I was in a bind, and I called their customer service who were SOOO friendly, helped me answer all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. The process was super easy. I submitted a rental request and within 15 minutes I got a follow up email asking for my size and confirming that they had the items. It was WELL priced, quick to process and the actual experience was SUPER easy.they were friendly, helpful, and quick.love this service

All was exactly as we expected with service from a happy, proactive, team. They even have comfy sofas to sit and try your gear on! Definitely recommend.

Very friendly Team to greet me as soon as I walked in the shop. I am new to skiing and care was taken to get me the right equipment. But it was swift, simple and professional. No problems with the fit of the skis, boots, hat. Then on my return the Team were again very friendly asking how my day had gone; were the skis OK etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else next time. Rented powder skis for heli-skiing and twin tips for the terrain park. The care and attention of the staff was exceptional. They were as excited as we were about the heli-skiing and wanted to make sure that we had the perfect kit. Checked flex vs current skis and called around their shops and warehouse to get the best options brought in.

We had such a fantastic experience recently hiring our ski gear. Ned was awesome making sure that we were fitted correctly and being able to provide great knowledge of the mountain and conditions.
After my first day of skiing my boots weren't very comfortable which was no issue I just went back and swapped them over.

By far the best Ski Rental Company in Whistler. Used them all and these guys know there stuff, get the Job done and are definitely best value in comparison. Also the equipment seemed to be quite new.
