Wonderful service in a newly renovated store. Got to try out the Nitro Cold Brew with sweet cream!

This place has had a great revamp.clean, comfortable, delicious drinks, and friendly staff.will for sure be back again, and so happy to have this place back open and looking nice.

I couldn’t live without this place, and they always make my drink exactly how I like it. Thank you!

Went in this morning on my way to work. No one standing at the counter to greet customers the girl was bent down behind the counter texting on her phone couldn't be bothered to assist with ordering. Finally she realized I was waiting there and proceeded to text on her phone while I attempted to order. What a pathetic excuse for customer service this world has come to. Likely won't be back

Been a long time customer. Graham, Prince, Jaz, Tanvi now. Staff turnover can be a challenge for the business but also offers great student jobs flexible hours this coffee shop does a good job at managing this.

I can only imagine the difficulties serving people with the amount of choices to purchase and pay with.

The outside deck is great place to watch the world go by.

-Update Aug 2022 blenz has slowly changed, when it gets close to closing within 2 hrs, they want out of there, the service then drops to a 1 or 2 star level their not interested in anything other than packing up and leaving. No food items frozen, chairs outside packed up and no service and as a customer they make you feel as though u are a inconvenience. I believe it's the owners wife leading this exodus.

Moved over to Marmalade Cafe pleasant and stay open till 8pm great cookies and u can still watch the world go by without feeling a inconvenience to the ownership

The Blenz chain has been a favorite for many years. Today visited Pandosy St.branch. Coffee products still good; enjoyed the iced tea and iced oat latte.
Pastry (2 different ones) were awfull. Oily, no fruit in the raspberry scone. No real taste at all. Cheese scone was not mixed properly, baking soda present and tasted dry.
Will try again to see if this was just 'a bad day'

Tangerine Iced tea was bad. Plus, the cashier did not ask whether I want black tea or green tea so she made black tea without asking me.

Good coffee. A bit of a wait though and one of the employees wasn't wearing her mask properly while making our drunks.

Haven’t been here for a while, the new cucumber elderflower green tea is love.
Barista made a great recommendation for tangerine rosemary tea with lemonade, it was amazing.

Chose to study here tonight and had a great experience. One of the regular staff recommended me a drink which was amazing tasting plus had an adorable design on it. Super polite and fast service!

They couldn't understand our order and they messed up 3 other peoples orders and forgot my wife's tea. Which yes was part of the simple order that was not understood.

This place is much like a Starbucks. Same idea, different coffee. This place can get busy at times and at times can be slow. Last time I was here the Service wasn't so good and there was a staff member wearing headphones, which is not paying full attention and working distracted.driving distracted isn't safe and working distracted doesn't look professional. Not impressed. Grab a coffee and go or sit down and hang out. Comes down to coffee preference, I'm not a fan of their coffee taste. But sometimes I do grab a Java here.

Yummy! Irish Cream lattes! Great service by the sweet girls working there. This place is way better than it was before. Thanks for giving attention towards the store.

Service was extremely slow. We were the first two in line waited quite a long time before we received our order. The chairs were not wiped down in the store front. The barista kept touching her hair and then touching payment and then making beverages. It was all handled in a very unsanitary manner. The water dispenser was old from the day before and near empty. Liquid sugar was empty and it really seemed quite hectic. There were no lids left at the station. I think she needed an extra helping hand, definitely. Both washrooms were out of order with water running down the hallway and customers were concerned and even offered a helping hand to mop it up but she politely replied that it was okay and that she will manage.

It wasn't very busy though but it was definitely overwhelming.

We've had other good experiences here before. But I prefer the other locations simply for cleanliness, being well run and professionalism. I truly feel bad for the young lady working though.she was alone and needed someone to help.

Great way to start my morning.

One of my favourite study places in the area. It has a nice bench table along the wall that receives some sunlight and the atmosphere isn't too cold. Drip coffee is refillable and the Belgian brownies are hard to resist.

But the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. They gotta go!

Good location, nice, bright atmosphere. Had a super fun drink called a blue latte which was tasty!

This use to be our favourite place to enjoy a specialty coffee. We spent $15 on two drinks, which we waited over 20 mins for. They made both drinks wrong, the mocha was so hot they burnt the coffee/chocolate. The other drink they made three times and it still wasn’t correct. For this price I would not expect this service. Looks like we will be supporting other coffee companies in a Kelowna. It’s a shame really! - Did I mention we never ended up drinking the drinks they were so terrible. Plus their customer service - was awful. As we walked out a women said to us “they just can’t seem to get anything right. ”
