I recently had a fantastic experience at Black Comb Snowmobiles, and much of it was thanks to our amazing guide, Arthur. From the moment we arrived, Arthur went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and well-equipped for our adventure. He noticed right away that one member of our group didn't have warm enough shoes, and promptly provided them with the necessary gear. He also made sure that everyone had proper gloves to keep their hands warm.

But Arthur's contributions didn't stop there. He gave an introduction speech that was engaging and funny, setting the tone for a fun and exciting ride. Throughout the tour, Arthur maintained a good pace and gave clear warnings, ensuring that everyone felt safe and comfortable. You could tell that he was always mindful of the comfort levels of each person in our group.

Overall, I would highly recommend Black Comb Snowmobiles to anyone looking for an exciting outdoor adventure. And if you have the opportunity to have Arthur as your guide, don't hesitate - he truly made the experience unforgettable!

I cannot recommend Blackcomb Snowmobiling enough! Our private tour with Arnold was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, everything was top-notch - the equipment, the scenery, and most importantly, the guide.

Arnold was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure that we were comfortable and enjoying the ride. He took us to some of the most breathtaking locations in the area and we got to see views that we never would have seen otherwise. The snowmobiling experience was thrilling and left us feeling exhilarated.

The staff at Blackcomb Snowmobiling was also fantastic. They were organized and accommodating, making the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

If you're looking for an unforgettable winter adventure in Whistler, Blackcomb Snowmobiling is the perfect choice. I highly recommend requesting Arnold as your guide - he truly made the experience even better than we could have imagined. Thank you, Blackcomb Snowmobiling, for an unforgettable day!

We had an AMAZING time snowmobiling for the first time with our guide Arthur. He was a blast and made sure we all felt safe and comfortable. He also provided a fantastic Squamish dinner recommendation (thanks Arthur! Taka was delicious!).

Good fun, atv’s are in nice condition, the interconnected trails are nice and there is multiple types of terrain available.

Was a bit short though. Our 10: 30 start time didn’t begin until 10: 45 safety orientation, and we were on the trail at 11: 00 and ended 12: 30. It was fun, but felt like we should have got 2 hours of riding in instead of 1.5 hours. The extra 30 minutes would have been appreciated as we only got into the atv-groove after being at it for a while.

I did the bushwhacker tour with my family (8 people) and it was probably one of the best ATV experience we've ever had. The staff are nice and care about safety. Honestly worth every dollar I'll def come back

Booked a snow mobile tour and it wasn't fun at all. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. I would rather go with there competitor who is a bit expensiver but was worth it.

We visited in May 2019 and had an incredible experience. Our guide, can't remember his name but he's in the pictures, was a heck of alot of fun and provided us with a great memory. We can't thank him enough. Please check this place out! I was far from disappointed.

All the equipment was well taken care of and safety was top priority. Great for a family or couples alike. Cheers!

Fun and well-run snowmobile experience, but Tyler the instructor was straight-up rude and unprofessional. Said me and my buddy were slow (even though I was riding only 5ft behind my buddy and him only 5ft behind Tyler; the rest of the group was 15-20ft behind me with one guy tipping over lol), rushed the tour (i.e, finished 20 minutes early), and wouldn't even let us finish drinking our cider (2 people burned their mouths). He almost ruined an otherwise great experience.

Our tour starts at 1pm but we didn't ride until closer to 1: 30pm. Tour was booked for 2 hours [1pm to 3pm]. It started out as a group of 7 snowmobiles. Then we broke into two groups mid-way. We did 4 to 5 stops and then arrived back to the lodge at 2: 32pm. The other group had not arrived when we got there.

On their website, it advises for 2 hour tour that you get at least 1.5 riding time. For the amount that is charged per tour ($300 for a double), we deserve the full 1.5 hr of riding time as advertised. The stars are for the tour guides because they were nice and kept a positive attitude. Andrew, our tour guide was great as well. The length of riding time and the "wilderness tour" was not worth $300.unfortunately. Was disappointed though this time since this was my 3rd time going and it was a birthday gift to my boyfriend.

My boyfriend booked us a 3 hr snowmobile tour for my birthday. We got Stanley. He was so wonderful! He was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable about the area. It was our first time using snowmobiles and we felt safe having him as ours guide. Will definitely be back - highly recommended!

Just a side note, when they say "hot lunch" on the website, they mean cider and cookies at the cabin.
