My favorite place to go to the mall.chill place among people and shopping vibes in the air.

This is the first time I tried their drink because I saw their latte art. And I order matcha latte with the art.the girl said she tried her best.

The matchachillo i ordered was terrible.at other places i’ve ordered there wasn’t a minty aftertaste in it and i should’ve been told so since i only found out from an advertising screen at the back of the store.it really wasn’t the best

Im at blenz coffeee today annd there’s only barista you called it but shes so fast at the same I can see her was overwhelmed because of the line up.

I have been to this location three times, two of the tree times the coffees I ordered weren’t good. I ordered a cappuccino that tasted super burnt. I went in again a couple days later to give this location another shot. My cappuccino tastes like milk and milk alone. I asked for vanilla syrup in my cappuccino and can’t even taste it. I won’t be going back to this location.

Needs to be staffed better, only one person working isn't good for operations, quality or speed of service. Need to have 2-4 at all times esp on weekends.

I just recently discovered the best dark chocolate coffee mocha in Blenz and I am definitely addicted to it. You can really taste the rich flavor in each cup. This location makes one of the best.

It's like starbucks but better in literally every way.also the barista drew a little heart with the foam on my cappucino, which was lovely.

Great service at this location. They were pretty busy when i visited, but still remade my drink when someone accidentally took my order. I also love that they still do latte art on the drinks! The blue latte looks beautiful, gonna try the new holiday drinks next time I shop at RC.

Came to visit when i heard they restarted using for here cups. Great latte as always, though its kinda hard to find seating since they always seem busy. Definitely will come back.

Coffee is tasteless here. I like to buy cookies here, though. But pastry samples at the showcase look like they are one year old. Moreover, done options are not available.

Both the lady and gentleman who work here are so amazing. They both remember my drink and my husband's drink. That itself makes me feel valued as a customer since they have tons of people coming in and out of the cafe.

I want to do a shout out to Blenz. LAST WEEK I witnessed first hand a young man from telephone kiosk and Blenz helping out a lady that was feeling faint-gave her a bottle of water and comfortable seat to get her bearings back. While the Mall was rushing to close, she was being taken care of. WAY TO GO! ’

Terrific owners i helped them celebrate their an anniversary a few weeks ago and they had cake for everyone

Polite staff, fast service, and some of the tables have places to charge your phone if you check beside the chairs. Nice atmosphere as it does have mall/coffee shop levels of chatter but it’s pretty small, so it doesn’t usually get too loud.:) This is my favourite place out of all the coffee shops in the mall.

(You may need to scoot the chair to find the wall plugs, but it’s a great spot if you want to rest with a coffee.)

Super friendly service! Drinks are very tasty! In my opinion this coffee shop is better than Starbucks, stuffs put more patience on drinks and customers.

The stuffs there were so nice and friendly. They explained each drink patiently since it was my first time to drink blenz. It was an excellent experience. Definitely five stars

The lady that was working on Oct 8/2019 very close to closing time was extremely friendly! She has great customer service!

I had a pecan tart here and it was the worst pecan tart I ever had. This place tries to make the desserts by themselves in spite of they are horrible at it to maximize profit instead of ordering the dessert from somewhere else where they know how to make desserts. The pecan tart that I had was so sweet that it almost made me vomit and no pecan in it, no other taste just horrible Sweet.

Staff is nice and has new creations often that are tasty. It is on the smaller side so it can get busy

I like the coffee more than bucks.
And becoz of the taste better, I come back for the Matcha latte. They offer me the level of sweeten. Instead of putting a lot of syrup. I like that!
Besides the coffee is better, the staff are more friendly than Bucks'.

I had matcha latte and chai latte at different Blenz locations and the Richmond Centre location makes the best drinks

Cute spot, chairs not as comfy as they look, the chai latte was not super with dairy alternatives.
