Stuff members are walking around the sales floor talking punjabi on their personal phone while customers are waiting at the registers, and then pull their "attitude" at clients, trying to rush them, and jumping right back on their personal phone.

Drivers are making random stops on the middle of the road disturbing traffic, and going through their phone while "driving". If you can call it that.

Disobeying motor vehicle act while on the road & disrespecting other members of traffic while on the toad, and customers inside the store.

These guys have been here over 50 years that says alot. Experienced Knowledgeable friendly counter staff. Good quality parts at good prices

I always go to B&J auto parts 1st. The parts person (gotta be politically correct haha) was awesome went way out of his way to help, after an extensive search we located exactly what I needed, 3way heater core water valve. Thanks for the great service and the right part.

Been a customer for 25years, historically great service and fair pricing. Since business was sold, my account discount is gone and invoice pricing is higher than shelf pricing with the invoice trying to justify new retail price by posting absurd suggested price (trying to make it look like you are getting a deal) For me personally, will be looking for a new parts supply store.

One of the hidden local gems. Their sales clerk impressed me very much with really good customer service along with his expertise in their stuff. I'm quite happy to discover this place. My definitely "go-to place" for my future projects, etc.

I wanted to buy from a different place other than Lordco and buy from a local small business and tried B&J. I told them and showed them my T&T login so they could see my discount and never heard back from them. I did buy a few things and the prices were much higher than Lordco. The staff are very good and pleasant to deal with but because I never heard back from them I went back to Lordco.

I had a tricky situation with an import car. The guy behind desk was very helpful and found solutions.

Great place to get some parts or something for your car or truck. People are nice, very helpful and prices are great compared to other places in the area.

This is my only source for everything I need for my car. They are experts on every nut and bolt and if you need some info they are willingly find and show you that!

Never Again! Promised my parts would be ready the next day. They were not. I was lied to. Person told me she put the order under the wrong name, but if that was the case, I wouldn't have had to wait 20 minutes for her to pull my order, which, when I went to install the parts, they were front rotors and pads, not rear as I asked for three times. I called and complained and the fellow said to come by the next day and he would have everything ready up front ready to go, that was not the case. While getting my refund the person was rude and obnoxious especially when I told him I was promised the parts were up front ready to go. He stated that they don't have room to do that, so I was lied to again by someone? The worst part is I found out they were the wrong parts only after I had the car on jacks and the wheels off. Never Again!

They've never let me down for my automotive needs with what I need more often than not being in stock and anything I had to order has come in quickly. Although I buy my power tools through my company's wholesaler accounts to avoid the large upfront cost and pay in installments I have purchased many a hand tool there and they've got a great selection of quality stuff. For someone in the plumbing industry it may not all be tools I have a use for but where my wholesaler lacks in tools for working in extremely tight spaces B & J comes through. The staff don't try and pressure you into spending a lot more than you need to for a specific name brand either and are straight up with you about a lesser known (and much more affordable) brands quality compared to major brands so you don't have to sacrifice peace of mind to save some money.

Best part store around. Knowledge staff that are friendly and great to deal with. And always a good feeling going to a local business rather than a massive corporation.

I ordered Ray-besto brake pads and rotors from Drew a month ago. He was very helpful and gave me a better price than other big name parts stores. Will purchase from here again.

We go here ALOT.my husband and i have 2 autistic sons and the staff are always nice to them and jeff in particular is amazing he is always patient and is able to answer our many many.many vehicle questions.the bathroom is clean ladies and the store is well organized.

I will never shop here again. I went on a saturday to get paint mixed for my car, he said will be ready after noon on monday, i went on tuesday or wednesday after work, he forgot to make the paint for me, but i agreed to wait 15 minutes, and that was okay.i also was going to buy a battery for my car, i didn't have any tools on me so they leant me an adjustable wrench to take my old batter off, the wrench was too big, i asked if they had a smaller adjustable wrench, they said no not really.um this is a car parts store? They weren't helpful and didn't seem like they wanted to make the sale, i was going to buy a $106 car battery.i went to canadian tire instead to purchase my car battery.

Can find most parts or order hard to find ones. They can build custom hoses. Their machine shop can help the mechanics with brake rotors jobs or to build custom bolts or other parts

Was hunting for a MAP Sensor (no, not MAF), and I already had both the OEM part # on-hand, as well as the SMP Bluestreak aftermarket part #.

Just needed to have a retailer pull the thing out of one of the local warehouses. FIRST call I made was to B&J Parts in PoCo. The second call I made was to West Can Auto in Coquitlam. And lastly, just for giggles, I phoned the dealership.

The pricing went like this:

- B&J: $197 + tax // for the Bluestreak aftermkt sensor.
- West Can: $113 + tax // for the same sensor, probably showing a quantity of 1 at Uni-Select on both their screens.
- Dealership (BMW) : $145.99 + tax for the genuine OEM BMW part.

Conclusion:

When you have commission-hungry counterstaff whose knee-jerk reaction it is to jump to a 2.0+ margin multiplier just at the mention of a German car, there's something wrong with your business.
Tell me, how can a Bluestreak aftermarket part be almost 50% more expensive than the higher quality OEM price?

Service was great, found the part I needed and salesperson took his Time recommending what I needed.

Great shop run by a great group. Prices are still reasonable and customer service center business approach

Parts people that have a clue on what u need. I'm licensed mechanic don't have much issues with them.

Bank in January 2017 I had the worse experience with this company. I have my own mechanic shop and have dealt with other automotive suppliers and non of them have treated me as bad as B and J has done. I was ordering from the because they were very close by to my shop and it was very convenient, but they kept on making mistakes on the deliveries and sometimes would not even shop up. I had customers waiting to get their cars back and they would get upset at me since I was not getting the parts on time or at all. I lost a few customers because of this problem. I was was very upset and I went to complain in person at B and J's and they basically did not take any responsibility and at the end the manager, Scott, decided to cancel my account and also they told me not to order from them any more. They are not professional and they lost a good customer. I do not recommend any one to go to this place.
