The best part of our trip to Whistler was by far our flight with Blackcomb Helicopters. Our pilot was very skilled and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history and geology of the region and flew so close to the glaciers. I recommend Blackcomb Helicopters to all my friends as a must do activity when in Whistler.

The crew was informative/ helpful and friendly! It was a few passengers’ first flight, and Pierre made them feel comfortable and safe while soaring through the mountains. We were able to land and capture the views from the mountain top as well. Definitely a five star experience!

I booked in a glacier helicopter tour with a mountain landing for my mum as a surprise birthday present. Our pilots name was Brooke, not only was she incredibly friendly and informative, she has absolutely mastered her flight skills with a very smooth take off and landing on all occasions. Highly recommend Brooke at Blackcomb Helicopters, would definitely do it again!

The most inconsiderate and unprofessional service I have ever received.

When making a general inquiry regarding a particular location and if it could be reached by private flight, they asked why the location was somewhat specific.

I mentioned it was a meaningful location to my family and that we wish to scatter my fathers remains, in private. They immediately laughed at me and at my response.

To the person I spoke to; the next time you have to make difficult decisions, ones that require courage and vulnerability, I hope that you are met with kindness or at very least, simple professionalism. I hope you are not met with the indignity, shame or humiliation that you showed me today.

Blackcomb Helicopters is an amazing company! My husband and I eloped on top of Ipsoot mountain. Every single person we met was lovely, kind, and helpful! We recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Blackcomb Helicopter Sightseeing Tour with my wife, and I. I must say, it was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the tour was filled with excitement, stunning views, and great information.

The moment we boarded the helicopter, we knew we were in for a treat. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. Our pilot was experienced and provided a thorough safety briefing, ensuring our comfort and safety throughout the entire tour.

Certain things can not be expressed by words, the helicopter ride with Blackcomb is one of that unique experiences. This is an experience when every moment of ride becomes lifetime experience. Must do thing if you are in Whistler. The team is superb which takes entire experience to another level.

Amazing experience! It was the perfect day, the sun was shining and we had a great pilot called Jeff. He guided us around the area telling us little stories along the way! From the booking expirience, to safety to the flight, it was all done with such professionalism and expertise. Thank you all once again!

We had such a wonderful experience with Blackcomb Helicopters! We got married in October and decided to go in a road trip for our honeymoon, we are from MN. Our end destination would be Whistler BC! We knew we were going to do a helicopter tour and after doing lots of research decided to book with Blackcomb. Adam was our pilot and he did such a wonderful job with our tour, very informative and was shooting out lots of facts when we flew over certain areas! The landing on top of the mountain was AMAZING! The only thing we were disappointed in was that we didn’t pay to have a longer tour! Overall, we would definitely recommend booking with Blackcomb, I know we will be booking a longer tour with them and requesting Adam next time we are in the area!

This was a truly exciting and memorable experience! Our pilot Brook was a wonderful guide with a bright disposition and tons of knowledge to share about the mountain ranges we flew along! As a bonus, the flight itself and the landings were both very comfortable and smooth, with Brook pointing out when to expect turbulence as we reached certain mountain (glacial?) peaks.

We were originally slated to fly a public tour on a Wednesday, but bad weather led to the trip being canceled. But they kindly let us reschedule at no cost, and even sent a shuttle to pick us up from, and later, drop us back to, Whistler bus loop when we came back to try again later in the week!

It was truly one of the most exciting experiences my husband and I have ever enjoyed together, the views were breath taking. Bring good sunglasses though, you may not be able to see much without them at times! We were able to fly close to the cracked face of a glacier to enjoy the surprising blue of the pure ice. The 15 minute landing at Rainbow Mountain was especially fun, and Brook kindly helped us take lots of pictures together before we got to run off and try to carefully walk up/climb the small rocky precipice near the landing site. The sight from the top is wild, a 360 view of mountains all around.

I have a picture from the peak as my lock screen now and smile every time I see it. The memory has been a gift to enjoy again and again. Thanks so much Blackcomb Helicopters!

Fantastic time we had! We flew with Landon who was knowledgeable, polite and was smooth. My mom who is a septuagenarian really loved the ride. Great people and great fun! Highly recommended if you are in the Whistler area.

Amazing knowledgeable staff from booking to the ride and back. The pilot was friendly and kind. My wife and I took a morning flight with great views all along the way. Amazing scenery you just can't pass up.

This was just such a joy for us all. Our pilot elevated us to 6000 feet above the gorgeous Whistler Valley. Very accommodating and attentive to or needs as elderly patrons. The amazing weather allowed us to land for a few minutes on a snow capped mountain. Just glorious, thank you Blackcomb Helicopters.

An absolutely amazing flight. After a complete disaster of a morning having a different company last minute cancel, Blackcomb was overly accommodating and was able to get us a flight out of Whistler in time for us to get my friend back to Vancouver to catch her flight back to England.

N'hésitez pas à effectuer ce vol, nous étions que 4 clients dans un appareil de 6 places. Durée du vol 24 minutes plus 15 minutes de dépose sur un glacier. Un peu plus de 320 dollars canadiens par personne.

Amazing service and communication. We booked for a 60th birthday celebration and really praying on landing on Rainbow Mountain. They were in touch with us daily and we moved our flight 2x no problem to ensure the best weather.

Had an amazing picnic and paddle board tour with a great guide! He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Paddle boarding was super fun and the lake was beautiful. The picnic was more than enough food for us and was delicious. All the staff were very kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend going on a tour with them.

Blackcombs made my proposal everything I had hoped for. Coming from out of province and never being to BC before I was stressing knowing that my plan to propose had little room for error as we landed at the airport and went up in the helicopter the same day. 2 days before the heli flight was schedule to take off I received an email saying in Whistler there was a severe thunderstorm warning and we were in need of a plan B… My heart dropped! I quickly got on the phone going over options and we were able to have the same flight package out of their Squamish location. After them sending me pictures I realized it was just as beautiful as what I envisioned in my head. We landed on top of a mountain in July, I proposed, she said yes, we popped champagne, played in the snow, it was perfect. Blackcombs being a big well organized company helped me pull that back together 48 hours before take off. If I had of went through a company with only one location my plan would’ve crumbled. Thanks again for helping make our day picture perfect, my hat is off to you!

My Wife, Son and I took a city tour with Blackcomb Helicopters. Sasha took us up in over VVR, around English bay and up beside the sea to skt highway. Sasha was super nice and knowledgeable.

We luckily got to see and be in the air with a CF-18 Hornet and the Snowbirds while they were practicing for their upcoming air show. What a once in a lifetime treat!

With the weather closing in on our elopement spot and time running out the team kept us continually up to date and then exceeded all expectations by proposing a new.and better.location. Flying us up there with short notice and it was more than we could imagined. The ground team were fantastic to work with and the pilots fun to fly with. If you are thinking of flying with them, stop thinking and do it.

Wonderful experience, Dave our guide, was wonderful and thoughtful throughout the trip, and a super smooth flight.

We booked a heli elopement here and it was absolutely awesome. The staff were helpful, the pilots were very nice and the guides we had up with us on the mountain were very aware and took good care of us! Rainbow glacier was quite stunning and I hope to do this again one day!

Fantastic day of heli-assist backcountry skiing with Blackcomb Helicopters. Our backcountry guide, Keith, was fun, knowledgeable, made us feel very comfortable going with him and found some fabulous terrain for us to skin and ski. The pilots were great and gave us a great ride there and back. Highly recommended!

We loved our helicopter ride with Blackcomb Helicopters! Our pilot Adam gave us loads of knowledge on the surrounding area, including the mountains, glaciers, lakes, hiking trails, valleys, etc down below. We flew up to the alpine on Rainbow Mountain to elope with our officiant Jeremy, otherwise known as the Whistler Wedding Pastor, and team.

It was such a special day and we’re so grateful Blackcomb Helicopters was a part of our Helicopter Gold package and big day. We highly recommend you do a tour with them! Whistler and the surrounding area is astoundingly beautiful.
