Blenz Coffee

Went there on Canada day, after waiting for my order for an hour (which i understand, its busy) ; the girl at the front only gave us 2 out of 4 drinks. When i asked the guy wheres my other 2 drinks, he said in a rude way “ we only charge you for 2 drinks not other 2” …. Well im not sure how much i paid as its busy and i just tap my phone, so instead of providing a solution like “ u can pay for the other two and we can make the drinks”, it was more of a TOOO BAD situation. And i didnt want to wait another hour just for them to mess my order up again and BLAME me

Coffee in general has more bitter taste but I loved it.
It was also quite busy. So guess many people like it!

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and tasted horrible, asked for a refund and the manager or owner yelled at us. Never come back again. Ever. Horrible drinks, terrible service

It’s the most friendly coffee joint in Richmond. Yohei is best barista in Richmond. He is always very courteous, helpful and makes best coffee in Richmond. Jai who is the owner, is also very courteous and very professional.

They charge you. 50 cents for tap water even when you’ve bought other items. Found this quite unusual since other café type business give water either for free or at least free to paying customers. (ik it’s just. 50cents but I paid for other items therefore water should be complimentary) especially since blenz is a corporate company and not some mom & pop, they can afford to give their patrons water free of charge.won’t be coming back here for water that’s for sure.

The best hot chocolates and mochas! And the owner, Jay, is always so friendly. I always stop by whenever I’m in Steveston.

Last night when i went to blenz with my family the young girl with the dark hair and pigtails was very kind and had amazing service 10/10.

Best Americano in Vancouver so far. Been here for four days and had lots of coffees and it’s great. Even when it’s cold still not bitter at all.

One of my fav coffee place but definitely need to stuff up. Its always one person taking orders, managing store this the service always poor.

Love the coffee here! Have repeatedly experienced great service and always appreciate the positive vibes at this location. Latest favorite is their hazelnut latte, but their hot chocolate is also particularly rich and delicious.

The interior is very nice and quaint and the staff was very friendly. However the drinks were not the best.

The iced americano was quite watery. The gingerbread latte smelled great but really lacked flavour.

Just picked up a cappuccino and bran muffin. The service was quick yet the person was using their phone constantly even while making the cappuccino. The coffee is bland tasting, I add one sugar. Maybe Blenz can do better.
