Alex is truly what dreams are made of. She is SO helpful, kind, and funny, and has made my shopping experience a 10/10. Bisou Bridal in itself is a wonderful store with so many incredible dresses to choose from, but I would really recommend requesting Alex for your appointment.

Vanessa was my consultant and I could not have asked for anyone better! She went above and beyond with her services. After my first appointment, when I was still thinking between two dresses, she was able to accommodate me just a couple of days later during after hours to try the dresses on again! I had such an amazing experience at Bisou Bridal! They were so friendly from the initial appointment booking, and went above and beyond to help me make the right choice for my wedding dress! Erin gave me very heartfelt advice and guidance through the entire process, and Alex was also lovely and hilarious and kind to our group! They took phenomenal care of us. They also encouraged me to take time to think about my purchase, which I thought was very nice. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for their dress, and can't thank you ladies enough for your help <3

I ended up leaving the store crying.
The store is not size inclusive and every dress I tried was too small. At one point the consultant told me I could wear shapers so the body could fit the dresses. It made me feel shamed for being an average weight.
Everything about the experience was unenjoyable. From the moment I walked in and told to fill out a survey that I swore I had done online in advance, to the slippers not being size inclusive and very dirty looking. The open dress trying area that made trying dress not a private, intimate interaction with a consultant, to wifi not working to be able to call my overseas family. The consultant asked very little about the wedding to determine details and dresses that where aligning with my idea and also did not ask my budget. Proceeded to show me dresses that where very highly priced (which if you have the budget, great, but that is something that should be asked so that one can tailor the experience better).
Trying on dresses I had to squeeze into tiny dresses and have fabric cut into my skin for an hour. Being told I looked so beautiful but not feeling it. Saying I have beautiful curves but not having any dresses to accommodate them. It was all very fake.
My friends were also dismissed, not included, and felt extremely uncomfortable with the environment that was created.
I even thought I had found the dress I wanted, but it was so tight on me and the price was so expensive, that I could not justify ordering a dress just to see IF it would actually fit me. Again, I am not even heavy, I am literally the average weight and height for women.
Also, I personally don't like supporting shops that have Israeli designers that have to use Palestinian sweat shop workers that exploited and underpaid to make their dresses.

I can't thank Dani from Bisou Bridal enough! I found my dream dress with her help and expertise. I am so happy Dani was the one helping me from the beginning- she was friendly, warm and professional to work with. I will always remember this special moment when I said YES to the Dress! Thank you so much Dani!

We had the best experience at Bisou! Dani is fantastic and will not lead you astray. She brought me dresses I wouldn’t have even thought to try on, and they (including my dress!) ended up working way better for me than the ones I picked out! She is a master pinner. She was also patient, not pushy and was super helpful about letting me take my time so I could land on the right dress.

The selection of dresses is beautiful and they are all in great condition. This was a nice change compared to some other boutiques where many of the dresses seem a bit grimy from being tried on so much.

Terrible experience here.
Even I filled the form to show my budget which was $10,000 before I tried dresses, and the staff kept bringing me the dress $20,000-$25,000 without telling me. I felt they were planning to trick me so they can earn more money than I provide as reference information. What was the form I filled for 10 minutes for? Does your staff read it before the bride tries to find the dress that fits in their budget? Terrible terrible business technic!

I could not have asked for a better experience at Bisou. Firstly, Vanessa truly read and listened to my pre-appointment feedback. I was working with a fairly tight timeline and she only pulled dresses that I could possible get made in the timeframe required. Vanessa made a sincere effort to understand my vision and as a result I actually loved each dress I put on. The dress I ended up saying yes to was the very first dress Vanessa pulled for me! Vanessa was professional and her knowledge of each designer and dress gave her SUCH credibility- she was a great resource to have by my side. My mom, sister and I will not forget our experience at Bisou. Thank you so much to Vanessa and team for making such a special days so easy (and fun) :). You guys are the best out there and it shows.x

My first wedding dress experience was at Bisou Bridal. I actually had booked an appointment but couldn't make it due to schedule changes. I saw the instagram post for their sample sale.and despite not having tried on dresses before, as recommended that you do before going, I lined up for the sale just in case. I fully did not expect to find a dress and wanted to just see what it was like.
I liked how once you get to the front of the line, they allowed you to see the dresses, take pictures of the ones you liked then put your name down in for your appointment time if you saw what you liked. I liked how we did not have to wait outside in the cold for HOURS and could come back after having secured our spot in line. I liked how we were able to pick styles we liked and when we returned just showed the stylist which ones to pull (if they were still available and not sold!) This was definitely very efficient

In terms of the experience, it was incredible. I felt really nervous going in, having no dress fitting experience but my stylist was VERY nice and so professional and experienced. The fitting experience went very smoothly, she gave very clear instructions of what to do, and how she will help clip me in etc. The dresses were BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely stunning. I did not expect to love the style I ended up getting, i didn't think it would look good on me. But my stylist knew just what would look good and what I would like based on my feedback and made recommendations accordingly.

I didn't think I'd fall in love with my dream dress at my first ever bridal fitting, but I did and I am SO thankful for the experience, for the professional stylists at Bisou and for the beautiful dresses they have. Never did I feel pressured to purchase accessories or go outside of my budget. The stylists are so experienced and really create an individualized experience to help you find the look perfect for you.

After visiting 5 other stores I came to Bisou and it was a world of a difference. At every other store the dresses were something I could say “yea this could work”, but nothing that I loved… and then I came to Bisou and fell in love with 3! I was helped by Dani and she was so lovely and impressive at her job. She knew which dresses to pull, she was very mindful of my budget, her assistance with trying things on was efficient and not invasive, and she knew how to clip you into the dress well! I appreciated how professional she was and she really knew all the details of the dresses, designers, shipping time frames, everything. Not to mention her voice was very soft and soothing and she didn’t have a pushy sales feel at all. This all made the experience amazing and I would absolutely recommend Bisou over anywhere else.

Wow! What an amazing bridal shop! They are so attentive and helpful and give wonderful guidance when needed. The owner, the sales staff, the fitting and alterations department are all so welcoming and helpful. I cannot give a high enough recommendation for Bisou Bridal. Had such an great time here! Not only did we run late for our appointment due to being new and lost in Vancouver, they were even able to accommodate us still. My stylist Erin was absolutely amazing. She knew everything about the dresses, what to expect once I ordered a dress as well as the structure of the dresses. We were even greeted with soft slippers that other stores didn't offer and by then I had been to 9 dress stores. If your looking for beautiful beaded/pearl dresses that are unique this is place to go to. Glad to say I found my dress finally!

I purchased a Martina Liana wedding dress last year and had two alterations done here as well. I picked it up in March for my special day. My dress required much alterations, but the seamstress was amazing and made my dress look like it was made just for me. I loved the train and the bustle that the seamstress made for me. On top of that, the Bisou ladies gave me lots of tips for the special day - what to do and what not to do and such. I couldn't thank them enough. Everyone said my dress was beautiful. In hindsight, this was the only wedding gown store that I went to, and it was certainly a one stop shop for me. And I am so glad that I bought my wedding dress here.

Honestly, I went to 7 other bridal stores. Bisou had the best customer service. There were no pushy sales people, no judgement, and I felt very comfortable there. They were very accommodating and helpful. And I absolutely enjoyed my bridal shopping experience. Highly recommend trying this place.
Also, the dresses are stunning and more affordable than I originally thought.

I had an amazing experience here, and loved that a little doggo was there to greet me at the door! The consultant I was booked with was very knowledgeable and bubbly, and made great suggestions. They have a wonderful range in sample sizes to try on as well.

Bisou was first place I have ever tried on wedding dresses. I was paired with the stylist Erin and honestly it was one of the best shopping experiences I ever had. The inclusivity of my bridesmaid, the beautiful range of options, and the reasonable sizing of the sample dresses are just a few reasons this quickly became my favorite shop. Erin was so attentive, encouraging, and confidence building. She was engaged with me, finding out what pieces I liked and didn't like from every dress, and asking question about the event. Ultimately allowing her to make a suggestion for trying on literally the most goregous and theme fitting dress I couldn't have even imagined. Her effortless charisma and confidence made my bridesmaids feel like they may want a career like hers, and the service/experience set a really high bar that no other store has even came close to mimicking. I 100% recommend this incredible store to anyone looking for bridal gowns, and am bias to say book with Erin!

Erin and Nathalie are amazing! I was on a bit of a time crunch and Erin helped me find my dream dress during my first visit. They made sure to have the dress ready within 3 months. I loved the whole experience at Bisou. Starting from emails, and phone calls, Sarah was incredible. It was my first store to visit and I had no idea how everything work so she was able to help me and guide me with everything. Then when I went to the Store, Erin was my stylist (If that is how it’s called). She made the whole experience so magical. She knew everything on the store, her customer service was beyond from what I was expecting. Oh, and the best part, the collection they have is so beautiful. I didn’t even have to go anywhere else because I said yes to the dress!

Had a beautiful experience here. The alterations were amazing, my dress fit like a glove. Also, everyone went above and beyond in making the fittings memorable. I was going to elope so no family would have a chance to see my dress before getting married. Staff at Bisou allowed me to bring in a big group of people to view the dress before my big day (pre-COVID). The dress and the experience were both stunning.

Bisou Bridal is absolutely amazing! I found my dream gown, Londyn gown by Hayley Paige back in July 2019. My stylist was Dani and she was so helpful when picking a style, but also trying on gowns that weren't what I pictured myself in (they were all amazingly beautiful gowns). There wasn't any pressure to buy, but the first dress I tried on was the one! I booked the VIP consultation; it was so great to experience dress shopping with my parents, future in-laws, and a couple of friends. We had to postpone our wedding due to covid, and Bisou was so supportive and kind during the process. The alterations with Vija were absolutely perfect and a great experience as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I cant even begin to express how amazing my experience at Bisou Bridal has. I had just started my the search for my dress and had only gone to a couple of stores previously and hadn't found anything I liked. When I got my confirmation email about my appointment and saw that Erin was going to be my consultation - having read all these reviews of how she helped so many brides find their dress - I just had a gut feeling that I was going to find my dress at my appointment.and I did! It was nothing like I had pictured for myself, but Erin helped me separate what my brain told me I "had to" or "should" look like and how I actually felt when wearing the dress. She made me feel so confident about my dress that I didn't even want to explore other options and I can confidently wait the next year for my wedding knowing I found the perfect dress for me. Wow, what an exceptional experience. I really dislike pushy fake sales people, that tell you that you look “AMAZING, STUNNING & BEAUTIFUL” when in actual fact you look like a sausage. I was fearful that bridal dress shopping I would run into that level of sales. The experience with Bisou Bridal couldn’t have been further than that.

My stylist expert was Erin who listened to my vision, let me explore the store and directed me where I should be looking for my budget, she gave me my space to see what stood out to me at first glance. Erin then pulled a couple of dresses that she knew would compliment my body shape, and we tried them all on. Erin has the perfect mix of experience and loveliness to make anyone’s fitting appointment special and relaxing. I wanted to be her best friend after an hour! She was honestly Top of her game and I have recommended her to anyone getting married. She was also able to recommend the perfect people to do my hair and make up- and I trusted everything she said and I was right to!

Once I had purchased my gown and veil, I did the rest of my Fitting appointments with Natalie who is sunshine in human form. She made sure that even after the 4th fitting my excitement for my dress and my day was as real as the first time I tried it on.

Out of the 4 bridal studios I visited in search of my wedding dress, I had the best experience with Dani, my stylist at Bisou. She was extremely knowledgeable and supportive in helping me find options that best suited my personal style and body. I was impressed with the wide variety of lines and price points available in the store and would recommend this beautiful place to any bride-to-be!

I went to Bisou Bridal and I've heard about their dresses and services for a while. So when I knew I would get married this year, I didn't hesitate and I tried a few dresses there. The assistant was extremely professional and sweet, she helped me find many pretty dresses that I kept saying 'wow'. Definitely worth 5 stars for my experiece. I recommend whomever is looking for wedding dress should go there.

I had a fantastic experience with Bisou. Their service is terrific. All the ladies I have met are nice and sweet. During this special time, they are taking one customer at a time to keep everyone safe, which is fairly considerate.
I met Erin on the first day. She helped me pick my gown. She never forced me to purchase anything expensive or unnecessary. And I really appreciate her helps.
They have a great selection of dresses from different designers in different styles. I would say all of them are beautiful! If you are looking for a stylish, romantic, and dreamy wedding gown, this is the place you can't get wrong!

I've had one of the best experiences in this store when I was shopping for a wedding dress last November. I felt safe and taken care of. The handoff from one dress to the next was comfortable and easy. The styles and designs were luxe and oh so beautiful. Highly recommend a visit!

My sister found her wedding dress at Bisou 4 years ago, so it was my natural first stop to find my own dress. It was my first time trying on dresses - and I ended up buying the first one I tried on! I feel so lucky I had Erin styling me. She was so wonderful at helping me figure out and execute my bridal vision. The team at Bisou made everything so easy, and their COVID-19 protocols made me and my family feel safe while we shopped.

I had a great experience at Bisou. I was able to try on all the dresses and styles I thought I wanted to realize that what I actually liked on was very different! Dani was extremely patient and helpful as I tried on several silhouettes, and then re-tried on favorites over an hour and a half appointment. What I believed would be a very big, challenging decision actually ended up being easy thanks to her help! I'm very happy with the decision and hope to return for a possible second, party dress.

The atmosphere, quality and style of dresses at Bisou was exactly what I was looking for. My consultant, Erin, really understood the look I was going for. I ended up getting my dress there at a second appointment after some time to think about what I tried on. I also really appreciated that there was zero pressure my first appointment to “say yes to the dress” and I felt like Vanessa was more invested in helping me find the right dress for me rather than in just making a sale. Amazing service and staff! Would definitely recommend to any bride looking for a dress if you can, book with Vanessa! I honestly don’t think I could have received better service.
