Blenz Coffee

This is so disappointing. I used to come to this location but I came Friday 12 at 8: 43pm to order Matchachillo and Mochachillo, had encountered with this short lady Indian without name plate. I always say “Green Tea Matchachillo” to order but she said they dont have it so I corrected myself and said “Matchachillo” to her and she still said they dont have that in their menu and I was surprised, also said the “blended drink” but she still said no blended drink in their menu. I pointed out to her the drink that I wanted at the board then that’s until she gets it. Already got my drinks but she gave me a unsweetened Matchachillo and Mochachillo that supposed to be a sweet drinks. I asked her if she can make a new drinks because it taste so bitter but she said it’s already 9pm and closed. Managers should train their employees to know more about the menu’s.

Great place to stop by after a night in downtown, to just grab some coffee and snacks. Love their mocha chilli!

especially a lady with bangels always on phone when I tried to order.will never come back. Other blenz are have good customer service as compare to this. I should be closed.

I usually don't want to give a bad review. But today I was at this Blenz Coffee and we ordered butter croissant and almond croissant. They were both very old and my children could not eat them. I felt like the seller (she) gave us these on purpose! I do not know why!
However, it was very disappointing and I will NEVER go to THIS Blenz Coffee again.

Walked in on a Tuesday morning at 8: 20am, there was no line up and there were about 3 other customers sitting in the cafe. I walked in wanting to try their honey oat matcha latte special but was told by my barista she didn't know how to make it. She had one headphone in while trying to take my order and figuring out what she can make.she didn't hear my questions and we ended up concluding on something she knew how to make.

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and was given a chocolate croissant instead. Not sure how much empathy/understanding I'm supposed to give here, she looked like she hated her job and this showed through her service as the whole order was basically wrong.

Blenz, train your staff. I won't be back.

Was there recently for coffee with a friend. Got a cookie, but the interior was undercooked and doughy. Maybe check that your bakers are doing a good job?

The place is fine but the people working there were shouting all the time, I was barely able to talk with my girlfriend

I went to this place instead of my regular coffee place and I am not going back to my previous cafe at all! Lol! They have the friendliest staff and the most freshening snacks and coffee I need to get my day going! Very budget friendly too and my coffee tastes even better the next time I go there! This place needs more recognition!?

Its the only coffee shop at the that intersection thats open. The Starbucks is being renovated. This blenz has comfy seats, small place, washrooms, usually has a good view but with construction happening the view is covered at the moment. Lots of shakes, teas, coffees, snacks. The peanut butter banana shake is yummy. This location is next to public transportation stops and local businesses in the area of granville and Broadway

Got there 10 minutes before closing last night. Ordered lemon Ginger tea but got peppermint which I couldn't exchange because the store was closed. Had their chocolate chip cookie which was overly sweet.

Really underwhelming. It doesn't look good aesthetically. It's bleak and gloomy. Construction sites block most view of windows. Also a lot of homeless persons hang around the shop most time. Generally good for construction workers and security guards of buildings. I won't try this branch ever again.

Great hot chocolate and other drinks. Got a gift card for Christmas, but they do not accept gift cards at this location. Very disappointing when you are given a gift card, but can’t use at a particular location. Customer service was ok, but they didn’t seem to care about it really.

If you like mochas you will want to try Blenz. They use real white, milk, and dark chocolate chips.

Great place to relax and the washroom is open for essential workers, like me! Greatly appreciated. The hot chocolate is the best around.

Apparently they think the health code doesn’t apply to them during a global pandemic. Soap and running water are essential for everyone!

Was there at 15: 50 on Feb 20. The server was rude and disrespectful. She clearly doesn’t care about customers. Wouldn’t ever go there again.

Blenz is a great coffee shop! I particularly like their dark chocolate hot chocolate. It is delicious. Their iced tea is nice too. My favourite is the Green Tea Iced Tea with Mango. I highly recommend Blenz!

Closed restrooms during covid doesn't encourage hygiene.paying customers weren't allowed to use restroom when I visited.

Asian lady only allow people to use washroom when you purchase, if it’s related to COVID then don’t let anyone use it instead of pay only. I paid 2.5 cad for a bottle of water just to use the washroom

My drinks are made with efficiency and accuracy every time. Always a positive experience here. Parking can be problematic some times.

A good place to catch a cup of java while waiting for the ferry. God sandwiches, wraps and desserts as well

Good coffee and super nice staff. They have the appealing $4 mocha latte deal on Monday. Definitely will try it out.

I want there 3 times every week. The employees are friendly and nice. Also, they take SPC card for the student that you can get free upgrading for your coffee!

Blenz is a haven in the middle of the hustle and bustle at the corner of West Broadway & Granville. They serve specialty coffees in bowl-sized latte cups that you can lose yourself in while dipping one of their scrumptious biscotti. A variety of seating arrangements, as well as gracious service, add to the overall experience of relaxation.

I've been to 3 different locations in Vancouver this one is my favorite because they serve my favorite Blue Latte with Lavender Syrup it's sooo creamy and delicious not watered down! I love this place!

Friendly, fast, and yummy food and drinks. It's anice place to sit and a great location near great stores if you're looking to shop. I would definitely recommend this place (and their Nanaimo bars)!

This is a nice Blenz, the same limited vegan food options, though I tried a new vegan sandwich that was unexciting but not objectionable. The location can be busy, but it's normally not too loud, and it's a nice alternative to Starbucks if you've just purchased a book from Chapters.

It is a Vancouver coffee shop.they have coffee, tea, hot chocolate and all the other hot or frozen drinks you would expect along with the obligatory selection of pastries and other baked goods. There are a few cozy armchairs, power points and wifi for the raft of students and would be screenwriters that can be found here. If you're luck you can also find a more private corner where you can catch up with friends or get to know that online date.

All in all it is a perfectly good coffee shop in a convenient location, just not unique or exceptional. It is remarkable in its conformity to the stereotype. But they do it well.

This location is a lot nicer than the others like the one on Commercial Dr. I quite like the ambience here. Just a little inconvenient about having to get a new code for the WIFI ever 1-2 hours though.

Nice place to come grab a bite, and have a nice cup of joe. Finally read that one book, study, or work on a presentation.
