Blenz Coffee

Ordered electric lemonaid it costs 7 dollars, so I was expecting something electric, it was definitely not. I was so disappointed. It tastes like fresh lemons with purple food dye. That's it. It was sour.like sucking on a lemon.maybe that's what is electric about it I don't know. Looks pretty but looks can be deceiving.

Customer service was good. There was a bit of a wait, which is ok. Just won't order this drink again.

I went back and asked them to sweeten the lemonde and they did. So they did correct the problem and I appreciate that. I do not feel it's worth 7 dollars at all.

The first time I ordered here the drink took a while (10+ mins and I was the only customer) and the quality of the matcha latte was good. I decided to try them again today since I frequent the library. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with 2 employees behind the counter packing away frozen strawberries. I waited with a smile, no one acknowledged me or asked me to wait a few mins (which I was fine doing). I eventually left without ordering when I realized they really don’t care about customers because one of the employees saw me, ignored me and continued to do what he was doing. I’m not sure how this cafe is in operation with these reviews.

I ordered a matcha latte today and it tasted like nothing. I don't taste the matcha or latte, it was so plain that it felt like drinking water. And also it was not filled up to the top.quite confused

I am so happy the reopened after one and half years. I really missed my favourite powermatcha protein shake. Only this location makes the right test. Thank you blenz guildford! You are the best

Ordered a cappuccino this morning. My coffee is one of the best cappuccino that I have tasted. The barista really did a good job! I will keep coming back for more:) Really happy to see them open again.

Was my favorite coffee shop with best drink and good service. Miss them a lot. Hope they open soon?

Conversation over a cup of coffee becomes even better when the taste of coffee is superb. Blenz coffee has those beans i bet.
Now when we talk about franchise coffee shops then we also consider other factors like service, menu, presentation etc.
Location of this coffee shop is what it got. Right in the recreation centre n library building gives it too much walk in n at times they are short of staff to process the requests faster.
Pretty much same beverages like coffee, lattes, mocha n frappes. Grilled sandwiches n wraps to munch on with some bakery goods. Flavoured drinks to quench ur thirst. I wish i had a pic of turmeric latte but i dont have it. U can get it here though.

There are few table n chairs to sit on n enjoy ur drink with a view of gym runners on the track or tennis players on the tennis tables on the ground floor. Take away is available. Easy peezy for book readers in library to have their caffeine doze.

Service was slow, decided to skip my partial order. It took more than 10 Mins and still no coffee. Butter chicken wrap was bad, filled with rice kinda stuff and with food colour added in. Dint get my bcaa discount on food. Oh yeah, also as part of the bcaa deal you get an upsize of the coffee you order just realized I asked for a small to be up sized to medium, they punched in and made me pay for a medium to upsize to a large. This entire episode of me trying blenz coffee for the first time has surely left a bad taste.

Drinks here are of exceptional quality! My favorite items on the menu are definitely the protein shakes. Blenz (especially this location) is by far my favorite place to go for a quick and delicious drink or snack:)

I would give 10 star if I could.the owner is awesome. I order latte everytime for gym. Today we are talking about my birthday plan while we are waiting, Nick heard it and waived the fee for the latte and protein shake we ordered. We shock when he says: "happy birthday and drink from me" such a humanity. Thank you Nick. This is not only free drink for me, I will remember you and your blenz shop forever.

Super friendly staff, nice hot food, just wish for a little more variety for lunch. I appreciated how nice they've been all day while I've been getting my car fixed.

Honestly, such kind and excellent customer service!:) there are great desserts and snacks that I love to grab after work

Sarah made me a beautiful vanilla latte and the service here is always warm and friendly! The drinks are made with attention to detail and I have never regretted a purchase from this location:)

I agree you Jackie, I work in the library and always buy from them. All foods are good and staffs are friendly.

5 stars for Nikki’s prompt service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks. I personally prefer Blenz over Starbucks, and I would definitely suggest coming by when Nikki’s working.

I enjoy their coffee and food but they are never ready for customers when they open. They dont have their coffee made or goods out. They need to be more organized first thing as I would enjoy a coffee before work but I now have to go elsewhere due to this problem. When your hours state 7: 30am or 9: 00am that means you should be ready for customers at this time.

I'm not usually in this area, but I typically order the iced white chocolate mocha. Today I changed things up and got an iced toffee nut mocha instead. The girl taking my order was very friendly and polite, and I would definitely get the drink again!

Came by blenz coffee after a long day at work, and greeted by the front cashier, I think her me was Kelsi. Wasnt to sure what to get, she recommended me a few drinks. I choose the pumpkin spice latte the she recommended. She was very welcoming and easy to talk to. Will be back again:)

Blenz guildford is always my go to when Im studying at the library or even nearby. The staff are welcoming and are very efficient. Veetpral, along with all the staff including Nick, the owner, greet me all the time with a smile always provides exemplary service despite the heavy customer traffic.

I often go get a drink on Monday while waiting for my son. It’s been a great experience with the drinks and service. Love the matchallilo and the dark hot choco. Kelsey has always served well with a smile.

Same routine I went again. Today I was served by a Korean cashier. Rude and bad customer service. Won’t go back if she is working.

I’ve worked at another coffee shop so I always have fun trying other shops’ offerings. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at this Blenz, the workers have always been super super sweet. The pastries are so good and there’s so many offerings! And the food, my gosh it’s such a variety. I really enjoy it. I had an Iced Americano today, and I didn’t even have to add any milk or cream to it, the espresso is very balanced with a touch of sweetness. Kelsey’s service is always awesome! I will say however, I have once been asked to leave a review for this location, but I felt a little bit pushed to do so. As a result, I didn’t end up leaving one that time. Today’s experience has repaired that for me though:) Keep up the good stuff Blenz!

New owner is the best. Staff's are friendly. They try to make customer's happy. Of course it takes time to prepare hand made drinks, that is why they taste good

More pricey then most places but they do make delicious specialty drinks. Double check your food when the heat it up. Sometimes its not warmed up all the way through. Staff a friendly and polite but service isn't very quick with the specialty drinks, they do there best to make them as quickly as they can.

Blend coffee always my favorite, but this location n the new owner is so bad, they mess up my drink twice, I'm the only one there but they make me wait for 15 minutes for my drink n mess them up, pay $6.20 for my mocha chillo never go back again

The Korean lady who made my drink put 10% milk then 90% ice. My drink isn't even a chillo at this point its just water downed milk. She even corrected me; like seriously do you even know what customer service is?

PS: Since the new owner of the store took over, the entire branch has gone down hill. Don't even know how they still get business with their slow service and rude customer service.

The wifi is better than the city supplies at the library and doesn't block SIP like the bell datavalet does so VoIP.apps like call blockers will still work I guess the library likes guests that are on the phone making noise inside because they won a free trip to the Bahamas. Call.blocking apps use sip or VoIP to track caller ID addresses some of the security at the library can be overly aggressive and hassle people because they gave bags and appear or actually are homeless like myself as I am working poor because I support 5 children and 2 adults with onky $900 a month due to legal issues arising from divorce and being a widowed dad a widower.
