Blenz Coffee

I recently visited Blenz Coffee and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their coffee and the excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome that made me feel right at home.

The coffee at Blenz was simply outstanding. Each cup was expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of flavors and a smooth, creamy texture. I was impressed by the wide range of coffee blends available, each with their own unique taste and aroma. The baristas were knowledgeable and passionate about coffee, and were happy to make recommendations based on my preferences.

The atmosphere at Blenz was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi. It was the perfect place to catch up on some work or relax with a good book. The staff were attentive and friendly, always making sure that my needs were met.

In addition to the coffee, Blenz also offered a great selection of baked goods and snacks. I tried the muffins and they were absolutely delicious, freshly baked and full of flavor.

Overall, I would highly recommend Blenz Coffee to anyone looking for an exceptional coffee experience. The quality of the coffee, the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent service make this coffee shop stand out from the rest. I will definitely be returning to Blenz the next time I'm in the area!

Morning of Dec 13th, it appears it gets busy enough to consider an addition of staff or a staff that works faster.

The line up was quite long and saw a good level of frustrations.

Despite it, the coffee shop was spotless clean and Christmas tree made it up!

1. It's the November 6th. NOT time to out ul Christmas decorations!
2. What happened to having the chocolate and cinnamon powder shakers to put on your drinks?

I was with my son enjoying a coffee and hot chocolate, when a rude man came into and very aggressively bully the attendant, who os a nice and gentle woman. I needed to use my strong voice to ask him to stop. The attendant was so polite, but I could see her destress. She is awesome. Thank you for your great job and we are sorry about that tough experience today!

Lovely place, good ambient and friendly service. The food is delicious and their coffee beans are good.

Well-made lattes, friendly service. Breakfast and lunch wraps are available as are various kinds of samosas.

I was served by PATRICIA. She helped my mom choose the right drinks. Her customer service was fabulous. Gonna visit again.

Free Wifi. Laptop plugs. Polite staff. They warm up your food. There are many worse cafes. They perform as expected/advertised and I am happy to give the my money.

Nice location but poor service. I got a protein smoothie and did not realize they made it with yogurt. After tasting it, I asked about it. The young lady told me next time to ask for coconut milk. So I asked if I could replace it with one. She said no sorry you’ll have to pay. Apart of customer service is giving options which they fail to disclose. I guess they don’t realize replacing one smoothie is worth saving a customer. PS the smoothie tasted horrible for almost $9. Never again.

Poor service, right I left my seat, they threw my coffee, I was alone, I could not bring it with me when I need use restroom, and after I came back asked him, he said not much left, actually I only finished half of it. Never come this location ever!

So relaxed when people sit here ～～ and the service is ～～ I like them ～ and the coffee and tea also is awesome

Probably one of the cleanest cafes in Richmond. Friendly staff, good location, everything is kept fresh and clean.

Located at the south east corner of Seafair Mall (#1 Rd and Francis) in Richmond. Free parking. Nice bright chill place with limited seating (Covid restrictions and protocols in place). Basic variety of pastries, bottles bevies and custom hot coffees.

BCAA Members, with card ID proof, can get a 1 size upgrade for free.
