one was soo good and buttery, the pistachio puff was light and not too sweet and the almond croissant was so flaky

Cakes of Bisou Bake House are just amazing. I ordered for my cousin's birthday and it was incredibly delicious.secondly the staffs are very helpful and they always greet so nicely. Highly Recommended!

I've been to Bisou Bakehouse on 3 separate occasions so far. Each time I go, I'm always acknowledged and greeted by someone behind the counter. They offer samples of different pies but I'm not really a pie person so I decline. However I am a fan of their delicious croissants! I like their almond and chocolate so far. I got some goodies for my family and I was told the pear danish is quite delicious

I like how they have a smaller version of their croissants and danish. Sometimes you just don't want to eat a large pastry. It's also a great way to try it out before committing to the regular sized one! I noticed they now have individual slices of black forest cake which I will get on my next visit.

Everything is absolutely fresh and tasty so far. The only negative I can think of is that I am not a fan of their pastry box. It comes in one size only and it's awkward to carry around. It's a large, flat box. Since the bottom is wide, it doesn't fit in any of my recyclable bag for me to carry with handles. Maybe they can work on carrying different size boxes.

They make recommendations when you are not sure what to get but never overly pushy about it. I enjoy their customer service and products. I will definitely be back for more. Their pastries suit my palate as they are not overly sweet or heavy.

I live downtown and don't mind traveling to the north shore for this little gem!

Haven't been to this bakery in person. But my mom brought home cheese bread, croissants and tiramisu and they were great!

We ordered a cheesecake with custom writing on it, and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating.

I ordered through Uber eats. I got the Montreal sandwich and the almond croissant. Unfortunately it was just average for me. The baguette was not really a baguette was just a soggy bread and in no way tasted, looked or had the texture of a French baguette. Also in the picture it’s shown cut in half and size is enough for two people, but in reality is just a small sandwich. The almond croissant wasn’t flaky or had the texture what you would call a French croissant. The almonds on top are good and the filling is decent. I can’t speak for the rest of their baked goods as I read some good reviews about their cheese cake and danishes so maybe if it’s your first time go with these items. But if you are looking for French baguettes and croissants I would say try else where.

Got the take out delivery from door dash. On the same day when I opened it, there is mold on the mixed berry pie.

First of all, the service was fantastic, that's not why I'm giving it three stars. So, the baked products look amazing, but we felt they were lacking in some key areas.

We had tried six separate baked goods. The chocolate croissant were a bit dry, and felt as if they were missing adequate butter. The tops of the croissant were not flaky, as is typical. The cheese and mint croissant, as well as the coconut chocolate ganache croissant, were all suffering from the same problem.

We felt the need to microwave everything, which honestly shouldn't be necessary. Freshness was lacking. We purchased at 10: 45am, so were hoping for fresh tasting goods.

Hopefully the owners read this review, if only so they can improve in these areas. Would love to try again if these aspects are improved on.

Their Strawberry & Rhubarb pie is amazingly delicious, you have to try it yourself to see what I mean. Great quality combined with good taste.

By far the best bakery I’ve ever been to! They have a wide range of delicious pastries and sweets, along with some gems on the savoury side as well! Try the tiramisu or chocolate peanut butter brownie!

Very clean and nice place with lost of choice. Service is very friendly and prices are very reasonable. My first experience with a "special order" was excellent! Definitely recommended.

A welcome edition on the shore. Plenty of parking for quick pickup and unbelievable selection. Its a short walk/bike/drive to the waterfront park and Kings Mill Walk! I am gluten intolerant but had to try it. We sampled apple and pecan pie. International baking with an emphasis on French!

Great selection of pastries and savouries prepared from scratch with real ingredients. They have a variety of bread to choose from made at the location. It is a nice spot to feed your sweet craving in North Vancouver.

By far the best pastry I’ve ever had! Exceptional quality and service. Try the almond croissant, the cheesecake, and the buns, and you’ll never look for those elsewhere!
