I work for a local property management company and we work with BTFSI frequently.
Ren is their IT guy and he's very helpful and accommodating when it comes to programming requests and reviewing security footage.
The guys that conduct the fire inspections are professional and always pleasant to deal with (Mitch, Ian, Tony).
If we have problems with fob systems/readers or entry-phones, Tomas and Dean are great.

Unprofessional. Came hammering on my door and scared my dog. Could have used door bell, (he said he did so we tested it and then he says I guess I’m a liar lol) didn’t introduce himself or tell me what he was doing just walked right in and set off the fire alarm which is extremely loud for a dog. Coulda brought him outside with a warning. Don’t usually rate or post but don’t want anyone to have the same experience

One of their drivers just tailgated me down the highway flashing his lights at me, then overtook me, swerved in front of me and pulled over so he could tailgate me again. Very aggressive driving behaviour that doesn't make me feel safe

BTFS has always been courteous and professional. It is nice having a local company who clearly know the area rather than a huge company call centre. Many times they've sent guards to check things out which is a great service. Highly recommend.
