This beach site is really very good for refreshing your soul. Peace, calm area near the ocean.you walk, sit, or bring your dog because there is a dog friendly area and park.

The view is so beautiful and relaxing. Parking can be interesting -there are deep potholes.

We did a quick drop-by while we were in the area. Lots of people, beautiful weather, not enough parking

A beautiful and calming place to go with the family. One of our favourite places to go in the late afternoon / evening. Recommend going when tide is high as low tide exposes muddy beach full of seaweed, sea grass and alot of crabs (their size is not for the faint hearted). Kids absolutely love the clean beach, which will have some nice wood to improvise the making of rafts with. Sunsets here are absolutely amazing - I have made a point of not including a photo of it.just has to be seen.a photo would not do it justice.

Hello my dear friends, I recommend you to visit it, it is a beautiful place to swim and lie in the sun on the beautiful beach and to look at the sunset which was the most beautiful thing

Beautiful location on a sunny or cloudy day. Plenty of parking and located close to the heart of Crescent Beach, as well!

Cool park! Nice view of the water. Take the family here for a walk in the beach. Good for dogs too.

It was nice, busier than we expected. The porta potties were super full and dirty and my kids refused to use them.

Parking is super limited. Mostly rocks and muddy sand along the water, so expect to get dirty. The area is nice overall, though. Off-leash dog area was huge!

Had a beautiful day of fun in the sun with the kids. Most folks respected the covid restrictions and kept their families separated from others. There were guys patrolling the beach and we did not witness any altercations or disruptive behavior.

Walking with three children we discovered that's where nudist adults sunbathe. Should be a big sign saying "clothing optional". Quite a shock for the kids but we used it as teaching point that a nude body is not "disgusting".

It's a nice beach with a pier to jump off into the water, it's also got a grassy area for a BBQ, a picnic, or to play sports. So many people bring spikeball to this park!

Great place for a walk and spend sometime getting a tan. The tide was out and you could see people way of in the distance. Luckily we saw some of the air show (guess it was happening in boundary bay). Lots of people but you can still find some room for yourself.

I love this place I almost don't want to post about it because it feel like it's my private beach. It's a great beach with great service for family and it's never too crowded

One of the better dog parks around! Bo loves it and also loves how close the beach is so he can go in the water!

Absolutely magnificent sunset viewing experience. There is ample free parking but arrive early if you would like to hand-pick a westward facing spot!
Soak in the setting sun as it kisses the ocean, from the comfort of your car with your own tunes and your best-friend/lover chillin' in the seat beside you. The beach is also a great spot to throw down a blanket, burn one down and do some light stretching. Is there a "sun (set) salutation" in yoga?
There is defs something surreal about Blackie Spit. This location at this time, would make for a next-level, ULTRA-special marriage proposal site!
Just be aware that this is a VERY popular spot for sunset viewing, so show up early!

Crescent Beach has always been a special place in Greater Vancouver

Ocean floor covered in clusters of rocks covered in shells/zebra muscles and you cannot see through the water due to its merkiness. This resulted in both my husband and I cutting our feet while we swam. There is a nice grassy area to lounge on and sandy areas for kids to play near the water though which was nice.

Nice sized park with a great view and allows BBQ’ing. There’s also a pier from which you can fish and use crab traps.

It's a great park for dogs lots of room to play and lots of room to swim. They also have an off-leash area for walking your dog. On a nice sunny day try to get there a little bit early because parking is limited. You're parking on a gravel parking lot. They don't have a dog washing station or a water station for dogs to drink water so bring your own.

I really like Blackie Spit, even when it is busy you can find a parking spot with a great view of the water.

This is a nice park.good for dog people and walkers. Check it out. While not huge Blackie Spit offers picnic areas, beaches including a separate off leash area for dogs, sailing, kayaking and plenty of parking. Great place to see sea birds and salt water marshes. They have some really nice pathways for an enjoyable mostly flat walk.

Cresent Beach. A great place for a walk. Two big off leash areas for your pooch to play. Awsome views. Sea breezes. Beautiful people. Life is good.

Just simple words - lovely. Enjoy the Pacific at its best from May until August. Clean. Has a beautiful lawn for kids to play if they don't wanna wet their foot

Really enjoy this marine park. Great place to watch for eagles, hawk, and marine life. There is an off-leash dog beach as well as off-leash park area.

Beautiful place to have date night and watch the sunset, plan a head and leave early as many others have had this idea before.

Beautiful park, but nothing there for kids. It is a 3 min walk around the spit. 45 if you do the dikes as well. If you live close, it is a no Brainer. If you have to drive 45 min, maybe don't bother.

Beautiful location. Lots of parking and space to spread out. Fun to watch the birds nd collect shells.

Went there on a super windy day, so didn't really enjoy it that much. However, I am absolutely going to visit this place again when the weather is a bit nicer. Although it was a clear & sunny day, the wind blew away the last star on this review. Great place for a day outing. There are quaint little shops and eateries nearby. Had a very much like Cape Cod'esque feel to it.

Always clean and well kept. A great spot to enjoy nature, the ocean and a tired pup. Just make sure to bring an extra towel if use the off-leash dog park as the fine beach sand winds up everywhere.

Along the crescent beach boardwalk.very nice, clean beach.a good place to hang out with family and friends.walking along the boardwalk is a nice long walk.there's a spot to play volleyball play volleyball somewhere along the way.you can bbq at Blackie spit! Which I think is real nice.lots of parking here, very busy beach though.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the view of the water, crescent beach and mountains. Nice walking trail plus walk along the beach. Parking is limited on weekends and summer time.
