Blenz Coffee

I was waiting for a friend and we’re just put our bags on the side table to have a quick chat and the manager immediately walked over, started dusting the table and told us to remove our bags. Previously he had also instructed me to leave after I had just sat down without purchasing a coffee. That’s quite an OCD behavior.
Sounds like a hell of a manager to work under, and I felt bad for the staff. I will never support this business for this behaviour. (yes, go make an excuse in the response).

I spilled my drink at Blenz today. The place was slammed, but the Asian Male barista was still able to get me a mop to wipe it up while balancing everyone's orders, insisted on cleaning it up themselves which I refused, and gave me a replacement drink without me even asking.

By far the best customer service I've ever gotten. Thanks to them so much!

Since I always order a Matchachillo at Metrotown's Blenz Coffee in front of Winners, I really liked this coffee store. However, today, I ordered the same drink but there was something wrong with it. There were bits of plastic pieces in the drink and was confused on what it was. It was until I reached the end of the drink that there was actually a whole. Plastic. Lid. In my cup. Blended. I was baffled honestly.
I just want to warn future customers to look out for what they have in their drinks even though I know it can be difficult.
Also, I want to inform the workers there to look out for and be careful of what they blend in the drinks before serving them to their customers. Because we all know that plastic is highly harmful to a person's body if consumed so please be more aware of these potential harms.

Just got off from work and needed a place to sit while waiting for a friend. Was not feeling well and decided to sit despite the sign The owner came up to me and told me that seating is for customers only. I used to buy from blenz often but they just lost a customer. It be nice to ask if I wanted to purchase something rather than telling me it’s for customers only, or to understand that someone might not be feeling well.

Prompt and friendly service. My baristas went above and beyond to ensure my order was made with care and integrity today. Thanks again ladies, you put the service in 'customer service. '

They only have disposable cups, no mugs.
It is in a mall, so Atmosphere is not the best.
It is the more expensive cafe when you want any plant based milks.

This is a place where you could find seats during busy mall time. The mocha latte and tea are so delicious.

Coffee is made way too hot making it undrinkable. The food they had was limited and not good quality.

One of their best locations. Although in a mall, it is hidden so you can study there. The baristas are very creative with their design of latte.

We had a cup of coffee there and loved it.
They have a comfortable place to sit.
It’s the first thing you see if you entered from the bus loop gate.
The prices are affordable.

After a bus commute and before starting my christmas shopping. This Blenz Coffee location is at the perfect spot to restart and set your mood.

They forgot my drink after saying it more than twice and got told they didn't charge me but not one apology from the staff. -100

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Before I even had a chance to look at the menu or catch a breath the staff member and assumed to be manager was asking us to order right away or leave. We requested a few more minutes before deciding, not less then a moment passed when a rude elderly possibly senile woman who worked there came to our table to literally ask the same thing. Terrible customer service, why does this place even exist in such a busy mall if they don’t know how to respect people.

Great coffee and their cashiers are friendly~ The staff member that I later learned was the manager was very rude. He said that I was only allowed to sit if I was going to order. I had just put my stuff down and was quickly attending to a family emergency before I was going to order coffee. The manager is extremely unprofessional and an awful person.

There was a long line to the cashier, so the barista tried to get orders from the customers in line to speed up the process. As a BCAA member, I am eligible for a free up-size (i.e, pay a small get a medium, or pay a medium get a large). I intended to up-size a small drink to medium, so I told the barista that I wanted a MEDIUM size drink when I was in line. However, when I got to the cashier and pulled out my membership card BEFORE I said anything, the cashier and the barista started educating me in harsh tone that I should have told them the up-size beforehand and now that they needed to remake my drink. Again, I intended to pay a small to get a MEDIUM, which was what the barista had made already. Obviously I ended up paying a medium and got a LARGE (the one that the barista remade). Perhaps it is wise to let the customer talk first. Will not make another visit to this bus loop shop due to lousy service.

They don’t offer regular cups anymore, only to-go cups, found out after I paid. Why oh why can’t we get it together to not throw away more garbage after 10 mins use? Please bring cups back. Certainly no cafe art to speak of.

Poor Service, Staff was so rude. She dont even know how to treat customers. Such kind of staff should be replaced. I have never seen person like her before. Would never visit this place.

It was okay the place before once in a while I bought some muffin but after the plandemic of globalists I never buy again here.

Update: still a great place to get a coffee and hill out. Excellent service and great staff. Quick, perfect coffee, mochas and small sandwiches etc.

Way better than Starbucks and covid friendly.

I ordered a cinnamon bun that was overpriced (when the baby in your tummy wants something you feed it lol) and then it turned out to be very hard and stale I tried to get them to give me a fresher one (and keep in mind this was when they first opened up) they refused to help!

I ordered an extra hot drink was on the verge of going cold.one person on cash and making drinks handling money and not washing her hands lovely.

Best Matcha Iced Latte ever.beats the matcha lattes anywhere else (coffee chains in the lower mainland)!

I sat there to drink water but dude came to me and ask me to buy a coffee or ask to leave. The way he said was so rude very disappointed.
I wish there was an option to rate these guys 0 star cuz they don’t even deserve 1 star. Not recommend

They got great service here and u like the fact that there always not so busy its like a medium busy perfect to grab a bite and socialize at the same time too. Try it out

Nice place, good customer service BUT if you want to sit and use your laptop, forget about it, they have the slowest internet speed. I feel like 3G would be faster

Service is excellent, they forgot to make the chicken roll, and when brought to their attention, they immediately made it and brought it over to my table. I know this may seem like a small thing, but it is the very basis that these small details are looked after with care that creates a great experience. Good vibe and an ideal setting for catching up with friends and a place to get some work done. Seating is comfortable and convenient location inside the mall.

UPDATE:
Tried some tea and it's ok. Tried also their brownie thing and it's ok.
-1 star because it's doesn't have much difference.but it's just ok.wish they had something different to offer.
Space is wonderful but food and drinks are just ok.

I have always seen it but i had never have time to try if it's different from Blendz.

5 star, this place is friendly, tasty, and delicious. Not to mention well furnished in a contemporary open concept millennial desired way.

Good snacks & coffee. Can be busy but during slow times staff is excellent to talk to & they have a great selection of food.

Not a great experience, due to large numbers of people using it as a study hall. Remove the electricity outlets and tell the kids to go to the excellent Library, 1 block away.

2nd floor at Metrotown mall. Accross from the winners. Awsome local family owned sweet people
