Blenz Coffee

I went to the coffee shop to get my birthday drink, but they told me I could only order online and not in-store, which is untrue because I work at Blenz and know how to do it. They simply lied to my face. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

I like Hot chocolate and i dare to say that Blenz Coffee serves one of the best hot chocolates ever. I'm not kidding. It is amazing. Specialy it's dark chocolate is out of this world

Very convenient location on Lonsdale Avenue. Good and friendly service, close to two bus stops. Can't go wrong when grabbing a quick coffee and a muffin on the go.

I was shocked and very disappointed coming here late in the evening. The young girl working by herself that evening had at least 6+ of her friends over in the cafe causing a ruckus and running around. She clearly wasn’t working as i watched her hang out with her friends for at least an hour. Not too sure what the store policies are but it just didnt look right. When i ordered, lets just forget about any customer service, i could clearly feel she didnt want to be here. On top of that, the drink that was served didnt taste right as it was always the same one i got.i asked politely if i could get something else instead and she refused and told me to just “buy” something else. Huge red flags and i guess this is what happens during solo shifts.

One of the best experiences that ive had in a coffee shop.great coffee alongside a great costumer service,
the barista that served me was amir and he was very friendly and nice.also the drink he made for me was really awesome.

2nd time disappointed, ordered a latte extra hot, no foam and got a warm and with foam latte.

Blenz is a BC franchise chain and I’m proud to support local.

This cafe is wonderful! They know their regulars’ orders and do the best they can. To those who complain about the service, stop complaining and go elsewhere. Servers are paid minimum wage, without benefits, standing all day, are rarely tipped and work in a difficult industry. They’re doing their best given a low-paying tedious job. The only time my order was incorrect was when it was prepared by a young newbie who could not care less about his job. The regular staff are great.

To those who complain about the quality of the coffee, go to Starbucks. On one visit, Starbucks got my coffee wrong THREE times. After the third try I gave up and decided to stop supporting a US conglomerate chain staffed by incompetents.

The servers were very kind and understanding. They swapped out my latte when I did not enjoy it much because *I* ordered it incorrectly. Very good food too!

This place is a disaster. Whoever is the manager of this place is clearly new to the business industry, since they have no control over their rude staff. Every night when you enter this blenz you will see large groups of teenagers who loiter around the cafe because their friends work here. These groups of loud teenagers that linger inside and outside on the patio cause too much noise. There are so many other coffee shops around the area that are more professional and have friendlier staff

I love this spot but sadly is grossly understaffed. The service is as good as can be expected when there are not enough employees.

Coffee taste just like hot milk! And unfortunately croissant was too old! And I asked them is it fresh they said yes! Never come back!

Blenz on Lonsdale is one of my favourite places and have been going there for years. Today I wanted to order a beverage with no caffeine, as for health reasons I cannot have any caffeine. The server kept recommending Jasmine tea, which is tasty, but sadly has caffeine. Hoping more Rooibos options can be added to the offerings.

I went this morning to grab a quick coffee and a croissant. I got a few complaints

#1 they don't have a sugar and cream station so the girl just add what she thinks you want
#2 the coffee was so over filled that it was dripping and spilling
#3 I showed the girl and it was already spilled everywhere I wanted more cream, she proceeded to pour some out and add more cream but she didn't replace the cup or offer me any napkins to wipe up my hand. When I asked her for napkin she gave me ONE
#4 with my request the 2 young girl (probably just got out of highschool) start giggling and laughing. I have no idea if they are just laughing at something themselves or they are making fun of my accent or just complaining to each other what a fussy customer I am
#5 the croissant is rock hard and taste like it's 2 days old. And it cost $4.25

I'M NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Was about to order in a late and a avocado toast and the girl there with accent took the bread with her bare hands and handling cash as well. Totally disgusting and place is VERY unprofessional and DIRTY! Staff very rude and stay away at all costs!

The girl serving me was extremely rude. She was hanging out with her friends while working and I tried to order a coffee and she rolled her eyes and I had to wait over a minute for her to actually acknowledge me and finally take my order

Friendly staff, and perfect atmosphere. When I Went there there were 2 baristas there was one guy his name was Amirhossein. He was very friendly. And there were 2 other female baristas. Their name was Yeganeh and Hanieh they were very friendly. Thank you guys you made my morning sweet and beautiful

Yay! They have Gingerbread Latte and Eggnog Latte! Oh, and plenty of seating, and natural light for reading. But wait… neither of our drinks had strong enough flavouring to even recognize it was a holiday drink. Too bad…

It's somewhat expensive for what it is, but it's also the only cafe on the north shore that's open till later at night.

Never again i will go to this place, because of that persian woman who is just unfriendly and even gives you attitude because i asked if she can gill up my water bottle, she kept for 10 min after i asked her again she said i will don't worry! And i just toke my bottle and left. 0 stars

It's a good coffee shop. The staff are friendly. Decent for studying, but bring headphones it can get a little loud during peak hours.

The coffee is amazing, staff are super nice and the interior is nice and clean, best place to chill out and have a cup of coffee
