Had Evan and Jadyn do our Rinnai tankless hot water system. Very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. Their quality of work was top notch. Very quick responding to all the questions we had when deciding if this was the right decision to make over a traditional got water tank. Overall, I highly recommend them!

Stephen was an excellent technician, on time, professional and well-informed. He gave us some very good advice.

Their employee entered my unit after being told not to enter because I was a woman alone in the unit and they urinated all over my he floor and toilet while I was in the bedroom. I had to clean up what they did and I could hear them laughing they thought it was funny. They apologized to my landlord and not to me. They knew what they did was wrong. I posted the security camera video online. Do not hire these people. Their employees are dangerous

Very efficient and professional. Called today as bedroom had water leaking on the floor. Problem diagnosed and two pipes fixed all within 2.5 hours. After work was completed, provided detailed report (with photos) within 5 mins of job completed. Highly recommend!

7 months ago Blair put in a high-efficiency furnace and I liked them so much I had them come back and install central air conditioning. Joel, the installer, did a professional job. He was very much an attention to detail kinda guy. He tested the system and went over how the new thermostat worked so I could control my environment. I will use them again. 7 months ago, Blair came in and installed a new furnace. They did a fabulous job and took the old furnace away. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything clean and wonderful. Very good value on the furnace.

Our house was a challenging job because we didn't have a central furnace area. Despite this, the guys who came out and worked nearly 12 hours to get us the central air we needed to keep my 80 year old grandma cool. They were professional and kind even despire the heat and long hours, and we are so thankful for our new air conditioning!

Eric and Myles installed our new furnace/ac system and did a great job. They were clear in their communication, and timely and efficient. Would definitely recommend Blair.

Blair installed a new furnace and central a/c in my home. They are old school. They answer phone calls. They are on time. They do a clean tight professional job. Plus 4 qualified Techs were on site on install day and by 5 pm it was completely finished and everything was clean! I give them 5 stars and I can't remember the last time I gave out 5 stars. My only wish is that more companies were run in this manner. If you are searching for a mechanical service company make sure you give them a try. You will soon learn what I am referring to. They were used by our remediation company and the plumbers brought our bathtub up, rip some of our spray foam insulations and wool to move the pipes. They left without cleaning and vacuuming up our floors. I had to clean after them due to having family over.

2 years ago they installed Central Airconditioning in my 30 year old house that desperately needed it in this sweltering heat that hits Kelowna. This year I had them back to reroute my house and yard irrigation water shut-off of valves from in my crawl space (ah.eek.no thank) up into a wall panel in my laundry room. YES!

Sean Lancaster was great - fast and efficient - and respectful of my time. We have a loud dog and a very young toddler at home so many thanks to Blair/Sean for being so accommodating. Sean went through everything quickly and efficiently - and when I had a minor/unrelated problem in regards to the A/C (in 30+ degree weather), he called me and helped me figure it out. Thank you!

We had Frank, Myles, and Joel replace our furnace and a/c unit. They were on time, friendly and knowledgeable, did a great job and cleaned up well before finishing earlier than expected. I would recommend and am happy we chose Blair again.
We had a waterless tank installed a couple months ago by Oakley, who also gave top notch service.
After our last install, we had a hum sound, Sean came over right away. It was something on our end but he was very knowledgeable and got us sorted.

Contacted Blair, to get a quote for AC/ Furnace replacement. Was easy to setup appointment and time. The person that came by did the least comprehensive inspection of whats required compared to other providers. Much more focused on sales then technical knowledge.

They did have a good deal on with their Weather King products but do your research definitely you get what you pay for.

Was told I would get some pricing. Nothing. Even if the price was much lower then other brands the service received I wouldn't go with Blair.

I called my regular HVAC provider on Thursday am because our A/C was out and they were unavailable for 2 weeks. Called Blair based on good recommendations on Facebook and Joyce was extremely helpful and got me on the schedule that day. 20 minutes before Travis arrived I got a phone call informing me that he was on the way and he arrived at the expected time. Within 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and 5 minutes later it was fixed for a very fair and reasonable price. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness, organization, professionalism and results. I can't recommend enough!

Could not be more happy with this company and there plumber Evans. He located the problem right away and fixed it immediately From my phone call to book the appointment to the plumber showing up on time all was done very professionally. Would highly recommend this company and there plumber Evans.

We had Trevor come by and work on our furnace. He was great! He was happy to answer any questions we had and taught me a lot about the function of my furnace and AC unit. Things I would have never known about. He’s super knowledgeable about his trade and always advised what was best from a client perspective! Will always call them in the future!

Vary fast installation, Works great The technician Eric, Ben and Dom did a great job with the installation. Blair mechanical help use with steps we had to take to get rebates on heat pumps and ac unit

Asked the receptionist to send me an Experienced plumber because when I've hired people in this city the work is usually sub par. Informed them I had a broken Faucet and I wanted the Leaks to stop.he examined the left faucet and asked if it Leaked I informed him I wasn't sure the wife would know. Check it and fix it.he focused repairs on the Spout, Fixed the spout and left the Faucet broken despite me telling him the Base does Leak.when I called back to the company to have it fixed they told me it would be an additional $89.00 to send the technician back out to Repair.charged me $250.00 on the first visit to replace a Diverter Valve and Quickly left. Secretary insisted it had to be New Damage from after the repair. Technician was polite and curtious, excluding when he let himself back into my house without knocking or announcing himself after he left to buy parts a half later. I asked the secretary if they built showers/repaired the room itself she said yes, Technician informed me they don't build Showers and was unable to accept the contract of Repairing my second shower that needs a wall put up among other things. I wanted to hire them for a lot more work but my landlord wisely hired them initially for a single simple job to see if they could handle it first.they failed.if I were to say Why he failed, it would be because every time he Turned the Tap on he looked at me and the left Faucet leaks from the Wall every time It's on but does not leak when turned off.

Richard and Joel worked efficiently to remove and replace both the furnace and AC in one day. And this included relocating the furnace, which entailed new duct work and relocation of gas line and electrical. It’s not often that work gets done by contractors where they exceeded the estimate that they could get the job done in under 2 days!
