I was referred to Teresa through a family friend and when I called she could hear that I was hurting. She saw me as soon as she could. I spoke without feeling judged and felt safe. When I had my first session I entered heavy, worn out and frankly I was beginning to feel quite scared. Teresa has gone above and beyond in helping me release trauma from my past that I have been holding onto for so long. She is funny, a straight shooter and down to earth. I hit a wall in my life and after trying so many things I was getting pretty hopeless again. I no longer feel that way and have found a solution that works and actual relief! Teresa is warm and welcoming. She makes sure you feel comfortable and safe before starting any hypnosis and really takes the time to get to know you and what you need. My first appointment, I was expecting to be an hour and a half and she spent the first hour and a bit just getting to know me and letting me get to know her. And my session. I had the QST and it was MIND BLOWING! So good. There are no words to accurately describe it. Just trust and try it! ️️️
