Came in handy when my car was overheating, added coolant and they had what I needed

I've been here several times happy and kind. Staff is absolutely miserable (no emotion, frowns, silent and all around horrible attitude each time). Hate to leave a bad review, but maybe this will help in the long run.

Management and many staff are tragic and cruel. Drive a few extra km and avoid this place.

Been coming here off and on for years, but it's always hit and miss with the service. Staff turn over is high, half are great the other half are either nasty or try to rip you off. Only come here if you can't get to Courtenay or Campbell River.
